"Mother, mother, guess what I found out." Little Nova called her mother.

She was running wildly at the hall of palace. Her face was beaming with joy as she reached her mother who was walking with maids.

"Haven't I told you to walk more appropriately?" Frigga tried scolding her, but seeing her joy, she was unable to not to contain a smile.

"Am I not a princess? Princess does whatever they want. They live with their wishes and I want to run." Nova said.

"Are you protesting me, The Queen of Asgard? You must be punished for your sins." Her mother said with a smile on her face.

"I am so sorry, your highness. I promise you that this won't happen again. I beg you to forgive me and not to punish me." Nova chuckled and Frigga joined her.

"What was the thing you found out?" Frigga got back to the main point.

"I found out that Dora loves Fandral." Nova whispered so that the maids wouldn't hear.

Her mother's eyes widened in surprise and she smiled. 'How fast did they grow up?' She thought.

"Are you sure?" Frigga asked.

Nova nodded in excitement.

"Promise me to not to tell anyone else about that." Frigga got serious.

"I promise." Nova said and at the same moment they saw Dora running towards them with an angry expression.

"Mother, protect me." Nova spoke.

"How dare you?" Dora yelled. "Did you do the thing I think you did?"

"If you mean telling mother, yes I did." Nova replied innocently.

Once she uttered those words, Dora attacked her. Thankfully, Frigga and maids was able to stop her.

"Dora, take control of yourself." Frigga raised her tone.

"How can she do this to me? How can she talk about my private life so carelessly?" Dora was still angry.

"Dora, I was just trying to help you. You would always be in confusion. You would always doubt if your feelings are mutual. I don't understand anything from this love thing, you need opinion of elder people and Mother is not a stranger." Nova explained.

Her words seemed to have an effect on Dora as she calmed down.

"I still don't forgive you." Dora said coldly.

"We both know that you can't bear a grudge, don't we?" Nova smiled.

Dora couldn't help but smile as well.

"I always want to see you like this." Frigga said.

Suddenly, guards approached them.

"Princess Nova and Queen Frigga, All-Father Odin requires your presence." One of them said.

Some minutes ago.

"I want to solve this problem in peace. What do you want in exchange of Niflheim?" All-Father Odin asked from Hel, The Goddess of Death and Queen of Niflheim.

"I want one of your daughters." Hel said.

"How dare you?-" Odin shouted.

"We both know that you are not able to occupy Niflheim after that big war. And we also know that I can't attack Asgard." Hel interrupted him. "You need the power of Niflheim immediately. And all I want in exchange of Niflheim is one of your daughters."

Odin hesitated for a moment.

"Which one?" He asked.

"That is your decision." Hel smirked.

She was truly evil. What's more she could turn people into evil. She was always enjoying watching people suffer. She was breaking people for fun and for these reasons everyone hated her. Everyone would try to protect themselves from her.

"I will give you Nova." Odin answered. 'I can't give my daughter to her.' He thought.

"Better for me." Hel said thinking about Nova's powers.

"Guards, bring me Nova and Frigga." Odin called guards.

Back to present.

They both walked to the King's room surrounded by guards. They both were worried and they both were trying to hide it. Nova finally broke the silence and said:

"Do you have any idea why All-Father wants to meet us?"

"No, I don't." Frigga answered shortly.

Nova was deep in thoughts. 'Have I done anything bad? No, I probably haven't. Will I be punished again? If he would think about that, he wouldn't call mother. Mother would protect me from him. Then why, why does he wants to see me?'

With that thought Nova and Frigga entered the King's room. They saw odin on her throne and a scary woman in front of him. Both of them stood beside that scary woman.

"What is happening, Odin?" Frigga asked with stern tone.

"Nova is going with Hel." Odin answered.

"What?" Frigga asked in disbelief. "What do you mean?"

"You heard me clearly. Nova will go away from Asgard and she will never return." Odin spoke.

"I am not going to allow anyone take my daughter away from me!" Frigga said.

'Why is he sending me away? What have I done wrong? Doesn't he love me?' Nova thought. 'Of course, he doesn't. Are you blind to not to see that you are unlovable? You always doubted. You didn't believe that he doesn't love you even after all those tortures, now he proved that.'

Nova didn't want to go away from her family, her homeland. What's more the woman she was going with was extremely scary. She could see that the woman would do terrible things to her.

"Don't forget that you are talking with All-Father. It is my order and you have to obey me." Odin yelled.

"What if I don't?" Frigga said.

"I would have to send you to dungeons and Nova would go with Hel." Odin responded.

There was no way out, no way to save her little daughter. Frigga could never get rid of Odin's hatred towards Nova. Frigga's protests wouldn't help Nova either. She had been protesting to Odin from the day he mentioned sending Nova away.

"Mother, I don't want to go." Nova cried.

Frigga's heart broke at the sight of her daughter. She bent down and hugged her. They both couldn't hold their tears. The fate was separating them.

"I am sorry my little girl. I have tried everything I really did, but nothing works. Be fine for me, okay? " Frigga said.

"Enough." Odin shouted at the crying mother and daughter. "Guards, take her to the Bifrost and then give her to Hel."

With that words the guards came and pulled the girl away from Frigga's arms. Nova was doing everything to stay with her mother, but she couldn't beat the strong guards and her little fingers were cruelly separated from her mother's.

"Mother!" She cried desperately shattering Frigga's heart. Nova was fluttering like a bird stuck in a cage not knowing that the key was gone long time ago. She didn't know that her mother had been begging Odin while he was designing Nova's cage. She didn't know that she was going to accept this cage as her life later.

Her shouts filled the palace and her mother collapsed onto the floor helplessly in sobs. She cried for help, she cried for mercy. Her screams was so desperate so that they could break anyone's heart. But, nobody heard her.

That was when she promised herself to not feel anything ever again. That was when she built her walls. Every single bricks wounded her deeply but, it was better than her heartbreak. She would be alone, yet safe. She locked her heart forever.
