Before she could complete her sentence, Fiza dragged her outside and held her bow and arrow alarmingly. And luckily there were no zombies present there for now.
She finally reached her class, no.210; she knocked the door slightly and gasps were heard suddenly. They felt like the villain for a second, suddenly the door opened slightly showing Rishita as scared as hell. Both of them came inside, all of a sudden both Ashi and Fiza were squeezed up with several hugs of their classmates where as Alina was trying to escape the class just to meet his brother A.K.A a zombie…
Alina – LEAVE ME! You…
Ashi – Alina just forget about it…. Just think he is no more alive… after all who the hell did this thing!
Alina slapped Ashi.
Alina – JUST FORGET ABOUT IT! I LOST MY BROTHER
YOU UNDERSTAND MY BIOLOGICAL BROTHER AND YOU ARE SAYING IT! WHAT HAVE YOUR PARENTS TAUGHT YOU HUH!
Fiza - Alina, Mind your language
Alina – U SHUT UP I AM TALKING TO ASHI NOT YOU FIZA BECAUSE YOU ALL I COULDN’T PROTECT MY BROTHER AND HE WAS THE BEST BROTHER WHOM YOU ALL COULDN’T PROTECT!
Fiza – First of all Alina we didn’t knew that your brother is going to become a zombie and also we didn’t dreamt that a zombie apocalypse is going to start
Ashi – Alina listen to me, please!
Alina – No I won’t, you are not my friend anymore you have hurt me… how dare you say that my brother is dead!
Ashi lost her patience and she burst on Alina.
Ashi – ALINA YOU DON’T KNOW MY PAIN, I LOST MY FATHER TWO YEARS AGO
I DON’T HAVE A BROTHER BECAUSE OF MY ONE SILLY MISTAKE!! JUST…LIKE…YOU
She paused for a second and Alina slightly placed her hand on her shoulder yet Ashi grabbed her hand tightly and said --
Ashi – You really want to know my pain then listen, when I was just nine years old, I also had a brother and he was my biological. One day I was going somewhere with my mum and she handed me my brother as she wanted to go to a shop for something and I thought to walk for a while but when I was about to move a step.
And with that Ashi jerked her hand.
Alina – I am sorry Ashi.
Ashi – It’s okay….
Alina – Is Akriti Aunty alright?
Ashi – Yeah, she is.
Then they hug each other
Alina – You really forgave me?
Ashi – Of course…you are my friend.
Yoon – Hey, my brother is a zombie
too [In the verge of crying]
Fiza – Don’t start now…please!
Fiza – Mina, Vaishnavi and in boys Hassan .You all have the bow and arrow so use it for your and others protection.
Manjula Ma’am – Where is Shahil and Shivesh.
Fiza – Ma’am, they didn’t survive.
Everyone gasps.
Hassan – Are you joking …Fiza!
Fiza – No, I am sorry.
Hassan was about to cry but he hold his tears before it could roll down his eyes.
Hassan – Ok, let’s forget about it.
Fiza – Hey Rishita go slightly open the door and see if there are any zombies.
Rishita – Why me! Ok!
Fiza – Everyone take your positions
Rishita opens the door and the she quickly closed it.
Rishita – No. There are no zombies here.
Then they open the door and ran towards the Principal’s office but suddenly out of nowhere few zombies started to run towards them.
Fiza – RISHITA!!! Are you blind or something… didn’t you saw them.
Rishita – Sorry! I forgot to look at the corridors.
Fiza kills the zombie by shooting arrows on them.
Fiza – Mina give me a rope. It is in that table.
Mina gave the rope to her, she ties the rope to the pipe at the roof to climbed there. Then she climbs the roof and she shoots arrows towards the zombies which were coming in the way to the office and finally somehow they reach the principal’s office and they went inside and closed the door shut,
Everyone was gasping for air.
Mina – Good afternoon Ma’am.
Fiza – MINA!
HM {Head Mistress} – Children, are you all fine!?
Pari – Not very much.
Ashi – SIR, Good Afternoon [In a sarcastic way]
Principal Sir – Good Afternoon, umm … chi.
Fiza – Excuse me, may I go to washroom Sir.
Principal Sir – You may go.
Fiza – Ok sir.
Manjula Ma’am – Shelija Ma’am are you fine.
HM{Head Mistress – Yes Manjula Ma’am. I am alright.
Fiza – May I come in.
HM {Head Mistress} – Yes, you can.
Everything was going well but something was wrong and it was Krishika! She was hiding her bite mark. At the way she got bitten by a zombie.
Molly – Is everything alright, Krishika?
Krishika – Yes, I am …. Ok [In a shuttering manner]
Fiza – Sir, we have to get out of the school and can we do an announcement.
But suddenly Krishika’s nose started to bleed.
Fiza – Oh, Krishika your nose is bleeding. Here take this tissue.
And she hands her a tissue, Suddenly Sofiya saw the bite mark on Krishika’s hand.
Sofiya - Fiza watch out!
As she pushed Krishika out of the window but she drags Fiza with her too.
Fiza – HELP ME! MINA, SOFIYA, ASHI HELP ME!!!
They tried to pull her up but Krishika was not letting her go and she bites Fiza’s sneakers.
Vaishnavi - I am coming Fiza.
Suddenly Vaishnavi with the bow and arrow and shoot the zombie with the arrow and her hand got cut off and she fell down.
Pari – Fiza are you alright! Are you hurt?
Fiza – Yes, I am and I am not hurt.
Molly – Fiza… your leg!
Her sneaker had a small bite mark
Shelija - Open your sneaker and look.
Fiza – Ok madam….
She opens her sneaker and luckily her feet did not have the bite mark. Everyone was relived.
Fiza – Now let’s do the announcement
The announcement was –“All the girls and boys of this school as we all know that we are stuck in zombie apocalypse and we are not going to get over this disaster easily.
Guys try your best to survive and don’t panic and try to escape the school as soon as possible. Stay together and don’t break up.
I believe in you guys… we can do this.
But unfortunately because of the announcement the zombies got attracted towards the office due to the noise. All the zombies ran towards the office.
Monika – Hey, Fiza all the zombies are coming towards the office.
Everyone – WHAT!!
Harneet – What should we do now?
Yuvaraj – I don’t know?
Hassan – Let’s do something.
Just then they heard the zombies trying to break the door, and their level of panic rises up.
Alina - Let’s escape from the window.
And one by one they got out of that place and they lucky because just as everyone got out. The zombies broke into the office and due to increase in zombie population in that room. The windows broke open and few zombies started to crawl and climb up through the pipe.
Fiza – let’s go to the library.
Pari – it’s very hard to climb Fiza.
Fiza – But we have to…
Just then they saw the zombies coming at their direction.
Pari – Fiza, climb fast the zombies are coming!!
As everyone looked down to see the zombies were only few inches away from them and when they saw it, they started to climb like crazy.
They were climbing very fast but suddenly Nishant slipped and he fell down.
Hassan – Bro!!... [His eyes widened]
Harneet – Bro we don’t have time!
And they all reached library and the HM {Head Mistress} was about to slip but Aisha caught her.
HM {Head Mistress} – Thank you so much.
Aisha – My pleasure Ma’am.
After reaching the library window they started to break the window by kicking on it for multiple times and just then a zombie came and dragged Harsh down and he fell down.
Fiza and Mina saw it and started to shoot their arrows on the zombie, many were killed and many were left but the zombies didn’t stop coming towards them.
Mina - What are we going to do now!?
After panicking for few seconds, something came up in Fiza’s mind.
Fiza – A lighter!
And she yelled.
Fiza – Does someone have a lighter!!!
Pari – Yes, we are looking.
They were searching for a lighter as a zombie crawled towards them in an immense speed.
Fiza – Pari give us the lighter fast.
Pari – Someone give it to them. What are you all doing!
