At the moment, Lynn was watching TV on her brother's flat screen, which she considered a heck of an improvement than the TV they had back home. She kinda got over not being able to help out Batman after Lincoln bought her a new phone. Still, she wanted more than anything to be partners with the Dark Knight, since she felt like there was nothing better to do around here than to watch a few shows or do some parkour around the Manor, which Alfred disapproves with entirely. She just kept flipping through channels, from cops shows, to movies and to the news, where some interesting stuff was shown happening...

Newscaster:"And for some sad news today, the Worlds Greatest Acrobats, the Flying Graysons, have horribly died in an accident today during a tour with Haly's Circus that was soon to arrive at Gotham City."

Lynn:"Oh no! Those guys were my favorite trapeze group!"

Lucy:"(appeared out of nowhere) You never said you had a favorite trapeze group."

Lynn:"(screams when Lucy should up)...Yeah, it's not something I usually talk about. But I love those guys. They had such great moves and technique, they could take your breath away with their performance. It's like they're...magic. I've spent some time trying to replicate their moves, but I can never do what they do perfectly...or without falling on my face."

Newscaster:"Though, friends and loved ones mourn the death of John and Mary Grayson, it seems their only son, Richard Grayson, has mysteriously disappeared a day after their untimely fate."

Lucy:"Hmm, I don't blame him for disappearing. It's sad really. Their son is about the same age when Lincoln lost Mr. and Mrs. Wayne."

Lynn:"Yeah. Having to live with the memory of losing your loved ones is not easy. Especially at that age. I wish I would've gotten to known him."

Lucy:"...Speaking of which, where were you yesterday? You seem to have vanished yourself just before dinner."

Lynn:"...Oh. Uh...I was just...with Lincoln. I...just kept asking things of him, he kept saying no."

Lucy:"...Well, I suppose that's nothing to worry about. But you seem pretty tired this morning."

Lynn:"What makes you say that?"

Lucy:"There's the bags under your eyes."

Lynn felt around her eyes to realize that Lucy was right. She could look tired to just about everyone...

Lucy:"Plus, you feel asleep in your cereal."

That did happen. Everyone was just enjoying their breakfast when Lynn suddenly fell face first into a bowl of cereal. That would explain why she felt like she had milk and half a flake up her nose...

Lynn:"...Right. I just had a rough night, Lucy, alright? Don't worry about it."

Lucy:"If you say so."

At the moment, Lincoln was heading over the kitchen to get his morning coffee. He kept in mind the idea of having Lisa and Lynn working with him since last night. But his train of thought was interrupted when he saw Luna blocking the door to the kitchen...

Luna:"Sorry, bro. Kitchen's off limits."

Lincoln:"What do you mean?"

Luna:"Lori's in there cooling off. She got into a bit of a fight with Leni."

Looking over Luna's shoulder, Lincoln could see Lori in there, looking fumed with her arms crossed and not making eye contact with everyone...

Lincoln:"Have your parents talked to either of them?"

Luna:"Well...this is something...out of their control."

Lincoln:"Are you tell me the one time there needs to be parenting, Mom and Dad can't do anything about it?"

Luna:"...Pretty much."

Lincoln:"...Let me handle this, then."

Luna:"Whoa, Lincoln. I don't think that's a good idea."

Lincoln:"Hey, someone has to be the parent in this situation."

Luna:"Lincoln, just wait for a second. I know it feels like you have to take charge, but please don't worry about it. We have our way of settling this, and it works like a charm."

Lincoln:"Hmm..."

Luna:"Besides, you and Lori are not in good speaking terms at the moment."

Lincoln:"Point taken. Alright, I'll leave it be and see how it goes."

Luna:"Cool. Trust me, Lincoln. It'll blow over fast."

Lincoln:"I hope so. Just one question, does this mean the others are gonna be guarding more rooms in the house?"

Luna:"Sadly, yes."

Lincoln:"Hmph. One of the only times off work, and this kind of stuff is happening."

For the rest of the day, it seemed like Lincoln couldn't go anywhere around his own house with his sisters in the way. At this point, there was practically only seven places around the manor where he could stand. Not that he really goes anywhere the house too much, but these boundaries kinda get in the way of his...other thing. Still, he tried to interfere with what his sisters had going on here, even though he REALLY wanted to. It was nearly nightfall, and Lincoln decides to head out...

Lincoln:"Alright, so is everything cool around here now?"

Luna:"Yep. Like I said, bro. We got out own way of solving this."

Lincoln:"Uh-huh."

Lana:"Where you heading off to, Lincoln?"

Lincoln:"...I just gotta get out of the house."

Lori:"That's your best excuse?"

Lincoln:"I'll call you if I think of something better. I just hope that this house is one peace when I get back."

Without saying another word, Lincoln leaves the house, leaving his sisters in suspense...

Leni:"That was a bit harsh, coming from Linky, don't you guys think?"

Luan:"Yeah, maybe we took it too far with the Sister Fight Protocol."

Lori:"Guys, relax. Lincoln will get used to it. Just like Mom and Dad did."

Lana:"I wouldn't really call hiding from us 'getting used to it'."

Luna:"Yeah, and besides, Lincoln's different. He seemed pretty determined to get involved when Lori was in the kitchen."

Lori:"Unless he wants to make things worse, he's literally gonna have to accept it and respect our boundaries."

Lola:"I don't know, Lori. This is Lincoln's house, so we kinda have to play by his rules too, don't you think?"

Lori:"Hmm..."

Leni:"Why do you guys think he left so fast?"

Lola:"Yeah, now that mention it, where does Lincoln go to all the time?"

Lori:"He does seem to literally disappear around the house a lot."

Luan:"If that's the case, he might be into magic."

Luna:"(unamused) Really?"

Luan:"(shrugs) I mean, I could be right."

Lana:"Do you guys think Lincoln could be avoiding us?"

Lola:"What?! No! He wouldn't do that!...Would he?"

Lori:"Wouldn't surprise me."

Leni:"Maybe, he went to go see someone."

Luna:"Now THAT would be interesting!"

While the rest of the sisters continue to talk amongst themselves, Lynn pulls Lisa asides and points to the Study. The two of them smirk while they head over there...

The batmobile was racing through the streets of Gotham, with the Dark Knight behind the wheel. He had hoped that his sisters wouldn't grow suspicious about how he disappears from the about every night. But tonight was something he had to investigate, for it involves the Anthony Zucco, a low level Mafia who's taken refuge in Gotham recently. Lincoln heard about some activity going on between Zucco and the Circus. It wasn't a coincidence that the Graysons were killed off after he had a little chat with the Circus' ring master. If Zucco was responsible, he will face Justice for his crimes.

But Batman wasn't alone in this investigation. Not far behind him was Lynn, who was on a motorcycle, following the Bat wherever he was going. But she then got distracted by something up above. From her perspective, it appeared to be a hooded figure with a bow staff like hers, jumping from one building to another.

Lynn:"What the-?"

Because she got distracted, she didn't realize she was about to hit the back end of the Batmobile until the tail lights were closing in on her face. Breaking hard, she was inches away from hitting her brother's ride. She thought she was safe until she heard the Batmobile open. Lynn then knew she was dead when she met face to face with the Batman...again...

Batman:"Lynn-"

Lynn:"Okay, before you get mad, I just really want to be your partner! That's all."

Batman:"Lynn-"

Lynn:"I'd be willing to do anything to impress you! I'll...I'll wash your uniform, help Alfred out, anything you want! You got it!"

Batman:"Lynn..."

Lynn:"Anything! Really! Just-just be mad at me! I just want to impress you, and I-"

Batman:"Lynn!"

Lynn:"What?!"

Batman:"Just get in the car. You're not in trouble."

Lynn:"Wha-? Really?!"

Batman:"Not yet, anyway."

Lynn:"Oh. But, what about the bike?"

Stepping towards the bike, Batman pressed a few buttons on it and it began to ride away, heading all the way back to the case, as Lynn assumed. With nothing else said, Batman heads back to his car and motions Lynn to get inside. And with all that, the Batman continues his patrol, now having a little companion by his side. Lynn was enjoying how awesome the Batmobile looked on the inside, there was just so many buttons she wanted to touch. Unfortunately for her, Batman wouldn't allow it, his glare proved that...

Lynn:"(sighs) So...what are we doing?"

Batman:"We're going to go check up on a gangster who might be responsible for the death of that Trapeze group from Haly's Circus."

Lynn:"What? Really? Who's the guy?"

Batman:"Anthony Zucco, nicknamed 'Fatz'. He was a little on the pudgy side a while back."

Lynn:"What would he have to do with all this?"

Lisa:"(through com link) Intel shows that Zucco was demanding protection money from the circus' ringmaster, C.C. Haly. But he refused to pay up."

Batman:"Lisa?! You're on this too?!"

Lisa:"(awkward laugh) Maybe a little."

Batman:"(groans) Anyway, Zucco is like anyone in the Mafia, wanting to collect, no excuses. He has the perfect motive."

Lynn:"Well, if he is guilty, than he's going down."

Batman:"...Just stay by me, Lynn. Don't try anything drastic."

Lynn:"No problem."

Minutes later, they made it to Zucco's hideout, but it appears as if someone may have already beat them to it. There were unconscious goons on the ground, and by the looks of their wounds, they were taken out by someone with a weapon, someone with such athletic skill, they could give Lynn a run for her money. Looking around for Zucco, the two turned to the room at the end, and that's where they found Zucco. Well...found his body...

Lynn:"Oh my gosh."

Batman:"Look away, Lynn."

Someone impaled Zucco with a bow staff, left him suffering before he had succumbed to his wounds. Using his detective vision, Batman found no trace of any dna or finger print on the staff. Whoever did this had done well to cover their tracks...

Batman:"Who could've done this?"

Lynn:"...I might have an idea."

Back at the Batcave, Lisa was waiting for the others to come home safely. Soon enough, the Batmobile came rolling in, and the duo come out of the vehicle, looking like they just failed at their mission...

Lisa:"Any luck finding Zucco?"

Batman:"(takes off cowl) He's dead."

Lisa:"Dead?! How?"

Lynn:"He was stabbed by a staff. Left to bleed out. I could barely stomach what I saw."

Lisa:"Who could've done something like that?"

Lincoln:"We have one suspect, thanks to Lynn...Richard Grayson."

Lisa:"Richard Grayson? From the flying Graysons?"

Lynn:"In a way, it makes sense. Zucco was responsible for his parents' death. He wanted revenge. Poor kid. I wish we could've done something about it."

Lincoln:"Yeah, I agree. If only...if only I could've reached Grayson somehow. I could've taken him in, gave him a home, a family."

Lynn:"Yeah! He could've taught of his skills!"

Lisa:"Seriously, Lynn?"

Lynn:"What? Okay, I get it, not the time, but still. It could be useful."

Lincoln:"(sighs) I suppose it doesn't matter now. What matters, if Grayson is responding, he must be apprehended."

Lisa:"Agreed. And, Lincoln...about our proposal."

Lincoln:"Girls..."

Lynn:"We can be of great help to you. I'm sorry for threatening to expose your identity, but I really wanted to be a partner to Batman."

Lisa:"I never thought to have been an ally to the bat. But I must say, that it's quite a thrill."

Lynn:"Yeah. If you give us a chance, you'll see how great a help we can be!"

Silent throughout all the time they talked, Lincoln thought about it. He knows Lynn is reckless, hot-headed, immature and sometimes aggressive...but he does see potential in her, even knowing how determined she could be. Same goes for Lisa, a brilliant mind of hers should be put to proper use. And she really seems capable of handling the Batcomputer. After a moment of silence, Lincoln sighed...

Lincoln:"You'll need a proper uniform."

The two suddenly got excited, knowing that they were finally in...
