Hold on. Wait a minute.
That's me, isn't it? Hey, Egak is just Kage backwards! Are you kidding me?!
"Yeah, that's definitely you." Loki replied, still shaken.
He's an even edgier version than me. I never thought that I would end up fighting myself in this kind of way, but honestly, this brings up a lot of questions.
His Arcana is Loki. Is he also a fusion of souls like I am? Or is his personality just more similar to Kyle than Ken? What happened to his eyes? Why was he working for Demon King Azaroth?
And what the hell is with his vague warnings?
"K-Ken..?" Erica whispered.
Bianca looked inbetween me and the other me, very confused.
"We've been through the multiverse shtick." I said. "He's me, but he's not ME. Get it?"
"Kind of confusing." Erica muttered. "I'm surprised you aren't shaken."
No, I'm definitely shaken. Because something happened which turned me into that. Can't say it doesn't worry me.
Anyways, he said that I was stronger than he was. He seems to be a little older than me, and he shouldn't be as strong as me with the seals unlocked. With Bianca and Erica with my side, we should win whether this battle is quick or long.
Backwards Ken suddenly narrowed his eyes at me. "Wait...You're stronger than now than before that punch. Where did that boost come from?"
He doesn't know about the seals. Is his timeline different? Did he never get involved with Erica, Irene, and the others?
"Well, shit." He sighed. "LOKI!"
With his sudden scream we were blasted backwards. I slammed my feet into the ground, only being pushed back a little. However, Erica and Bianca quickly left my view as they flew through two portals. Those weren't there before.
. . .
"This should be a bit more even." Bastard Ken stated. "I'm sorry about this. This is now the second Bianca I've pissed of."
. . .
They were just here...
"Where the fuck did you send them?" I glared at him.
"Away." Was all he replied.
I let out a low chuckle, receiving an eyebrow raise from Gonna-Be-Dead Ken. I blasted myself forwards with green fire, and in an instant my fist was in his face. He flew backwards, crashing against the ground before he slammed his sword into the rock to stop himself.
"What's going on with Ken...?" Medea asked.
"Ah, it's what he got from Irene and the others..." Loki stated. "I haven't seen this since the tournament and Lupercio."
"You don't mean...?" Medea gasped.
"That's right..." Loki continued.
I couldn't hear them anymore, not with the blood pumping through my ears. If he wasn't going to tell me, then I'd beat it out of him. It doesn't matter how many teeth I break or how many fingers I snap, I will get him to tell me.
"...he can get quite crazy." He finished.
The other Ken barely blocked the swing of my sword in time, giving me the opportunity to uppercut him in the stomach. The armor around my fist impacted his with a strong force, forcing him backwards.
I morphed Loki into a gun, aiming it at his head. He ducked as a fiery bullets flew by, lunging at me with a swing to the head. I stopped his blade with my hand, keeping it in place. My grip was too strong to push through.
And then I started to tighten down. I clenched my fist as cracks started to form on his black blade. The other Ken's eyes widened in response as the blade shattered and I slapped him in the face with the pistol.
He stumbled backwards, clutching his face. Blood now started to trickle from his forehead. I wanted to see him bleed even more.
I am sure that Erica and Bianca are safe, wherever they may be. But this man still deserves a fate worse than hell for messing with them. Maybe I can get Hel to torture him for eternity. Certainly sounds fun.
"He's starting to scare me..." Medea sweatdropped.
"You aren't like me." The other Ken realized.
"You aren't even half of me." I spat, before I felt a grin creep onto my face. "You wanna tell me where you sent them?"
"Why do you care so much-?" He started to ask, before a kick into his side sent him flying.
Before he could crash into the ground I shot before him, punching him so hard into the ground he created a crater in the rock.
"Because they're mine." I spoke. I slammed my foot on his chest, cracks spreading across his armor. With another slam his armor shattered and my foot pounded his chest. "Now tell me. Before things get worse."
"I...I can't." He gasped.
"..." I stared down at him. "Disappointing. To think I would be so fucking weak. Is this what I used to be like?"
I slammed my foot on his chest once again. He desperately gasped for air, before breaking out into a series of bloody coughs.
Is this what I would have been like had I never met them? Disgusting. I can't even imagine a world without them.
If something happened to them? I'd destroy a whole world.
"Do. Not. Fucking. Test. Me." I glared, each word sending another slam of my foot onto his chest. "Tell me before I start taking eyes."
"I...don't know..." He coughed. "I don't have enough...control yet...enough training..."
And he's telling the truth. Worthless.
Loki morphed into a gun. And before the other me had the chance to speak another word, a searing hole was made in the middle of his head.
"Wow, you just killed yourself." Loki said. "Rose being your sister makes more since know. Two peas in a pod."
"Is this really the time?" Medea asked.
"No, it's fine." I sighed. "Helped calm me down. Now I just need to do some world hopping."
"I gotta say, I didn't expect that." A new deep, dark voice suddenly said.
I twirled around, only to see a blue fog. It was through the mist that the voice spoke.
"Azeroth." I presumed.
"Really, how cold hearted to kill another version of yourself from another world. Without hesitation too. Very interesting. I can see how you killed Lupercio now." The mist continued, ignoring me.
"What do you want?" I glared in annoyance.
"Isn't it obvious? Power. Control. Worlds. I am a Demon King after all." Azeroth chuckled. "Well, it's a bit more complicated than that, but who cares?"
"I look forward to your future endeavors." He continued. "I am quite excited for our battle. It is coming soon."
"I'll kill you just like Lupercio." I replied.
"Yes, to save your world and...girls." Azeroth responded. "By the way, would you like a hint about the whereabouts of the two missing?"
"You would tell me?" I asked, obviously suspiciously.
"Of course. I don't know where one is, but the other is right here." The mist lightly faded, revealing familiar blond hair.
"Erica!" I gasped, lunging forwards. The mist flew around me, Erica disappearing as it reformed behind my back.
"I hope you realize that you've made a grave mistake." I stated. "You've only sealed your fate."
"I look forward to it." Azeroth laughed, before the mist dispersed.
Everything was silent, before I slowly sat down and let a tear fall. Damn it.
"I'm sealing your power." Loki stated as I suddenly felt it drain from me. "Let's hope this fight isn't too soon...or else we won't be able to use it."
"Whether I can or not doesn't matter." I declared, wiping the tears. "Azeroth is going to suffer. Now let's go find Bianca."
Azeroth worries me. He just snatched Erica away like that. He has to be at least Lupercio's strength, probably more. After all, he didn't get sealed into the void for years.
I morphed Loki back into a sword, slicing it through the air and creating a portal. Wait for me girls, I'm on my way.
