This was not your traditional fight with clone force 99 where you had plans on top of back up plans and everything was carefully arranged, this was an all out brawl with only a few primary objectives.

You separated yourself from the others fighting the Zygerians who moved to protect their slaves. You left your lightsaber shielded under your robes and instead used only your pistol and fists to fight, there was no sense giving away your identity.

The salvers were taken off guard for a few seconds, allowing you to push them back initially, but now they were fighting back with aggression.

You made your way to the location of the enslaved twi'leks and started taking out the guards that surrounded them. There were about 5 of them on you now, each one lashing with their electrified whips. You moved out of the way of the first few, but there were too many.

You cried out in pain as each of the whips latched on to one of your limbs. You gritted your teeth against the pain, but could go nowhere. But you locked eyes with one of the Zygerians with a twisted smile and lost your composure. You screamed in pain and anger as you used all of your strength to pull the slavers in by the whips that held you.

You twisted in the air, knocking out the last of the men that held you and shook off the whips. You took a moment to catch your breath before turning to the mass of twi'leks who were now watching you.

"I am looking for Cham and Eleni Syndulla," you called to them. A muscular male with pale orange skin stood up followed by the woman next to him with green skin that matched Hera's.

"Who is asking?" the male said taking a few steps towards you.

"The one who just rescued you," you replied tossing the discarded weapons of the unconscious Zygerians.

Cham and Eleni caught them, "thank you," they said in unison.

You nodded, "you have your brave daughter to thank," you replied, "now I am told you can rally your people to fight, we might need a little help wrapping up this job."

"What of our obedience disks?" Eleni asked, gesturing to the collar around their necks.

You gestured to Wrecker and Echo who were steadily making a path to the control panels, "my team will deactivate them shortly, until then, we need you."

Without another word you turned and rejoined the fight. A few moments later the newly freed twi'leks followed behind you. The new numbers quickly overwhelmed the Zygerians and many surrendered.

"Wrecker," you called across the cavern, "take some of the twi'leks and round up the Zygerians, gather them in the pit," you explained gesturing to the location where the twi'leks were previously held.

Cham, who had stopped beside you, gestured to some of his men to help Wrecker in gathering the unconscious Zygerians and those that surrendered. "We are grateful for your assistance," Cham said, turning his attention to you.

You nodded to him, "we are grateful you joined the fight."

Eleni walked up beside Cham and looped her arm around his, "may I ask your name?"

You contemplated it for a second before responding, "(Y/N), formerly a general for the Republic."

Eleni looked surprised for a moment then continued, "and what are you now?"

You smiled at her, "my squad and I aren't much of anything right now, but we are still trying to make a difference in the galaxy."

Eleni returned your smile, "well thank you, you said you knew Hera."

You nodded, "she sent the word to many of the guilds that she was looking for help rescuing you, she was spying and gathering intel for days before we arrived," you explained, "she is quite a brave girl."

Cham and Eleni smiled at one another, "that she is."

You pointed up to the ledge where Omega and Hera still crouched watching everything, "she is up there waiting for you, she insisted on being a part of this mission."

Eleni and Cham smiled at a waving Hera before turning back to you, "how can we ever thank you, for saving us and looking after our Hera?" Cham asked.

You smiled, "normally I would say that your thanks is enough, but we are struggling with credits at the moment and Hera has promised quite a large payment."

Cham and Eleni exchanged a knowing glance, "we will honor her agreement and provide you with anything else you would need."

You held out your hand which Cham and Eleni each took in turn, "how about half of the promised total, and an ally should we ever need one?"

They both smiled at you and nodded in agreement before turning to gather their people towards the exits of the cavern.

Hunter and the rest of the squad met you in the center. "Everything is prepared," Tech responded, "Echo will show you which panel to press to close the gates."

You nodded and went to walk with Echo to the control panel but Hunter grabbed your arm, "are you sure about this?"

You smiled, "I can handle this."

Hunter tightened his grip on you as you turned, "you took a pretty hard hit back there," he said referring to the incident with the electric whips, "you can admit you are hurting."

You turned back to face him and placed a hand on his cheek, "you can patch me up when we are out of this," you whispered.

Before he could respond you turned and walked towards Echo and the control panel. "Alright, fill me in."

He pointed to a lever, "pull this downwards when we are clear, it will close and lock of the gates around the volcano."

You nodded, "got it, now get out of here." Echo nodded and raced after the others who were almost completely out of the door.

A few moments later, Tech's voice came over your communicator, "we are all set out here."

"Copy that," you responded back, pulling the lever and watching the red lights flash as the doors closed and locked down.

You double checked the scanner and made sure all of the doors were locked from both sides. You glanced over at the pit of Zygerians and noticed that many of them had begun to groan and wake up.

"What are you going to do now, scum?" One of them spat at you, "you have just locked yourself in."

You smiled and walked to the other side looking for handholes to climb to the ledge.

"Not so fast," the Zygerian commander yelled across the cavern, he had made it to the control panel.

You laughed out loud, "I have locked the security doors, they will not open."

He smiled a cruel and vicious smile, "you misunderstand, if we cannot get out, I will bring down the mountain." Without another word he slammed his first down on a few buttons and red warning lights and sirens started flashing around the cavern. Pieces of debris fell from the top of the volcano.

Suddenly you heard Omega and Hera scream your name, "they hit the self-destruct!"

"Foolish girl," the Zygerian shouted. But you paid him no attention and you got a running start and pushed off from the ground with the force, grabbing the edge of the overlook and flipping to the top looking at Hera and Omega.

"How did you do that?" Hera asked looking between you and the ground.

"Another time," you said pushing the girls towards the shaft that goes to the outside. Before you could make it very far a large piece of rock fell from the top of the volcano heading straight towards the kids.

You quickly reached into the force and stopped the rock, throwing it to the side. "Quickly!" you shouted to the girls. They started crawling faster, but the debris was getting bigger and falling more frequently. You knew they were not going to make it out before the rock collapsed the tunnel.

The girls turned back towards you to shout for you to follow them, but they had no words for the image they saw. You were holding up countless rocks and falling debris, reaching into the force and pushing as hard as you can, creating a shield for them. But even at full strength you could not hold the weight of the rocks any longer.

You looked in the direction of Hera and Omega and smiled at them, a sad knowing smile that you are sure they picked up on. You let go of the shield you created and redirected your energy using the force to push the girls the rest of the way through the tunnel and hit the safe ground hard. You had just enough time to hear them scream your name again, before the rocks fell and the volcano collapsed.
