Obsidian's Point of View~~~
*Unedited*

I launched myself on the couch and turned on the TV, the others followed my lead, Nate and Aubrey were cuddled together on the loveseat, and Amara was sitting next to Damien on the couch next to mine, while Ryan stood pacing back and front deep in thought. I missed Scarlett and she had only been gone for two minutes.

"Do you guys want to know something interesting?" Ryan asked us all. I turned off the TV and waited along with everyone else.

"What?" Amara asked curiously.

"Do you guys realize how powerful Scarlett is?" Ryan answered, deep in thought.

"How do you figure?" I asked him. I already knew Scarlett was powerful, I could tell, by the way she held her head high, her voice was filled with authority, something about her made everyone want to obey.

"Well, think about it. Her magic is being used at two places at once. Nobody has ever been able to do that, and the fact she transported herself from Lycos to here, nobody can transport that far. She took down 600 of my guards in seconds, she killed them then resurrected them, that's amazing. No one has been able to raise the dead, but she can. No one can control all the elements, but she can. It's like she can do anything and I think that's scary. I bet she can even read minds."

"She can resurrect the dead? How do you know?" Nate asked.

Ryan put on a grim face. "Because she resurrected your mother."

"What!?" Nate said shocked.

"Yeah she resurrected her. I was there. But then she killed her again." Ryan replied boredly.

"Why?" Damien asked, getting into the conversation.

"I don't know. One minute she's there, all alive again, then next minute I see Scarlett stab her in the heart." Ryan says.

"Liar." I say coming to Scarlett's defense. "Scarlett is a good person, she wouldn't do it unless she had a good reason." Nate suddenly looks pale, but nods at me.

"You're just saying that 'cause you love her, but here's some advice about Scarlett, at the end of the day, she's indifferent. You just a boy-toy she's gonna play with. That girl is nothing but a heart-breaker. Trust me. I saw her do it to my son." Ryan says, making me angry. He continues his speech. "I mean c'mon how much do we really know about her huh? All we know are the things she tells us. Isn't a little weird how she's always five steps ahead of the game. Truly, I tell Obsidian, you wanna save yourself, well get out of her life now."

"She is always five steps ahead of the game." Damien mused.

"What do you mean?" Nate asks.

"Okay, look she knew about Amara and me, she knew about my daughter, which not many people knew about, she knew about my conversation with Cole my second in command. I mean how does she know about these things. And... and that market she took us to. The scary-looking guy at the gate, who said we looked like goody-two shoes. Then that shop she took us to,you know the scary-looking one and came out with that briefcase. I mean what could she have bought besides weapons. Then before she changed into the dress, her outfit it made her look like some warrior." Damien finished looking a little spooked.

"Wait, hold up! A market with scary-looking guys and weapons. Oh Gosh." Ryan said looking scared.

"What do you mean 'Oh Gosh"?" I questioned.

"She took Damien and Nate to a black market." Ryan answered scared.

"Okay..." I responded not getting what he was saying.

"Black markets, these days aren't how they use to be. You have to be really dangerous to even be let in. But to have them allow two strangers like Damien and Nate pass by. Scarlett must be really really dangerous. Not even Michael, King of Theives and Pirates can do that."

"Oh." Everyone responded at that same time, finally getting what he was saying.

"It doesn't matter. Because Scarlett's mine and I love her no matter what." Damien said dreamily. Amara looked slightly hurt, but didn't say anything.

I growled at Damien, Scarlett is mine, and if I have to fight him to prove that, I will.

"No she's mine and she loves me!" I demanded and snarled at Damien and who snarling right back at me.
"She's mine!" Damien yelled shifting into his wolf and he attacked knocking me to the floor. I shifted and bit his leg and kicked him off of me. I jumped at him getting on top of him and clawing at his chest making him bleed. He kicked me off suddenly then bit my neck, making me bleed.

"Shift!" Ryan demanded, Damien shifted back his eyes orange with fury, meaning his wolf was still in control.
He punched me in human form and I pin him to the floor and start to punch with one hand and the other hand is holding his throat so he stays in the same place. I get off him and think of how Scarlett is going to kill me. The living room is totally trashed. Her white couch and her pure white carpet has large pools of blood from where Damien and I fought.

Her glass-cabinets that had porcelain dishes, are now lying on the floor in pieces. Damien and I both half-dead from beating each up. He broke my nose and I broke his jaw and gave him a black eye, both of our hands are raw from where we punched each other.

"We better explore the house, if I know anything about Scarlett is that she probably has some healing herbs. And maybe... Discover who Scarlett is." Ryan said. We opened the only door in the house which had a long hallway and at least 80 doors on each side.

"Woah." Nate said.

Scarlett's house was huge. How can she afford all this?

"Yeah woah." Ryan said. "Let's start looking."
I had a really bad feeling about this.
Ryan opened the first door. I saw what I never expected. A shrine or memorial, there was photos of people, I had no know idea who they were. A little girl, a man, an old woman, pieces of a puzzle I couldn't piece together.

"What is this?" Damien said.
"No... no this isn't possible." Ryan muttered worriedly.
"What?" I questioned.
"These are all the people I killed." Ryan answered shamefully.

"Let's go back to another room." Nate said.
We traveled down the next door and it was a simple bedroom with lilac wallpaper and a huge bed. There was a photo on the bedside table. It was Scarlett she was with 2 men in a black dress. Both men had their fangs elongated and were posed dramatically inches away from Scarlett's neck as if they were going to bite her. Scarlett looked as if she was trying hard not to laugh as she had a fake look of horror on her face. The picture made me smile.

"Who are they?" I asked curiously.
"Our friends." Nate said.
"Friends?"
"Yeah. I met them once. They were nice, Scarlett introduced me to them, said 'they were her new friends' I had no idea they were Vamps." Nate says bitterly.

"Okay..." I said. "Why so bitter?"

"That was the last time I saw her. Since then I thought I was replaced by Dracula 1 and Dracula 2. That last time we saw each other, we fought and I still haven't apologized." Nate said sadness coated in his voice.

"Scarlett. Scarlett!" A male voice called echoing through the hallways.
I froze in my spot who would be calling Scarlett?
I turned around and a man standing at the doorway looked at me and tensed and reached for his gun.
"Wait." I said.
"Who the hell are you? And where is Scarlett?" He demanded.
"Scarlett's out and I'm Obsidian. Who are you?" I asked.
"Trent." He replied curtly. His eyes examined me as if he was sizing me up.
His eyes flickered to Ryan and he lunged at him, knocking him to the ground and Trent started to choke him.

"Stop." The words slipping from my mouth like soap. He stopped and released Ryan who was coughing violently.
"I am going to wait for Scarlett if she doesn't get her by midnight, you're all dead." Trent said harshly. How could Scarlett ever be friends with this jerk?

"Okay." I replied.
Scarlett please hurry. I silently pleaded.

Flashback

We were at the beach it was officially our 3rd date and we couldn't get enough of each other.

"Scarlett. Look what I got." Reid said waving the tub of ice cream in my face, taunting me with it.

I reached for it but he pulled it back laughing.

"Please?" I pouted sticking my lip out and giving him my best puppy dog eyes.
"Okay. I can never say no to you." Reid said giving me his 1000 watt smile. "But only if..."
"If what!?" I demanded
"If you give me a kiss."
I did, we were right under the stars on the fourth of July their were fireworks, popping right above us, sparking the sky. At that moment I couldn't help but think that we made sparks of our own.

So far the ball has been pretty fun, exactly what I needed.
"Can I have a dance?" A husky voice said behind me.
"Sorry I'm waiting... Oh it's you." I said.
"Hi angel." He replied giving me a smile. "I hear you want the amulets."
"I do." I said honestly.
"Well dance with me." He said grinning.
"What does that have to do with the amulets?"
"It doesn't but I want to dance with you." He replied.
"I have a boyfriend who will kill you if he found out about this." I threaten.
"Oh please, if you wanted to kill me you would do it yourself." He said.
He was right.
"I need to go it's almost midnight."
I said.
"Will I ever see you again, beautiful?" He asked in a daze.
"You will always see me again. You can't get rid of me Michael."

"I would never want to do, tell me when you break up with your boyfriend." He replied with a grin.

I rolled my eyes and transported myself to the house.
