Hannah watched Moroz carefully, his gun still aimed in their direction.
"We're on the same side," She said.
Moroz frowned,"We'll never be on the same side!" He yelled, taking another step towards her, "You killed my Father." His voice was calm and Hannah frowned, shaking her head, "What?" She asked, trying to place the family resemblance. Moroz waved his gun towards Stephanie, and Hannah checked Zeke, still slowly growing closer to Moroz's blind spot. "You were both on a mission in Russia. Don't you remember?"
Hannah tried to go back in her memory. She'd been to Russia a lot in her first few years at CGT.
"It was almost Christmas, and my Father had been wrongly accused of selling secrets," Moroz had a cool detachment in his tone and Hannah's eyes slowly widened. She looked over to Stephanie, the same realisation on her face.
That was their first unsupervised mission. The orders had been spur of the moment, and Stephanie had taken the shot, but given Hannah the credit.
Moroz smiled as he watched their recall, "You didn't notice the son of your target kneeling by his Father?" He asked.

A shiver slid down Hannah's back.
"Well, you will now," He said, cocking his gun."Give me the device. I won't promise you'll get a quick death, because I don't want you to have one." His eyes were dark and Hannah took a shaky breath.
"CGT gave those orders," she said softly, as Zeke moved closer to Moroz. He was oblivious to the shift, his eyes locked onto Hannah instead.
"We both want to take CGT down. Let's do it the right way," She said. Moroz laughed just as Zeke lunged forward for the gun. Hannah ducked down, and Stephanie and Ian joined in the race for Moroz's gun.
Hannah took a breath as her training kicked in.
She needed the device.
Bending onto her knees, Hannah crawled to the next boat ramp post. Behind her, the team wrestled for control.
Not daring to look back, Hannah bent towards the water, and reached under the post for the waterproof bag. She smiled as she found it, pulling at the tape and ripping the bag which contained the device.
As she pushed herself up, the sound of a gunshot echoed on the water and Hannah spun. Her heart stopped and she was sure her face was pure white, "No!"
