Ever since that dream I've been seeing.. Things.

At first it was a silhouette in the corner of my eye that disappeared almost immediately.

Then it became people with distinctive features. Some look familiar but I don't know where.

Now it's both, and to add to it I'm hearing voices. Mostly whispers that I can't even make out. But every now and again it's unmistakable.

I've been training for a few hours now my legs are exhausted but I'm almost back into the butterfly estate. Maybe I'll just meditate in the garden for a while.

I walked past the gates to see Tanjiro, Inosuke, and Zenitsu training with their swords just in front of the estate.

I estimated that my sword would come in around today or tomorrow.

Oh.

I broke.

Haganezuka's.

Sword.

Yeah no, I survived that damn train but there is no way in hell I'm surviving this.

If I do it's gonna be by divine intervention or something along those lines.

I was about to go into the butterfly mansion when I heard it.

The jingling of wind chimes, the same as when I first meet him.

Tanjiro received his a while back but mine would take longer single it's much more complicated.

I slowly turn my head to see the swordsmith, it was as if he materialized behind me. He wasn't wielding any knives like when he delivered Tanjiro's sword.

In fact he simply had the package wrapped onto his back.

He tilted his hat up slightly to see me since without a doubt that giant hat blocked his vision.

"Are you alright?! Is my prized slayer still in commission?!" He yelled, grabbing my face and turning it side to side checking for wounds as if I just left battle a moment ago.

Through how dizzy I was getting I could see Tanjiro with a deserved confused look on his face.

All three of them stopped training out of pure shock.

"I will if you keep making me dizzy!" I tried to speak through the slight nausea  of both the sudden spinning as well as the intensity of his worried aura.

He finally stopped and sat down on the patio of the mansion.

I slowly sat down recovering from the nausea that was now dying down.

"Quick question- why aren't you attempting to murder me?" I asked the swordsmith

He looked at me through his mask in silence for a good second.

"WHAT KIND OF QUESTION IS THAT?! ehem- what I mean is, your the only slayer I'm able to brag about in the swordsmith village! If you dyed I wouldn't be able to brag about how I'm making a sword for an L/n! Nonetheless a child of music!" he explained quickly.

"Now then away with the formalities and explanation! Let's talk swords!" he said quickly taking off the package from his back and unwrapping it.

He quickly put it on my lap and told me quite quickly to hold it and let it change color.

Rui and Nakime came through the door to see what's going on just before I picked up the sword.

I introduced the three to each other to which Haganezuka was surprisingly not shocked in any way shape or form.

He mostly just wanted me to make the sword change color.

"Just pick the damn thing up, the guys basically vibrating like a kid who ate too much sugar."

I heard a voice talk about Haganezuka, the voice was familiar, most likely that woman in that dream.

I picked the sword up by the hilt, I noticed that it felt much better in my hands then my old sword.

From the tip of the blade it began to change into a pure white like snow during the middle of winter.

"Alright so I studied the condition of what was left of your sword and I noticed that the hilt could have had an adjustment or two." he continued

"I made what held the smaller blades together to make the full Katana stronger, I got someone to test the prototype and it's able to carry human weight so you can apply force onto the sword to quickly get from place to place on the battle field, within range of course." he explained although some of it I didn't understand.

"So.. To simply what you just said.. You turned my sword into a more deadly grabbling hook?" I asked, genuinely confused.

"Yeah sure let's go with that. Now then, I must remind you of you do find your sword broken, chipped, or you find any imperfections send a letter immediately." he sternly informed me.

I nodded my head quickly and he continued rambling about the unique design of the blade for a while.

At the end he look some dango for the road and 'reminded' Tanjiro to not break his sword again, and by remind it was basically a blunt threat.

Getting used to this sword has been slightly more difficult but so far I've been managing it.

I've had a habit of training at night and for some reason I can't help but feel like I'm being.. Watched

I've seen a figure in the corner of my eye, but it dissipates the moment I turn to see it.

Not like that woman, who was in my dream.

We always make at least a second or two of eye contact till she leaves.

No, she has a slight glow to her figure, not to mention she doesn't peak at me behind trees and walls.

Usually I can see distinct details and features to her.

But this one, it has almost none of that.

The only way I could describe it is...

Faceless.
