When I open my eyes it was blurry at first so I try to blink a couple of times .

That's when my vision came back and I recognize that I was in a hospital room.

I look over to my side and saw Federico on his phone playing a game.

"What happened"I asked him confusingly.

He looks up and say that I passed out.

"I'm going to the let everyone else know.

Federico went to the door to open it and half step outside and said.

"Isabella is awake" he said.

Once he came back in everyone rushed in to crowd the room.

"Are you ok" Camilla asked.

"Do you need anything"Sofia asked.

"Do you need and massages"Francesco asked.

"Are you hungry" Aurelio asked.

"Ok everyone one at a time let her breathe" Alessandro said while looking at my distress state.

Everyone took a few steps back and looked at me.

"Thank you everyone for worrying about I am ok" i said trying to ease their worries.

Once I said that a nurse came in and she asked me a few questions then said I can leave once the IV is done.

As she left I thought about my father and mother.

"Where is my mother's room" I asked to Alessandro.

"She is on the third floor in room 310" he said replying back to me.

"I would like to see her" I said while looking down.

"Ok we will make a trip down there on our way out but for you need rest" he while rubbing my back and laying me down.

I looked at everyone in the room one by one but once I got to Luca he seemed to be lost in thought.

"Luca are you okay" I asked genuinely concerned.

"Luca are you okay" I heard Isabella asked me which brings me out of my thoughts.

"Huh oh yeah I'm ok" I said trying to reassure her.

"You've been quieter than usual since you came from the bathroom" Leonardo says while putting a finger on his chin like he is trying to figure me out.

I didn't know that they  noticed the little things I do I guess they do still care for me.

"If something is wrong I advised you to tell us now" Lorenzo said in his scary tone.

"Ok fine can I speak to you and dad" I said while looking at the both of them.

"Is it that important" grandfather asked while looking at me.

"I just want to make sure of something"I said trying to ease out the room.

Once we made it out of the room Lorenzo and dad stood in front of me.

"I think you guys will need to sit for this" I said wile ushering them to take a seat.

They both looked at each other then back to me before taking a seat.

"Okay well I'm thinking that Mr.Miller death was planned" I said while looking at the both of them nervously.

"Why you say that Luca" dad said itching to get up.

"Well I saw the head surgeon and a man talking and it seems like he paid the head surgeon to kill him and he offer more money to kill Mrs.Miller" I said all in one breath.

"If what you saw is true then that means Mrs. Miller is not safe here"Lorenzo said while getting up.

"Lorenzo go get MaKayla and Isabella discharged we are going to take care of them at our at home clinic" Dad said to Lorenzo.

"Oh yeah Luca and Lorenzo let's keep this to ourselves for the time being just until we get enough information" dad said while looking at the both of us.

"Ok" we both said.

When dad,Luca, and Lorenzo I looked towards Dante to see if he was thinking what I'm thinking.

As I turn my head towards him he was already looking at me.

"Something is not right"he said to me in a low voice.

"Yeah I don't have a good feeling right now not input that it's been too quiet in the underworld as well" I said to Dante whispering.

"We have to get Isabella out of here as soon as possible" Dante said while looking at a sleeping Isabella.

Right after he said that I heard a notification sound come from my phone I pulled it out to see a message from an unknown phone.

Unknown:And then there was two

And with the message there was a family photo of Isabella with her adopted parents and there was a red x on Mr.Miller.

I hurriedly showed Dante and his eyes widened at the phone.

"I will go get dad and you alert the guards we got to get out of here" I said to him in a hurried tone.

Before I can make it out the door dad and Luca came in.

"Dad look" I said as I shoved my phone into his face.

Dad looked at it and then he showed Luca they both looked at each other like they were communicating through their eyes.

"As of right now Isabella and her adopted mother is in danger" dad said announcing to everyone in the room.

Once he said that everyone was on high alert and the atmosphere turned scary with all the dominating aura in the room.

Dante came and said that he has guards on standby and Lorenzo came at the same time and said that the paperwork is done so we can leave.

Uncle Alessio picked up the sleeping Isabella while everyone huddled around them.

Once we were outside and placed in our respectful cars I saw dad on his phone.

"So what now" I asked dad.

" I'm going to call Thomas and see if he can comeback from Greece so he can help us out.

" Is it that serious" mom asked worryingly.

"Yes and I rather be over prepared then under cause whoever this is has to be new to the underworld to mess with my family" dad said in his Don mode.

As dad gotten off the phone he said that Thomas and his family will be at our house in 3 hours.
