*Third Person's POV*
Destiny exited the black suburban and was quickly surrounded by armed agents, pushing her forward. The brunette walked towards the steel bolt double doors as they opened. She looked around the inside of the building.
There was cells on the second floor on both sides of the entrance. It was basically like a prison. There was people with powers in the cells, unable to escape because the bars of the cells blocked out their powers.
Destiny looked over at Agent Williams with a raised eyebrow. "What? Did you really think we believed you when you had told the world that you were the only superhero?" He asked her in slight amusement. Destiny moved her eyes over at the prisoners that she passed as they walked by their cells.
"Where are we?" She questioned suspiciously while continuing to walk to wherever they were leading her.
"Welcome to S.PA. Each one of these... gifted people are here to protect themselves from the public. They've risked themselves and almost exposed their powers." Williams began to explain, "Like you, Destiny. See, you're not the first inhuman that we've dealt with before."
"You call people with powers 'inhumans'? Why? Because we're so different from you?" Destiny questioned, her eyes narrowed as she looked behind her and at the head agent. "That's just-"
"It's just to-"
"I know, put a label on us, put us into a separate category than human. We're human, though-" Destiny cut him off like he had just done her.
Agent Williams pressed his hand on the scanner next to a metal gate as it confirmed his handprint and the gate opened. He looked at the girl beside him and commented, "Yes, you're still human, but with an extra set of DNA. It's a little different. Yours, in particular, is even more special somehow."
"How do you know so much about me?" Destiny asked him as they walked through the open gate and continued down the corridor.
Agent Williams nodded a little and sighed inaudibly before answering her question, "We've known about you, and ever since you as Quake started working with those bionic people, we've watched you carefully."
They led the bionic-superhuman into an interrogation room as Agent Williams gestured for her to sit down at the table in front of the interrogator who was fixing to eat his lunch but stopped. Destiny sat down in the metal chair in front of Williams and another middle-aged man who had black hair and blue eyes.
"Now, we just ask you a few questions. I'm Dr. Andrews... Where are you really from? How did you get your powers? Not your bionic chip, we already know about that." The man beside Agent Williams began, his hands folded in front of him on the table.
Destiny simply looked at the food on the table, her arms folded across her chest, as Agent Williams noticed and spoke up, "Are you hungry? Go ahead, have a hamburger." He slid the napkin with the burger over to her and added, "Have some." Destiny unfolded her arms and picked up the burger in her hands. "See? We're all friends here."
Destiny glanced at the soda and fries near him as she snapped her fingers and pointed at the drink. Williams moved the soda over to her as she moved her finger to the fries and gestured in front of her. He then moved the fries and over to her. She took a big bite of the hamburger as Dr. Andrews asked, "Now, how did you get your powers? Does everyone have powers where you come from?"
Agent Williams glanced over at his partner's papers and looked at him. "You skipped a bunch of questions." Andrews rolled his eyes and looked at him and replied, "Excuse me for trying to keep it fresh." Destiny finished her burger and just finished drinking her whole soda and placed the cup onto the table a little loudly. Dr. Andrews looked at her slightly impressed and commented, "Man, this little lady can eat!"
"Okay, you've eaten. Now, tell us. How did you get your powers?" Agent Williams questioned, repeating the other guy's question from before. Destiny looked to both of her sides and back at the agent, gesturing for him to come closer as he did after exchanging a look with his partner.
Williams was at her face as the brunette grinned and burped in his face. He backed up quickly, recoiling in disgust. He didn't say anything but leave out of the room while Destiny laughed and remarked cheekily, "Oh, I'm not telling you anything." She picked up a fry and popped it into her mouth, still laughing lightly.
Two guards stepped into the room and moved over to the brunette, grabbing her arms in their hands, and then dragged her out of the room. They led her down two hallways with some of the Inhumans yelling and shouting indistinctly. A guard grabbed her left hand once they reach an empty cell and cut her palm with the blade of a knife, blood starting to seep through the cut.
"Using your blood on this control pad, it blocks out you using any of your powers. It's very high-tech." The guard began to explain, placing Destiny's left palm over the hand scanner, it scanning the open cut as blood smeared on the screen. "And the cell also inhibits your bionics from being used."
"So, we are really prisoners." Destiny muttered.
"For your own good." The other guard commented, shoving her into the cell and closed the door behind her. "This way, you won't cause any more damage or destruction." The guards then walked away from her cell as she heard one of them mutter to the other, "This one seems more freaky than the other freaks here."
Destiny moved her fingers lightly against the cement wall and looked around her cell. There was a twin-sized bed, one toilet and sink, a mirror above the sink, and then the cell door. So, this is what prison's like. The brunette thought to herself. She attempted to use her powers and bionics to escape out of this place but to no avail. She was truly trapped here.
Destiny sat down on the old bed and slowly laid down on her side, her head on the pillow, as she stared at the blank, cement wall. Her brown eyes then started to water as she attempted to hold them back, one tear falling down her right cheek. She just wanted to go home.

"Oh, dear, sweet niece, wake up now." A familiar male voice spoke beside me as an unsettling, cold feeling washed over me. I open my eyes and quickly sit up, scooting back on the bed, my back now against the wall behind me. My uncle, Hive, was standing in the cell, watching me.
"What do you want? How did you find me?" I question.
"I never lost you. I can make this all go away, but on just one condition. You accept you fate, your destiny." Philip answered, his hand clasped in front of him. "If you come willingly when the time comes, and it's almost here, might I add."
"You're talking about ending the world. I don't want that! I never wanted that, I still don't." I argue in disbelief, pulling out my wand from my boot and then shot at the cell door with an orangish-red beam as it deflected the beam, making it fly back towards me as I quickly duck and miss getting hit by it.
I tuck my wand back in my boot and stand back up from my crouched position and look at my uncle who had an amused look on his face. "Oh, shut up." I pout and fold my arms across my chest.
"Destiny... It's not ending the world. It's simply creating a new one-". He started as I remark, cutting him off, "Yeah, after I destroy this world. Hence, the title that has been given to me. Destroyer of All Realms. Yeah, I'll pass on fulfilling that fate."
My uncle sighed and commented with a slight shake of his head and hands on his hips, "My dear niece, you've got the wrong mindset. You're destined for great things. Sure, you have to destroy a few little things, but in the end, it'll all be worth it." I narrow my eyes at him as he continued, "Just come with me. I can give you immense power. You won't have to suffer anymore. You'll be at peace with yourself, no more inner war inside of you."
"At what cost? Innocent people will die if I fulfill that stupid prophesy! Don't you get that? Do you even have a heart, a soul? Those lives matter. You can't go around killing people. It's wrong!" I continue to argue with him.
"I really hoped that you would understand on your own, but I see that you won't. I guess I have to understand for you." Hive simply replied, throwing his hands out in front of him with his palms upwards slightly and fingers pointing my way. A grainy-like, sand-like energy moved from his fingertips and floated towards me and into my eyes as I gasp sharply, my hands thrown out to my sides and my face lifted up.
Once it was over, I sigh and look at him with a more better understanding and a new mindset towards my uncle. I smile a little. It was like I had just took my first breath of life, like being reborn. I didn't feel so empty anymore and felt full now.
"I understand now, Uncle. I have to return back to the penthouse. They have something that we need." I comment a little bit breathlessly.
Hive smiled a little, short-circuiting this cell and made it where I could now use my powers in here. "Do it. Then take care of that team and come find me. After that, we can move on with our plan." He replied with a small nod.
I smirk a little, grab my wand from my boot, and wave it a little as I vanished into thin air and appeared at the door of the penthouse.
I tuck my wand back inside of my boot and enter the building, looking around carefully. "Guys?" I call out and then moved over to the hyperlift and enter it, going down to mission command to find all of them crowded around a cyberdesk as they tried to locate where I am. I clear my throat, making myself known. "I told you that I would be back."
"Des!" Everyone ran over to me, crowding around me and then buried me in a tight group hug, relieved to know that I was now okay and back from that place. "Are you okay?"
"Yeah, I'm good. Actually, I have a better outlook on life, a new understanding of the future." I answer with a small smile.
Then a beeping sounded on the cyberdesk as all of us turned to the sound. "Finally. Now, the results are in. This will tell us who told the public Des's identity." Donald commented as I hid a smirk. I may have tampered with his results. The monitor showed a person and their 'statement' given to the reporter.
Everyone fell silent after letting out surprised gasps and looked over at Bree. "Bree, why?" Chase started towards his sister first.
Bree shook her head quickly and replied, "I didn't do this-"
Kaz cut her off, "Were you just mad at Des for something and you just told the reporter everything on her?"
Oliver nodded and added, "You're always starting something with Des. You always say some mean comment to her. It would make sense."
"I didn't-" Bree started again and then turned to look at me, stepping towards me as I step back and away from her, "Des, please, believe me. It wasn't me."
"Evidence doesn't lie, Bree." I begin, looking down at the floor and then back at her, "They have a recording of the phone call that you made to the reporter. They have pictures of you talking to the reporter. Please don't lie to me."
"You do tend to let your anger get the best of you, especially when it comes to Des. I don't know why, maybe jealousy for some unknown reason?" Reese inputted, her hands on her hips.
"It wasn't me!" Bree insisted, her fingertips started to glow as she accidentally blasted all of us back as we crash onto the floor. "I am so sorry, I- I didn't mean to."
I stand back up and murmur, "I'm sorry too." Bree looked at me in confusion as I blast her back with my earth ability, making her hit her head against the tip of the cyberdesk. She was now knocked out. I cover my mouth with my hand and then run out of the room and down the tunnel behind the rock wall, heading straight for the weapons room.
I grab the box that contains the purple, clear-like, magical stone from my realm and smirked in satisfaction. Can't believe that they believed that and started to doubt Bree. I think to myself in amusement, Now, time to finish this. I place the box inside of a black backpack that was inside of this room and then carry the backpack on my back, the straps over my shoulders.
"Des, please. You have to believe me. I didn't do this. I wouldn't betray the team. I wouldn't betray you like that. You're my sister." Bree started as she entered the weapons room and then frowned when she saw the backpack. "Are you- Des, don't leave."
"I believe you... Come with me. We could just walk right out of here." I reply. Bree looked at me as if I was crazy or something and then spoke back up, "What? Are you serious? They wouldn't understand. This is our home, our family. You don't abandon family."
"I don't care-" I start.
"I don't- You, of all people, cares about family and wouldn't abandon family. We can't leave, Des. They'll find the real results and will see that I didn't do this and see that I'm innocent. What're you even doing in here- with all the weapons?" Bree commented, looking at me suspiciously at the last part of her statement. "Des, what did you do?"
I look at her and shook my head a little as she stepped back. "Reese told us about your uncle... Hive can infect people and it's like mind control. So, this is what Hive's... sway looks like." Bree concluded and then stepped towards me, "Des, you're sick. He's- He's using you! You're sick!"
"No, no, I'm happier than I've ever been. I've felt an emptiness inside of me my entire life and have tried to fill it, but I finally found the answer." I reply, a small smile on my face, "And it's beautiful. It's, uh, it's a bond."
"Beautiful? Des, people will die! Don't you get that!?" Bree said, moving her hands through her hair on the top of her head and dropped it back down to her sides. "Des, please, please, don't do this. Okay? If you do this, you'll be set on the path of destroying the world."
"Sure, I'll have to destroy a few little things, but in the end, it'll all be worth it." I reply, "You don't get it. The world will thank us for what's about to come."
"The Des I know would never betray this team, this family. The Des I know wouldn't throw away what she has here!" Bree exclaimed in frustration and then scoffed in disbelief, "You framed me."
"I'm sorry, but the team needed to find the rat who exposed my identity, so that they'll stand down. And with your temper, it was easy for them to believe it-" I start.
"Really?" Bree scoffed again.
I add, my eyebrows furrowed, "But I'm not throwing you away-"
Bree shook her head in disbelief and turned around and then faced me again and commented, "You- You used that against me!?"
I look at her a little bit sadly and replied, "I'm here for you now! We could have it all. We want you guys to join us."
Bree shook her head and muttered, "No, no, I- I don't want any part of this."
I look at her and then down at the floor and sighed a little, glancing back up at her; I reply, my hand aimed at her now, "You'll understand someday."
She looked at me with slightly wide eyes and shook her head a little and then started, "Des? Don't. Okay? You- You don't have to do this."
"But I do." I reply, "It's time that I stop running away. You always wanted me to stop running. You should be proud, Bree. This is me not running away. My fate is inevitable. It will happen. There's no stopping it." Vines shoot up through the floor and grabbed onto Bree and pulled her down to the floor, pinning her there. I move and now stand above her as she squirmed as the vines tightened around her.
I then turn and walk out of the door while Bree yelled after me, "Des! Des, don't do this!" I continue to walk away, moving my palms out and above my sides halfway, using my earth ability against the floor. The building began to tremble violently as pieces of the roof began to fall down while I continue to walk away.
The rest of the team, plus Donald and Douglas, was still inside of mission command as they turned their heads to look over at me once I enter the room, still making the building shake violently. "Des, stop this!" Donald spoke up first.
I simply looked at them, continuing to bring the whole place down, and then walked over to the hyperlift. "It's Hive! He got to her!" Reese exclaimed over the loud noise of the rumbling from the tremors.
"Well, we need to get her to stop before she brings this whole building down on top of us!" Douglas replied, rushing over to me and then grabbed my arms and held me. "D, stop this. This isn't you!" I squeeze my eyes shut and blast his arms off of me, sending him flying through the air as he crashed into the wall and then hit the floor.
I look at the rest of them and commented, "Stop trying to save me. I don't need it." I made the cyberdesk behind them explode into pieces as they quickly dove out of the way and was on their stomachs on the floor. I throw my hands out in front of me, palms facing down at the floor, and continued to use my earth ability as the tremors grew and grew just as more pieces of the roof began to fall down.
I smirk and leave out of the building, leaving the team and everyone behind.
