The Brick in The Wall

Xavier turned and saw Jamie's piercing black eyes staring at him through the jail bars, he still has the small part of uncomfortable feeling about Jamie's eyes but he trusted him enough for Xavier to walk up to Jamie on the other side of the bars, he stared at him.

"How did you get in here?" Xavier asked with a hinted growl in his voice.

"Yes, I understand that you're not the biggest fan of me right now, but I'm here to get you out. I mind controlled the officer in front of the room to let me in." Jamie said as his eyes glowed red.

"Why would you bother, everyone thinks the Hyde is me." Xavier said, falling back onto his hard bed.

"Nobody does. I don't. Wednesday has learned the hard way that you're not the Hyde." Jamie said, putting his hands on the bars. "I need to get you out, I haven't got the time to argue."

"So you know the master now?" Xavier asked.

"Yes." Jamie answered.

"Who is it?" Xavier asked again.

"It's Thornhill. She's Laurel Gates, she stabbed me and Tyler is Hyde." Jamie got his hands ready to grip, he got a firm grip and his eyes glowed red and pulled the bars off and put them down, he then walked forward and pulled the iron chains off Xavier setting him free. Xavier felt much happier then he pulled Jamie into a hug, Jamie's red eyes made him push Xavier off him.

"Sorry, the red eyed me doesn't like hugs." Jamie said, jumping away. "You need to get out. I need to fix the cell." Jamie said as he put the bars back on and the gold glowed from his veins and the bars attached themselves back.

"That power is seriously cool, dude." Xavier smiled as Jamie's eyes went back to normal and began walking out of the cell block and he mind controlled the receptionist to let them through.

"I have a plan to bring her down before Nevermore is nothing but flames, as nobody believes us we have to do things subtly, meet me in The Nightshades Library at eight o'clock." Jamie said as he and Xavier walked out of the police station.

"Thanks for letting me free." Xavier smiled gratefully.

"Being honest, you didn't really help yourself did you." Jamie replied as his breath was shown in the cold night.

"Well, that's how I normally act, sorry for scaring and making you two feel weird, it's just how I am." Xavier said, looking into the dark lights of Jericho. "I think it was because I really liked Wednesday, I was quite jealous when you brought her to the Rave'N."

"Well at that point, she really liked me. I sucked my fangs into her like Angels do and I kissed her, she was a good one. But now that I have Mia back, Mia is my number one." Jamie responded.

"She is a nice girl." Xavier complemented.

"Hey, watch yourself. She's mine." Jamie side-eyed Xavier.

Jamie and Xavier began walking towards Nevermore again as there are no cars or cabs in sight in Jericho especially at night, he walked towards and past the woods, he always stared at the woods as they walked he has such an uneasy feeling looking into the woods thinking the Hyde could've transformed and be anyway in Jericho ready to pounce, but as soon as they were past the woods Nevermore Gates were arriving and they walked through the hilly walkway and pass through the second gates. Jamie hung back outside.

"You go in, Xavier, I'll see you tomorrow night." Jamie said as he looked outside and saw the greenhouse and saw some movement. He squinted his eyes and saw Weems and Thornhill as well as Wednesday in there with them. Jamie stared through the glass and saw Thornhill with a syringe in hand. "What is going on in there?" As he looked further he saw Thornhill swing that syringe and stabbed Weems in the neck, and Jamie starred in horror as he watched Weems fall to the floor and Wednesday by Weems' side as she passed away and then looked at Thornhill with a spade whack Wednesday unconscious.

"Holy Shit. Shit Just Got Real." Jamie looked as he snatched the phone out of his pocket and starts calling Mia, she answered the phone straight away.

"Jamie! You okay?" Mia said it was overprotective.

"Yes. Get everyone in the Nightshades now, this is gonna be big." Jamie said as he ran into Nevermore, he ran up the stairs into his room and noticed his drawer was out and saw two pistols with a note from his great grandfather, Jules. And he picked up the note. "This will come in handy. Need testers." Jules.

"These will be useful. Thanks Great Grandpa." Jamie softly spoke and brought files and began walking to the Nightshades as he walked through the halls he always had an eye on his surroundings, never knowing where they'll strike from, and he walked to the statue and snapped twice and the doors opened and walked down the stairs to see the Nightshades all out from their rooms and grouped together, even including Lucas.

"What's with the meeting, why did you get us all up for?" Ajax asked groggily.

"We have a fucking problem, that's what." Jamie said as he slammed the file down on the table.

"What's the problem this time, Wednesday blaming Xavier for being the monster." Bianca mocked.

"I'm here." Xavier said from the doorway. "Jamie let me out tonight from the cell and given me a chance and I'll be doing everything I can to help." He walked with the group.

"Weems is dead." Jamie stuttered out causing an uproar from the others.

"Jamie, you're lying, Weems is fine." Yoko replied.

"You sleeping alright?" Divina added.

"No, I literally just watched Thornhill kill Weems from a syringe. And whacking Wednesday over the head. Wednesday must be what she's after." Jamie said.

"Are you sure, that's what you saw." Mia touched Jamie's forearm calmly.

"I promise my soul." Jamie said. "That's why I aim to bust her out, before we find her dead, here's the plan. Me and Mia have a night activity tomorrow in Jericho and we're getting driven in a bus there. At the red light we are getting ready and jumping out, Bianca, Lucas, I need you to put this on Tyler's camera on his phone." Jamie said, giving Bianca a small circle.

"What's this?" Bianca looked at it in mystery.

"It's a recorder, It will tap into Tyler's phone call with Thornhill, I and Mia will be in there with you listening to their conversation, Jericho is now patrolled at night, we can't give it away. Everyone else, I need you to stay clear of Crackstone's tomb, that will be the location where I think they took Wednesday." Jamie said as he gave his files to Yoko. "That's the Hyde's file, read it and just keep watch of the woods, like everyone else. Keep safe everyone, tomorrow, the rescue plan will unfold." Jamie said, putting down the other files.

"So, what's this operation then?" Xavier smirked.

"Brick in the Wall." Jamie spoke.

The Next Night Came, The Night where they'll save Wednesday. Jamie handed out microphones to everyone. The Night was wet, soggy and very foggy. Jamie loved it, it added suspense. Jamie and Mia was on board the bus, the driver was blasting tunes into his ears as his rear view mirror was slanted to the wrong way, Jamie visualised his plan and now he'll be putting into action, he learned every building in Jericho from the Abandoned Buildings next to the forest to the Weathervane and the Square.

"We're in the woods ready, there a lot of people around." Yoko spoked.

"With flashlights." Divina added.

"Just don't get spotted, if you do, take them out of commission." Jamie replied, as he sat near the front of the bus with Mia opposite. "Red light, upcoming. The driver is distracted. Forrest on the outside. We're clear." Jamie said as he threw a pistol to Mia." Jamie said.

"Gift from Jules, eh?" Mia asked as the bus stopped and walked to the back door.

"Do you wanna be in charge this time, I did say you can." Jamie softly spoke.

"I'm fine now. Wednesday your good friend. You should." Mia smiled.

"Let's do this." Jamie opened the backdoor and dropped out of the bus as well as Mia and he closed the door. "Perfect." as they hid in the darkness of the forest seeing flashlights in the distance.

"Careful, the sheriffs got his team into overdrive tonight." Jamie said as he went through a bush as he loaded his pistol as he saw the two sheriffs walk through the forest. "Let them pass." They watched the Sheriffs walk by as flashlights burned the air. They snuck past the and into an alleyway where the unluckily walked into two sheriffs holding pistols.

"Whoa, Whoa, Whoa. What are you two doing around this time?" The Male Sheriff asked.

"We're searching for a lost ring in the night, we need light to do it, could you help us?" Jamie posed as an innocent child.

"Sure. But you shouldn't be walking around at this time of the night, That monster could be anywhere." The Other Male Sheriff said began shining the light on the floor as they walked ahead of them as Jamie began reaching for his pistol and shooting one and Mia shot the other and they fell to the floor.

"Great work. Let's clean it up." Jamie said, dragging a sheriff into some dark bushes as Mia found a small hole to lay him in, as they moved into a nearby alleyway. He then walked to a wooden, bricked up, abandoned building, he jammed a mental wire through the lock and twisted it and unlocked the door.

"Lucas and Bianca are gonna be waiting at the Weathervane, it's popular on Wednesday's for some reason, full of old people." Jamie said as he kicked the door open and walked up the stairs and saw an abandoned living room and more stairs to a fire exit. "This way." Jamie pulled Mia up lightly, and opened the door to see all the street lights on and only police cars on and a lot of sheriffs filled the streets.

"Don't get any light shined on you." Jamie said as he ran forward on the roof as he walked up the stairs as he looked over the roof's edge at all the officers walking around Jericho.

"They know how to lock down a small town, that's a point I'll give." Mia stated as Jamie climbed on a high roof.

"Bianca, we're at the first point, could you shine a light to give Mia a look." Jamie asked as he gave binoculars to Mia. "Bianca is shining a bright light through the Weathervane window."

Mia gave the binoculars a try and looked around and she saw a bunch of dark buildings and the square and then she saw glowing light from the Weathervane. She squinted and saw Bianca and Lucas sitting with coffee. "I can see them. Sounds busy there." Mia smiled.

"We're coming to you, Bianca." Jamie said as he opened the door and down the stairs past some graffiti in the building and opened a metal door into another alleyway and walked through the gate. "Xavier's watching the street from afar, he'll let me know if anything happens." Jamie smiled as he and Mia walked across the road and into the Weathervane and sped walked to Lucas and Bianca.

"Well done. You two." Jamie smiled as the hot chocolate was present and Jamie gave her three dollars.

"It was nothing, phones aren't such a liability are they?" Bianca smirked.

"Fine. They aren't. I'll give you that." Jamie smirked.

"Did you place the microphone on his camera lens?" Mia asked, putting her pale hand on the table.

"Yeah, we did it as he was filling the coffee machine and refilling it. Whatever comes on that phone we can hear." Lucas smiled.

"I may have underestimated you Walker." Jamie said pulling the small stingray device and pulling the ariel.

"Thanks. It's for my father." Lucas said.

"Hey, the killer will pay the price, I promise you that." Jamie spoke, as he side eyed Tyler who was at the counter not noticing the four at the table. He heard his phone vibrate on the table and began to listen in.

"Keep your ears sharp." Mia said leaning into towards the listening device.

"Hello?" Tyler spoke as he put the phone to his ear and the four heard.

"Tyler, It's Laurell, you need to get here and see your crush being hung up. She's gonna be ready to revive an old relative of mine. All I need is that Angel idiots saliva, Weems is out of commission so we need to act fast, come to Crackstone's Crypt now." Laurel spoke as she hung up and then they saw him take off his apron and his coat on and begin walking out of the Weathervane.

"Jamie, we have trouble, two officers have just walked into the Weathervane. You two need to leave." Xavier warned.

"Come on." Jamie said as he tapped on the desk. "Follow me." They all followed him into the mens bathroom, he grabbed a piece of metal and jammed into the window and opened it. He jumped and swung from the pipe out of the window, just like Mia and then Lucas and then Bianca.

"Plan is all of us will go to Crackstones Crypt, we need to get in there and get to Wednesday before she's dead." Jamie said as he and the three walked through the alleyway and into the street and running into an officer, they all looked at each other as the officer came closer, Mia shot and knocked her out and Jamie pulled her in the alleyway and they saw the woods in the distance, they began speeding up, they saw many people around the woods, Mia and Jamie loaded and they picked off the guards one by one.

"That's the last of them. Crackstones Crypt is free." Ajax watched.

"This is all you know, Jamie. Stay safe there." Mia said as she stayed outside with Bianca and Lucas, Jamie slowly walked to the door as they distantly followed Tyler, he slowly opened it and he saw Wednesday hanging by a chain.

"Thank God. Wednesday!" Jamie said as he ran up to Wednesday as she began to wake up.

"Jamie, you're okay. Where were you?" Wednesday softly asked as a figure slowly creeped up behind him. "JAMIE! WATCH OUT!" She screamed and Jamie was whacked in the head with a shovel from Laurel as Tyler smirked.

"You vile creature." Laurel smited.

"Leave him alone." Wednesday shouted.

"Oh, Little got a crush on boy who already has a girl. That's a backstabber." Laurel smiled.

"Like you're any different." Wednesday replied.

"Hang him up." Laurel ordered as Tyler put chains around his wrists.

Jamie woke up after a while being hanging in the air and he looked at his blurred vision and he saw Wednesday hanging next to him as he saw Weems and Tyler stand together.

"So...Laurel you've got me after all this time. I'm disappointed, you could've got me sooner." Jamie taunted as Wednesday looked.

"Oh, look who's talking now." Laurel smiled.

"Jamie. Jamie Axis." Jamie mocked.

"You thought you could be a superhero in Jericho beating up Pilgrims like they were the ones who made your precious Mia go." Laurel smirked.

"You fucking didn't......" Jamie asked in shock and anger.

"I influenced them to do that before you started here. I wanted her out of the world, so I made the Pilgrims relentlessly bully her until her fragile heart couldn't take it and she dropped dead." Laurel rubbed salt into his mental wounds as he grit his teeth and his eyes glowed deep red.

"I will fuck you up, if it would be the last thing I do." Jamie struggled in the chains.

"Oh I don't think so." Tyler smirked.

"Oh Shut Up Tyler, Why don't you two fuck each other in the Weathervane. I saw how Thornhill was touching you. Not even a mother, like a genuine creep. Burn in hell." Jamie snarled.

"I'm gonna ask politely, can I have some of your saliva?" Thornhill talked to Jamie like a baby.

"How about rot in hell, you witch." Jamie spat out.

"Your she-devil friend is a witch, not me. I'm just an innocent plant maker." Thornhill smiled as she grabbed a blade.

"So are we doing this or we'll have another dorm murder?" Laurel smirked.

"Just like the dorm murder, I'll come back. I will never die." Jamie angrily moved in the manacles.

"Let's see that in action then." Laurel smirked as Tyler dropped him to the floor and he relentlessly beat him with Wednesday watching him, calling for them to stop, knowing what will happen when Jamie is enraged, he will become something more powerful than any creature.

"Stop it! It's not worth it. You're gonna die here." Wednesday urged them to stop.

"Not if he dies first." The Hyde Laughed.

"Tyler, go and wait by the boat." Laurel ordered.

Wednesday couldn't keep her eyes of Jamie suffering on the floor, holding his ribs, Jamie fell unconscious, she was hopeful that he'd wake up sometime soon and not be fully dead on the floor and hoping this was just some messed up dream.

"I have to admit it, Wednesday." she continued her talk. "That shape-shifting stunt with Weems almost worked on me. But as the world no tells you, if you want to outsmart an outcast, you need to outthink them." Laurel smirked as Jamie began slowly breathing.

She began screwing on lids to the jars whilst She watches to see if any saliva began pouring out of his lips, she was hopeful that it'd drop out of him eventually by accident but she me have to use force to get the saliva out of him, before Mia finds out.

"You know, Wednesday and Sleepyhead, We have roots that go way back to Joseph Crackstone." Laurel gloated.

"So you come from a line of psychotic killers, well done for being the third person in the room to say it." Wednesday said as she tried to lift any of Jamie's limbs with her foot to wake him up.

"Joseph Crackstone was a visionary, dedicated to protecting normies from the outcast until his life was cut short by someone's ancestor called Jaminus, who stabbed him in the back, and then to add the salt in the wounds, stole his land and built that abomination of a school." Laurel explained looking at Jamie's unconscious body.

"But throughout the centuries, My family has dedicated their life to complete Crackstones Mission." Gates smiled sadistically. "My brother died serving that cause. I decided to take a different approach. The supernatural."

"The body parts Tyler had been collecting......" Wednesday whispered. "You're trying to resurrect Crackstone."

"The only man who almost succeeded in exterminating the outcasts." Laurel smiled.

"You can't wake the dead. I've already tried." Wednesday said.

"Jamie's done it, Mia's done it. It's manageable." Laurel said.

"Angel's have a different way to you idiot." Wednesday insulted.

"I believe in your ancestors and Jaminus." Gates pulled out the book from the top of the tomb. The same book that was a fake from Pilgrim World they wanted to see, but saw a blank page. "Would say otherwise."

"The Book of Shadows......."

"It wasn't enough for Jaminus to kill Crackstone for his love for Goody. He cursed his soul for her too."

"What does it have to do with us?"

"My dear, Wednesday. You two are the keys." Laurel smiled.

"You are the key." Goody's voice echoed in Wednesday's mind coming back from the vision she had in the poe cup.

"You two's arrival at Nevermore set the chubby wheels of my plan into motion. Goody and Jaminus sealed Crackstone in his sarcophagus with a blood lock Jaminus made. Only their descendants can open it. A living one on the night of a red blood moon."

"So I bided my time, made you two feel special......until you're now ready to be sacrificed."

Laurel unlocked Wednesday's manacles, keeping her hands locked together and loosening her from the ceiling.
