-Wattson-

After Tae had left, I went to Octavio's room.

I knocked on the door when reaching it, and he answered fairly quickly.

"Hey, amiga! How are you?"

"Not really the greatest," I said looking down.

"You wanna come in?" he asked.

"Sure, I suppose."

I entered his room. It was much different than Tae's. The ceiling was white like Tae's, but rather than the walls being plain white, they were a nice lime green color. They were also littered with posters of himself and the games, instead of Tae's walls, which were completely empty besides a calendar and a little thing to hold Hack above his desk.

"So, you done looking around?" I didn't hear him. "Hey amiga," he said slightly louder. I came out of my thoughts. "What?"

He repeated his question. "Are ya done looking around?"

I blushed, slightly embarrassed, and nodded.

"Come sit then!"

The sofa was a beige color. I sat down on it.

"So, why're you feeling down?"

I sighed. Now or never. "I told Tae about my "feelings" towards you."

"And you're sad because it ruins your chance of being in a relationship with him?"

"Mhmm."

"I mean, I still think he has feelings for you, amiga."

"But what if you're wrong?"

"Think about the way he acts around you!"

"The way he acts around me?"

"Yeah! For one thing, he can hang out with you without being forced to. Usually, he has to be forced by Ajay to hang out with me!"

"I think Ajay told him to "watch you so you don't get into trouble," actually. Also, he thinks you're too hyper is the reason why."

"That's also why he's boring, cause he's not hyper at all!"

"Octavio!"

He grinned guiltily. "I mean, it's true!"

I shook my head and laughed a little.

"Anyways, Mirage told me that there's gonna be a party at his bar to celebrate the anniversary. You coming?"

"I mean, sure I guess," I said, accepting the invitation. "There isn't anything I'm doing at that time, so, yeah."

"Alright! Maybe you can talk to Crypto as well!"

I smiled and said that I would see him at the party.

I was happier than I had been previously, but something part of me was still missing. I could feel it.

-Crypto-

I was pondering that last question when I heard a knock at my door. I opened it to see Witt standing there.

"What are you doing here?"

"I have a ni-iniv-invitation to my bar at 8:00. We're holding a party for the anniversary!"

"We?" I asked.

"Of course! Me and my decoys. No one else helps me set up a party better than them! No worries, by the way. I'm not inviting weird science dude, and I think Natalie is coming as well. How about you? And also, how's that relationship working out?" he asked, raising his eyebrows and smirking at the end.

I shook my head. "It's no use. She likes Octavio."

"She does?" he asked, furrowing his eyebrows. "Well, that came out of nowhere. I swear, she and Octavio barely care about talking to each other when they're in de-din-differ-different rooms, unlike you and her."

"You can't go just off of that though. You need to hear what they say as well."

"Wait, how do you even know that she likes him though?"

"She told me."

"...Oh...wait, does that mean I fail my side of the deal?"

"Yes, it does," I said kind of hastily.

"Oh come on, old man," Elliot grumbled. "Promise you'll talk to her at the party though. Pretty please?"

"Fine," I said hesitantly. "What should I even say, though?"

"That's for me to, uh, not know, and for you to find out," he said smirking.

"Wait-" but it was hopeless. He had already ran out into the hallway.

"I'm going to kill you Elliot Witt," I said under my breath.
