Tylers Pov.

  Me and Jake are on the road leaving the city behind, looking back just to see the sparkles on the glass of buildings as the sun hits them."Time to go Tyler we have a ways to go," Jake says turning back around and bumped into a man. "Sorry man." He smiles taking his hand.He kisses his hand lightly. "What is a prince doing all the way out here, Surely it isn't safe for a beauty like yourself to travel alone?"I look at him confused of what he is doing and I feel a tad upset, I don't know why though. The guy smiles and giggles lightly as they keep making small talk.I start to walk away when Jake starts to kiss the guys cheek. Jake takes notice and says his fair well as he runs after me.He catches up and I see the sunlight shinning down on his hair. "Tyler Hey man let's get to know each other more, I am 20 what about you?"He says walking along side of me. I think to myself a moment, I guess if we are gonna be traveling a while some talk wouldn't be to bad."I am 19" I reply to him not really sure about what to say next. As we are walking a man stands in front of us saying as we approach. "If you want pass me you have to battle me!" Jake grins pulling out his pokeball shouting out. "DEWOTT I CHOOSE YOU!!!!" A Dewott spawns out from the pokeball.The other guy pulls out his pokeball Shouting out. "SWADLOON I CHOOSE YOU!!!" A Swadloon spawns from the guys pokeball.The man stands there grinning then says. "Swadloon Razor Leaf now!." I watch waiting for Jake to say something anything.Swadloon starts its attack and with that moment as it was about to fire Jake shouts out. "DEWOTT QUICKLY DODGE AND USE RAZOR SHELL!!"Dewott hearing the voice of Jake does a quick jump to the right, the Razor Leaf just barely missing him.Dewott's body slightly hunched forward running towards Swadloon using Razor Shell and landing the hit.Dewott runs back to Jake as they both watch and Swadloon falls over. Then man runs over picking up his Swadloon."It'll be alright Swadloon we'll just train harder." He says as he runs off with Swadloon to the Pokecenter. Jake calls back his Dewott and begins to walk onward. "You coming Tyler we need get a move on." He says not stopping I quickly run to catch up.He puts his arm around me as we walk and talk. After walking for what seem to be forever we make it to the Desert Resort. "Let us take a moment to sit." He says sitting on a bench nearby. We are watching as people enjoy swimming and many other activities."Come on let us go in and swim?" Jake says standing up ripping off his tank top throwing it on me. I give a mild blush as I lower my head and hood."I can't can we please keep going now." I say in a bit of a weird quiet tone. Which is weird for me is all I have to say, I wonder why I am acting the way I am."You okay man?" Jake says taking my hand. I slide my hand out of his getting up smiling and says in a normal yet skittish voice."Ye..ah I am fine I just want to really get to my new home." I start walking much faster. Jake just shrugs and follows behind me.
