SOTC: Something Big~ Shawn Mendes

Tori looked up from tying her purple bowling shoes-size 6-feeling a presence beside her. Her eyes travelled to stiles, his own green shoes in hand.

"Hey" he mumbled, rubbing his palms on his jean-covered kneecaps. Tori didn't answer him, but finished tying her shoes.

"When is the last time you've bowled?" Stiles asked again, another attempt to get Tori to talk to him. But, to Stiles dismay, Tori got up, walking away from him. Stiles was quick to grab her wrist. "Talk to me" he pleaded, pulling her down gain.

"Why would I talked to you?" Tori hissed, clenching her jaw. "When you lied to me"

"I did it to protect you" Stiles spoke, grabbing her hand to hold. "I thought that if you knew, you'd have a higher chance at getting hurt" he sighed. "We didn't want to hurt you"

"If you didn't want to hurt me?!" She whisper-shouted, brining her face closer to his. "It's way too late" Tori tried to get up again, but Stiles refused, pulling her back down.

"Tori" he huffed. "Can we just forget about it, for tonight" he pleaded. Tori clenched her jaw, looking away from the buzz cut boy. Stiles softly, but hesitantly, put his hand on her cheek, bring Tori to look at him. "Please"

Jackson watched Stiles interact with Tori, and he did not like the way he was touching her face. It was disgusting. Jackson wouldn't admit to himself, but he didn't like the idea of Tori falling in love, she was his little sister-not by blood-but, by Heart. He also new, that stiles Stilinski had a huge crush on Tori.

"Tori" Jackson shouted, making Tori and Stiles look at him, Stiles taking his hand of her cheek.

"What?!" Tori screeched, not in anger, but in scare. Jackson's powerful voice made her jump.

"Did you umm, get your shoes" Tori happily threw her left leg up into the air, displaying the purple foot slips. Jackson chuckled as Tori brought her leg down."Okay, just making sure"

Lydia stood at he front of the alleyway, pink ball in her hands ready to toss. Jackson being the show off he is, stood behind Lydia, one hand on her bowling ball hand, the other on her butt. She giggled, both of them tossing the ball down the alley. Gutter.

The couple chose another pink ball, getting ready to roll again. The pink sphere rolled down the lane, knocking over three pins as it reached the end.

"You're so bad at this" mumbled Lydia, walking back to there seat.

Allison was up next. She picked up her chosen purple ball, throwing it down they wooden lane. Strike. Allison happily walked back to her seat, high-fiving Scott on the way.

"Your turn Tori" Jackson smiled. Tori walked slowly to the lanes, picking up an orange ball that he opened to be there. Tori was not good an bowling. She was good at many things, mid you, like reading, writing, drawing, skipping rocks, he'll she was even good at skipping. But bowling, she can not do. There for, she has never knocked a pin down. Ever.

Tori brought her ball to her chest, swing it back then forward. The orange ball rolled down the alley it was meant for, slowly sliding into the gutter. She huffed, walking back over to the balls.

Throwing her newly picked red sphere down the isle, she jumped up and down in excitement. Tori's ball had knocked over one pin.

"Jackson!" She shouted, giggling. "Did you see that, I knocked over one" Jackson nodded, chuckling.

"Yeah, good job" he smiled. Tori walked back over to her seat, which happened to be in between Scott and Stiles. She sat in her seat, back turned to Scott completely. Tori avoided stiles eyes, looking everywhere but the golden iris. She was still angry.

"Good job, Tori" Stiles mumbled. She slowly looked up at him, a small smile etched on her face.

"Thank you, Stiles"

Jackson was next, picking up a blue ball, throwing it down the lane. Strike. Of course, Lydia cheered at her boyfriends talent, the rest of the group smiling in agreement to the strawberry blonde.

"You're up McCall" Jackson spoke as he sat back down. Him and Lydia looked back at Scott, eyes set to a glare.

"You can do it Scott" Allison nudged him. Scott wiped his hand on his pants, standing up to the lanes.

Picking up a green ball, he walked closer to the alley. He looked around before throwing the ball, almost slipping in the process. gutter.

Jackson had burst into a fit of laughter, Allison, Stiles and even Tori-who was not on speaking term with the McCall-glared at Jackson.

"Jackson?" Allison spoke, a slight sass to her tone. "mind shutting up?"

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry. I'm just flashing back to the words 'I'm a great bowler'" Jackson mimicked as Scott slowly walked back to the bowling balls.

"Maybe he needs a little warm up" Allison smiled in encouragement.

"Yeah on the kiddy bumpers" snickered Jackson.

"Just aim for the middle, Scott" Allison again smiled, ignoring Jackson's snarky comments.

"How about you aim for anything except the gutter" chuckled Jackson. Tori and had enough.

"Hey Jackson, the first time you and Lydia threw the ball what did it do. Oh yeah, it went in the gutter." She spoke, on the edge of her seat. "So you guys can stop laughing at my him for not getting it the first try. Because Lydia didn't and I didn't either" she snapped. She had so much hatred for the one McCall it wasn't even funny, but she still cared, she is still her best friend. And the comments she heard about him, Tori couldn't handle. " Is that what you wanted to do when I missed the first time, laugh?" Jackson looked back at Tori sympathetically, slowly listening and processing her words.

"Tori I'm-"

"Whatever, just let him concentrate" Scott looked back at Tori, nodding his head in a friendly matter. But, she was still mad at him, so, she looked away.

Scott Had the green ball again, holding it for a couple seconds before tossing it down the lane. Gutter.

"Great job, McCall. Man, you're a pro" Jackson snickered, all the things Tori said flowing out of his head.

"Don't worry." Allison smiled, patting Scotts leg. "We only just started"

"Okay, Stilinski. You're up" Jackson mumbled. Stiles stood up, walking over to the rows of balls by the lane. Only three pink ones sat there. The only three.

"Is there any other balls?" He spoke. "Okay, I guess not" he mumbled. Stiles tossed his ball down the alley, she sphere rolling down the middle, locking over all pins. Strike.

Tori couldn't help the wide grin that itched its way onto her face as stiles walked back over to his seat.

"I didn't know you can bowl, and bowl good" she giggled, a bright smile consuming her face.

"Yeah, I guess" he mumbled, trying not to blush at the complement.

"Maybe next time you can help me" Tori smiled, into which Stiles immediately blushed.

"Yeah-"

"I'll help" Jackson butted in, overhearing there conversation.

"No, Jack it's fine" Tori sighed, a small smile on her face.

"No ill-"

"I don't want your help!" Tori yelled, tired of Jackson's protest. She gathered the attention of the group, plus Allison and Scott who stood at the front of the lane, whispering. Jackson coughed awkwardly, looking away.

Allison finished talking to Scott, jogging back over to her seat.

Scott had the green ball, tossing it forward. The ball flew down the middle. Strike.

"What did you say to him?" Lydia asked, eyeing Allison.

"Uh, I just gave him something to think about" Allison smiled.

Scott continued getting strikes. One after the other. Tori couldn't help but be jealous, the most pins she had knocked down was one and she tried seven times. Meanwhile everyone else is doing great.

Allison smiled proudly at her boyfriend as he walked back to her, after another strike.

"That's is seriously amazing" Allison grinned.

"Yeah, brother, how many strikes is that?" Tori asked, a small grin on her face.

"It's six.In a row" Jackson muttered. Lydia turned to Scott, smiling.

"Something just clicked I guess" smiled scott.

"Maybe it's natural talent" Allison spoke, grabbing his arm.

"I could use some natural talent. You mind helping me out this time, Scott?" Lydia smiled, a flirty tone to her voice.

"No, you're good. Go for it" encouraged Scott.

"Thanks for the vote of confidence" Lydia fixed her sweater, walking up to the lane.

"Hey, I'll help" Jackson spoke, standing up.

"How about I try this one on my own" Lydia smiled, making Jackson sit down again, annoyed. Tori huffed mentally, tired of the couples fights.

Lydia threw the ball down the alley, knocking over all pins that stood. Strike. She blew out her breath, walking over to the group like it was nothing.

"I think I'm getting the hang of it." She spoke, twirling her hair on her pale finger.

"That was sort of perfect form" Allison spoke, in disbelief.

"Was it?" Lydia asked. Tori leaned closer to Lydia, lips pursed.

"Maybe you should stop pretending to suck just for his benefit" Lydia smirked.

"Trust me I do plenty of sucking just for his benefit" Tori gagged mentally, pulling a face of disgust.

"Never tell me that much information about you and my brother ever again"

Tori skipped down the steps of her house, yelling a 'Coming' as the door bell ran repeatedly. She pulled open her front door, seeing Stiles stand there, a box of chocolates in his hands.

"What are you doing here?" Tori asked, glancing at the clock. 11:00 p.m.

"I wanna talk" Stiles stated.

"Well, I don't want to talk" Tori sighed, avoiding his eyes.

"That's why I brought these" Stiles said, bringing they chocolates up to display.

"Stiles I-"

"Tori" he huffed. "If we talk, I'll tell you everything"

Tori pinched her eyebrows together. "Everything?"

"Yes" he spoke. "Everything about werewolves"
