our food had come and we were all down stairs eating on the couch. kairi and hailey sat next to me on the bigger couch, mattia sat on the floor in front of me and ale sat on the chair next to hailey. we watching avatar when he heard a knock at the door. we all looked at each other than ale and mattia got up to see who it was. hailey and i looked at kairi who looked kinda scared. we leaned our heads toward the door signaling for kairi to go over there with them. he rolled his eye put down his food and walk over and stood behind ale.

mattia opened the door and there she was.
standing in my door way

we screamed at the top of our lungs. we got up and pushed the boys out the way. we jumped on devy and we all fell onto the porch.
y-"bitch i missed you"
d-"i missed you guy too"
h-"never leave again"
d-"i love you guys too"
k-"so we just don't exist"
we all got up and walked over to the boys who were on the floor.
m-"i didn't know you guys were so strong"
a-"i really hit my head. that shit hurts"

i helped mattia, hailey helped ale, and dev helped kairi.
k-"i missed you"

they hugged and it lasted a while. hailey, ale, mattia, and i all looked at each other back at dev and kairi.
they both let go and looked at us.
y-"you guys know what, this calls for ice cream."
m-"yessir"
y-"we're gonna go get ice cream then we're gonna go to 'the view'"
h-"sound good to me"
a-"i'm down"
d-"us too"
y-"ight devy you come up stairs with us, you guys wait down here we'lol be back soon"
we walked upstairs and sat on the bed.
y-"so how have you been"
h-"how's your grandma"
d-"she's fine. she getting much better now. i've been good. i missed you guys and kairi of course"
h-"oh speaking of kairi i kinda told ale that you guys you know.."
d-"it's fine i don't care"
y-"ok i'm gonna change so we can get going"
d&h-"ok"
i walked over to my dresser and pulled out this

just without the purse. i walked into the bathroom, changed. i took my hair out of the messy bun and walked out. i nodded my bead toward the door telling dev and hailey that we could go downstairs now. we walked down the steps and the boys stared at us. you know like in the movies. it was weird i didn't like it.
y-"y'all ready"

i grabbed my phone off the couch and walked out the door. i sat in front, mattia drove, hailey sat in the middle, ale sat next to her and devy sat on kairi who was sitting on the other side of hailey. we had the windows down all the way blasting "excitement" by trippie redd and partynextdoor.

we screamed at the top of our lungs. i stuck my head out the window and let my hair blow in the wind. i loved it.
i looked up and saw hailey peeking her head out the sun roof and singing loudly. i stuck my head back in and looked at devy who was sticking her head out also and screaming. the boys laughed at us and sung along.
the gang-"i love when you get on top and you ride eet"
mattia was speeding down the clear roads. there were maybe one or two cars so we were good. we vibed and sang. we were just normal teenagers with no care in the world. they were my family and i was theirs. we practically lived together. i loved them. i loved how i could be my self and i didn't have to hide. they are the best thing to happen to me.

we got to the ice cream place ordered our ice cream and walked out to the car. the view wasn't far from the ice cream place we'd gone to. it took like 15 minutes. we got there quickly because mattia was speeding again.

when we got there we parked facing the cliff. i me, hailey and dev sat on the hood and roof. the boys stayed in the car. we just looked at the trucks and cars passing by on the highway under us. it was so peaceful and quiet. their was a nice breeze and the smell of fall. it was kinda cold but not to the point where we couldn't handle it. i wanted all of us to sit down together and watch the view so i turned to mattia and said
y-"matti do you have a blanket in your car"
m-"i don't know"
k-"i'll check"
kairi got out the car and walked around to the trunk. he popped it open than pulled out a blue blanket
k-"here's one"
he threw it to me and i caught it and laid it open on the floor and gestured for everyone to come sit with me.
i laid on mattia's lap, kairi laid on mine, devy cuddled up next to kairi. ale next to matti and hailey laid in between in legs. before i got comfortable i got up and went to the car. i played "in my head" by bedroom and turned the volume to max. i went back to lean on mattia. we all just watched the car head lights pass. we saw a star every now in then but it was hard to tell wether it was a star or a plane. we just chilled and enjoyed each other's company. it was fun having the whole crew back together again. devy was back and even though i lost my boyfriend i gained my bestest friend back.

•2 hours later•
we had gone through almost every song on my playlist. it started getting even colder and after all we did have school tomorrow.
y-"we should get going it's 12:10 and we have school"
m-alright let's go"
we all got up put the blanket back in the trunk and got in the car. after we were all sitting on our same seats all buckled up mattia started driving back to my house.

when we got home we all went straight upstairs into my room. picked out this sweater and these shorts

and walked into the bathroom. i took a shower and came out, did my night routine, put my hair in a bun and walked out. i sat on the bed. only kairi and ale were in the room. hailey had walked into my bathroom, devy was showering in the guest bedroom and mattia was showering downstairs.
k-"are you sure you can do this"
y-"do what"
a-"you know what y/n"
y-"i don't know guys. i need this break, i need to find myself and get everything back together. i can't do that if i'm worrying about how to be a good girlfriend to matti. he understands. right"
k-"he should"
a-"he does"
y-"ok good"
i went on my phone and scrolled through instagram. 15 minutes later hailey came out ale went in. devy came out and ale went in, mattia came upstairs and laid down one the couch.

after everyone finished showering we all laid down on my bed and watched tv, well except mattia, he was sleeping on the couch. after a while we all got tired, dev and kairi went to sleep in the guest room, hailey and ale slept on the blowup bed and i slept in mine. it felt lonely sleeping by myself. i rarely do. when hailey sleeps over which is all the time she sleeps in my bed. when the gang sleeps over i sleep with mattia or one of the boys, but they're all coupled up now, and if me and mattia slept together in the same bed things would be awkward. i turned and faced mattia who was peaceful sleeping. i sighed and turned to face the ceiling. i stared at the purple ceiling and just zoned out. i felt my eyes get heavy, then they closed and i fell asleep.
