As we arrived at the school I looked out and saw how modern it was but it has a touch of old money vibes.

"Oh my gosh girl I'm feeling rich for just being in the parking lot" Tiana said fanning herself.

I laughed looking at my best friend being herself which I love the most. As I look in the rear view mirror I saw my dad looking at us intensely which send shivers down my spine.

"Hey girls when we get home there is something that I want to talk about with you guys"my dad said turning around and looking at us straight in the eye like he is trying to read us.

After that intense moment he turned around and open the door on my side and help me got out while Tiana went on the other side.

When we were walking in I saw my brothers Nico and Emily waiting for us at the entrance way.

"Nico and Emily did you guys already get a tour of the school"dad asked as we all walked in with all eyes on us.

"Yeah we got it already though I doubt I remember everything" Emily said while laughing.

"I can show you around the school if you want" Francesco said while blushing a bit which tempted me to tease him but I decided against it.

The bell rung so everyone rushed to class and we had arrived at the principal office I looked over to see if Tiana was still behind me because this is the quietest she has ever been ever since I've known her.

I grabbed her hand and squeezed it a bit to give her a quick reassurance. As we entered the principal office without knocking or any permission the principal looked annoyed till he saw my dad and instantly stood straight up.

"Mr .Rossi what a surprise what can I help you with today" the principal said shifting side to side uncomfortable.

"I want to sign my daughter Isabella and her friend Tiana into this school" dad said while taking a seat which cause me and Tiana to follow suite.

After a long hour and many paper works later we were free to leave and I was happy until I heard what came out of Tiana's mouth.

"Is there anyway that we could get a tour and start today" Tiana asked while playing with her fingers.

"You can get a tour today but starting will lave to wait at least till next week because you just chose your classes today and it's too much of a short notice for your teachers.

"They will come back for the tour tomorrow I have an urgent meeting to attend" dad said standing up and buttoning his suit jacket up.

"Ok then we will have your uniforms waiting for you in my desk tomorrow" Principal Hatcher said while getting up to walk us out.

As we were walking down the empty hallway I turned to see Tiana biting her nails which is a habit she does when she is thinking hard.

I pulled her hand down from her mouth and whispered whats wrong she looked at me and shook her head no then told me nothing to worry about.

Time Skip

Eventually we all made it home and the only ones who was here was my three oldest brothers and my mom all sitting in the family room.

"Go sit in there girls" dad said while taking his jacket and tie off also rolling his sleeves up.

When we all sat down Tiana grabbed my hand squeezing it for reassurance for both me and her.

"I'm not going to beat around the bush I'm just going to get straight to the point" dad while sitting up.

"You guys went to the one place I said not to go to but you went over my words then not only that went through my paperwork and to top it all off you watched a tape" he said in a cold tone.

"This calls for a serious punishment as well and as for punishment until you guys can prove to me that you are sorry and won't ever do that again you are not allowed near each other" he said then right after looked at us waiting for a reaction.

"Well first off I had a reason to do that" I said starting to feel bold.

"What could be the reason when it wasn't an emergency or no one called you up there" lores on said butting in a conversation that doesn't need him in it.

"What was your reason then Isabella" Leonardo said jumping in as well.

"I overheard you guys and the older people of the family talking about how my fathers death was planned and about me not knowing about the mafia" I said with tears coming to the surface of my eyes.

"We are sorry Mr. Rossi it's just that we needed answers and we know that you wouldn't give it and everyone will follow suit so we had not choice but to be curious which we know that it was wrong" Tiana said speaking up.

"I also can't stand to be away from Tiana when I know that she is close to me I need her here by my side so she can help me adjust I don't know what I would do without her" I said then that's when the tears begin to run down my face.

Dad sigh and rubbed his face with his hand then looked like he was at a crossroad, he stayed silent for a while then dropped his head down. After that he stood up looking both of us in the eye and said he will let us off the hook this time.

Feeling happy Tiana and I both high each other then ran over to dad and hugged him as well forgetting the fear that we had.

"Also question" Leonardo said getting up and scratching the back of his neck.

Once we heard his voice we let go from the hug and turned around so we can listen to him.

"Since you guys watched the tape do you see us any different or scared of us now" Leonardo said which caused the room to build tension.

After asking that question which I don't really want to answer Tiana stepped up even though I know she is more nervous than me.

"Of course not I mean if you guys were really bad people we both would still be grounded but have a worser punishment and you guys won't show me such good hospitality" Tiana said while laughing a lot which is her sign that she is nervous .

"You girls go upstairs and wait till lunchtime I'm pretty sure you guys are still tired from that late night adventure" mom said giving us a gateway to leave cause anyone could tell that was a lie Tiana just told them.

"Thanks mom bye everyone" I said grabbing Tiana's hand and rushing out of there then straight to my room.
