Breakneck and Lightning leaving the hospital- "You sure you wanna do it man?" Breakneck asked Lightning "Well since this shit I can't do almost anything," Lightning replied while limping on the cane. Breakneck looked at him "You can still bitch," Lightning looked at him "Your so fucking funny," Lightning mocked him, Breakneck laughed. Just as they turned the corner to the front door, a black Tahoe pulled up and 2 guys with ski masks jumped out with silenced AR-15's, and aimed at Lightning and Breakneck and they started to spray shoot the building. Breakneck instantly ran into action getting people out of the way, putting them on the other side of the building, or around the corner. Breakneck cleared all the people and took out the shooters, then he ran to move Lightning out of the way, but he was slammed to the ground on his back by the villain Rapid. "Sup man," Rapid said to him with a smirk "Oh fuck off you!" Breakneck yelled at him, then using both of his feet to kick Rapid off of him. Breakneck made a run for Lightning, trying to get him out of the way, but Rapid grabbed his arm stopping him. The 2 started to swung each other in a circle until they both tripped, Breakneck took the second he had to shove Lightning down the hallway, the bullets just barely missed him. Once Breakneck got Lightning out of the way he turned around to find that Rapid was gone. Breakneck went back to normal time, he walked over to Lightning who laying their on the ground. "Did you have to shove me?!" Lightning yelled at him "Yeah sorry about that," Breakneck replied while helping him up. "Why did you even push me did you forget you had powers?" Lightning said getting to his feet "It was Rapid," Breakneck told him. Lightning looked at him in confusion "Something doesn't feel right," Lightning said, then started walking again "What do you mean?" Breakneck asked him while walking beside him. "Why would those villains help break out an ancient villain who they didn't know and why would Rapid try to kill me," Lightning told him as they turned the corner again but instead of shooters they saw cops arresting the shooters. "I have a feeling there's a bigger plot behind this," Lightning said to him self, the 2 then walked outside, then getting in a car.

Rapid is one of the villains with super speed. He is able to use his ability under water. He hates Breakneck because he's faster than he his. He has always made random attacks on Breakneck trying to kill him.

Back at the HQ- All of the Elementals and Breakneck sat in the meeting room. "Why would Rapid go through that kind of trouble to kill y'all?" Roxy asked. "We don't know but we have a feeling there's a bigger person behind this," Lightning told everyone. Miss Light in her seat scoffed at that, which turned Breakneck's attention to her "You okay Light?" Breakneck asked her "Yeah I'm fine thanks," Miss Light replied. "We need to get behind this now," Lightning told everyone. "Aren't you going to the Supreme Court though Lightning?" Tendency asked him, Lightning looked at his stomach then back up "Yeah so once I'm done their I'm coming straight back here," Lightning told everyone. "Alright team I got to go get dressed for Court," Lightning then walked out of the room. Wave stood up "Is there anything anyone has on this situation because we need 'anything' we can get," Wave asked everyone. Everyone shook they're heads except Miss Light.
