"(Y/n), (Y/n) Uzumaki". Lady Tsunade gave you a large smile before jumping over the desk squishing you in a tight hug. Her chest pressed up against the side of your head, making you feel really uncomfortable. After you had nearly passed out from her strong hug she released you. "Sakura, call Naruto here right now!", she ordered. Sakura nodded and ran out of the room. Was this Naruto guy related to you? Did your cousin still live? Or maybe even your aunt and uncle? Who knew, you just hoped that they would except you.

Sakura's POV

I had followed my orders from Lady Tsunade. I ran around looking for the one and only Naruto. I check his apartment, wasn't there. His training spot, not there either. Even Ichiraku's ramen shop, not there either. Then it hit me, I began running towards the river. After ten minutes of running I reached the river and began running along the bank. Then there, crouching in the bushes was Naruto and Jiraya, spying on three girls swimming in their underwear. Idiots! I walked up behind them and slapped them both at the back of the head. "Oww!". "What are you doing?", I questioned with a raised voice. They both rubbed the large bumps on their heads and shrugged. "Naruto, Lady Tsunade summons you", I stated, folding my arms over my chest. Naruto shrugged again. "I will go later". Oh no you don't!  "CHA!". I Gave Naruto another slap. "Immediately!".

Naruto's POV

Sakura was extra angry today, what was so important? I tried to tell her I was busy but she wouldn't have any of it. Just slapped me every time I came up with an excuse. Right now I could see the flames in her eyes and steam pouring out of her ears. I immediately gave in, I don't want Sakura to slap me again, certainly not after training with Granny Tsunade. I ran beside Sakura all the way to Granny Tsunade's office. What was so important?

Your POV

I lent up against Lady Tsunade's desk while we waited for Naruto. What would he look like? Would he have bright red hair light the rest of our clan or blonde like his father's? You felt really nervous, what if he doesn't like me? What if he hates me? The questions kept flooding into your mind. Then I felt a hand on my shoulder, I looked up and saw Lady Tsunade standing beside me with a reassuring smile on her face. I smiled and slowed my breathing, everything was going to be OK. 

The you heard the knock on the door. "Enter", called Lady Tsunade. You tightly gripped your skirt as you saw Sakura walk in followed by a tall boy with blonde spiky hair. "Granny Tsunade is this about a mission? Cause if it is I wanna make sure that its not a D rank", he said while stretching. You looked back at Lady Tsunade and saw fury in her eyes, but then she took a deep breath and gestured him over. "Naruto, this is (Y/n)", she said while pointing at you. He looked you up and down and shrugged. You smiled and gave a small wave. "Yeah what about her?". Lady Tsunade looked at you gave you a nod. You smiled back and pulled out the photo and began walking towards him. You handed it to him and stood beside him as he looked over the photo. You pointed to the pregnant women's bellies. "That's you and that's me". His eyes widened, he looked up at you and back at the photo many times. "So your my cousin?", he asked, his voice shook as he spoke. You nodded, but before you got to speak you were met with his embrace. His arms wrapped tightly around your body and you heard his breathing quicken. Then a droplet of water fall onto your shoulder. You hugged him back and began to cry with him. "I have never had anyone before",  you sobbed into his chest. You hugged and cried for around ten minutes before you pulled away. "Thank you".

Naruto wiped his eyes and yours too. You felt safe, protected. This is what happiness felt like, having some one care for you. It sent warmth throughout your body, I wish I had experienced it sooner. "Naruto would you want (Y/n) living with you?", asked Lady Tsunade. Naruto smiled and gave her a thumbs up. "Of course", he looked back at you, "How about you, would you like to live together?". "Hell yeah!".

It was getting late, so everyone left Lady Tsunade's office. She said that she would have bedding and 'girl stuff' sent over to Naruto's apartment. You had greatly thanked her, you were overjoyed. Happy to have a family, even if it was just one person. You and Naruto walked home as it was still a little light, the sky was pink and very beautiful. You had never seen anything as amazing before. You got to his apartment just before dark and it was perfect. A little small but a lot bigger than your old apartment. You smiled and sat down on Naruto's bed while he made 'cup ramen'.

That night you slept on a mattress beside Naruto's bed. He had offered to take it but it was his apartment and you didn't really need a full bed anyway. You snuggled into your blankets and fell asleep. Tomorrow was going to be a great day.

Naruto's POV

I woke up in the middle of the night with a dry throat. As I got up i heard (Y/n) talking in her sleep. Her head nuzzled into her pillow and arms tightly wrapped around a bunched area of blanket. She was so CUTE! You knelt down beside her to try to make out she was saying. Most was just mumbles and half words. But then you saw her sleeping face turn to a massive grin with a tint of pink in her cheeks as she whispered a single word. "Gaara".
