lol Mr. Lee is innocent

The five friends hurriedly sit down in their seats as their teacher hobbles to his desk. The concern on the boys' face is obvious. Why is he here? I know he isn't feeling better...

Mr. Lee brings the attention back to himself and clears his throat.

"I'm sorry if I still don't look so well, I asked the doctors to give me some strong medicine. I didn't want to miss out on your wonderful projects!" Mr. Lee says excitedly.

As the teacher says that, the class smiles and pulls out the assignment given. While that happens, the door swings open loudly, revealing an angry Mr. Kwon.

"Why are you here, Lee?" the angry teacher asks spitefully.

"I was feeling better and-"

"You better hope you don't die today." Mr. Kwon interrupts and slams the door.

There is an awkward silence in the classroom as the students look between the door and Mr. Lee in alarm. Mr. Lee just sighs and sits at his desk.

"Don't worry about him, just continue to get set up in your groups." Mr. Lee says with a soft smile.

Taehyun and Yeonjun look at each other worriedly.

"Geez, what is wrong with that Kwon guy! Why hasn't anybody called the cops on his ass?" Soobin whisper-shouts as he glances back at the door.

"I'm not sure. He always seems to get away with everything!" Beomgyu responds.

And after a quick conversation, the five boys are called up to present first. Their presentation ends up going better than the reader would expect and they finish on a high note. The next group follows soon after and after a short time, the class is done showing their projects. Mr. Lee takes this moment to stand up after a quick clearing of his throat.

"I would like to thank everyone for doing so well on their projects despite me not being here. I thoroughly appreciated learning about what you are interested in. Unfortunately, you will not be able to enjoy your interests for much longer." Mr. Lee states and stands up tall.

The class looks among each other with scared and confused looks as their beloved teacher lets out a deep booming laugh that would frighten even the bravest people. With that, the ground begins to shudder and shake and the sound of glass shattering and concrete crumbling fills the air. 

This isn't a normal earthquake.

This is much stronger.

The five friends hold onto each other tightly as they cover their heads from being hit with debris and anything else that can hurt them. Beomgyu is crying, just like the rest of their classmates that can be heard screaming in terror.

But just as quickly as it starts...

it stops.

Hesitantly, the class crawls out of their hiding spots to be met with a frightening sight. The teacher everybody thought of as soft-spoken and frail, was now sporting a blood-red pair of horns and wings. There is a hole in the ground and small creatures are rising up from the cavern. Yeonjun clings onto Soobin and points to the creatures.

"What the hell are those?!" Yeonjun shouts.

"Mr. Lee appears to be a Deathwing, while those little creatures are just his imps," Soobin explains.

"What the heck is a Deathwing?!" Beomgyu asks while hiding behind Kai.

"You've heard about the seven deadly sins, right? They're not a myth. Deathwings' are people who have been condemned by Greed himself as being 'the worst-of-the-worst. He basically is one of the greediest people in the world." Taehyun explains and he pulls out a small necklace.

"What is he going to do?" Kai asks as he watches Soobin and Taehyun interact.

"He's probably going to take us hostage... or kill us..." Taehyun explains.

"What are we going to do?" Beomgyu asks and Soobin and Taehyun turn towards the rest of them, shiny objects in hand.

"Taehyun and I are going to attempt to take down Mr. Lee. You guys stay here and protect your classmates from those imps. We are giving you these necklaces. Some of our power is stored in it and they will help you. Yeonjun, you are going to get mine. It will make you be able to hypnotize anything you touch." Soobin explains and hands over his intricate blue necklace.

"Huening Kai, you are going to get my necklace. It will make you much stronger so you will be able to fight off those guys better." Taehyun explains and hands over his own equally beautiful necklace.

"What about me?" Beomgyu asks quietly.

"Here, this is a dagger that will transform to any weapon you want and will transform to work perfectly with the weight and length you need. Be careful." Taehyun adds and hands Beomgyu an intricately designed sword.

"We have to go. Work together and be careful. The imps won't try to kill you if you ignore them, but if you attack they will try to hurt you. And before I go..." Soobin says and walks over to Yeonjun.

He embraces the older into a hug and gives him a soft kiss on the lips, surprising Yeonjun again. He melts into the kiss though and the two kiss for a second before Soobin pulls away and runs.

Taehyun is also hugging Kai and Beomgyu, saying what could possibly be the last goodbye. He too pulls away first and runs off with Soobin. It s then the trio notice the quickly approaching imps. They give each other a nod before attacking, thinking of their friends as they work together to defeat a monster that has invaded their school.

And after a semi-hiatus...

I'm back!
