I stood there, flustered and shocked.

She kissed my cheek.

That didn't mean she felt the same way that I did though. I know some people greet and say bye to eachother that way, but I never thought Natalie was one of those people!

I decided to clean the kitchen. Nat had offered to help, but I said that I would do it myself after she left.

I closed the door and went over to the kitchen, with Natalie still being on my mind.

A little while later, I heard a knock on my door. I opened it, and Elliott was on the other side.

"Hey, ki- I mean, old man!"

I sighed. "What are you doing here, kid."

"Oh, y'know," he said. "Just checking in on Cryppie to ask if he has a si-sig-sin- a girlfriend!"

"What? No! Of course not!" I desperately said.

"Are you sure about that? I swear I saw you hug Natalie. You don't let anyone touch you! When I appro- went near you for the first time, you held me at gun point! Well, except you didn't have a gun, and it wasn't scary."

"Shut up, kid. She's my friend. Anyways, you approached me when I wasn't expecting it," I argued. I knew, however, that he had caught me, and he would keep pushing until I answered.

So instead of arguing more, I held up my hand, and sighed. "You did catch me though. I may have some sort of feelings for her."

"WAIT," he yelled. "YOU ACTUALLY DO?"

"Keep it down, idiot," I hissed.

"Sorry," he said.

"Everything alright in here?" I heard. I tensed up. Witt had an apologetic look on his face.

Luckily, it was only Renee.

I relaxed and answered. "Yes, Renee. We're just talking about something."

She hesitated, and then looked at Elliott. "Are you sure?"

"Yes."

"If you don't mind me asking, what were you talking about?" she asked, looking back at me.

I looked at Witt, and he looked nervous. It wasn't about the current situation, however, but I could only tell that much.

"We were talking about Natalie."

Eliott looked slightly surprised about how I answered, but was still nervous.

"Oh, okay. Do I have another person to talk to about both of you?"

I looked at Eliott, and he opened his mouth to speak. "Yep! You have the all great Mirage to talk to you! You should be very thankful! Yep, thankful!"

She looked at him, and then looked at me. "I think I'll go now. Bye to both of you." She then left.

"Oh god, now she probably thinks I'm weird. I should not have said all of that."

"What do you mean?" I asked. I never thought he would care about what Renee thought about him, especially to that extent.

"Okay, okay, I should probably tell you since you told me about Nat, but I might like Renee."

I didn't know what to think. I never thought that anyone else could have feelings for other people in the Games.

"I... never knew."

"Look like I'm good at hiding it then! Also, I have a deal for you.

"What is it?" I asked, slightly uninterested.

"So, if I help you get with Natalie, you'll have to help me get with Renee."

"What?" I was confused. "I don't know the first thing about relationships!"

"You will when you get with Natalie!" he said while singing, and walking to the door.

"Wait, kid-" but he was already gone.

How am I going to deal with this.
