Elizabeth's pov
I looked at the caller id, it was Tom. I leaped off the hospital bed, needles in my arm, I grab the phone, I answer it.

"T-Tom?" I say, shaky "Hey I wanted you to know that Ariana and I are fine, we have just taken a- um- kinda sorta- like a- vacation." He says, struggling to find the words inside his head "Where? A-Are you sure that Ariana is okay? She has never do-" I start crying, I couldn't help it, tears flowing out of my eyes, rolling down my face, eventually hitting my neck. "Liz are you okay?" I hear the Brit say into the phone.

"Y-Yeah" I say softly, "may I please talk to Ariana?" I say shortly after the first statement, "Uhhh, y-yeah." Tom says, I hear the phone moving around, the air lightly brushing the microphone.

"Uh, h-hey." I hear Ariana say, I instantly start crying. "A-are you o-okay?" I struggle to get the words out, "I'm fine, I just needed to get my mind off things for a few days, tom brought me somewhere where I can just have fun and not stress. Please don't stress over me." She says softly but still making her statement, "Ariana it's way past that! Okay? I'm literally in the hospital! I was worried sick about you! You ran away, can you imagine the things going through mine and Coles mind, heck even Caroline was scared!" I yell, "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to go off on you like that, I- I'm glad you're okay." I say then hang up.

Cole then walks through the door, I look at him. "I talked to Ariana." I say, his face lights up with the sound of her name. "Is she okay?" He says, "yeah, she's fine. She said she needed to get some things off her mind." He smiles, "as long as she is okay, I'm okay." He says, I smile. I don't deserve this man.

I looked at the post, I smiled. She always loved the beach, he's doing her right. That water is beautiful.

Caroline came into the room, checking on me. "Hey... Liz are you okay?" She says walking in with my favorite candy. "Yeah, I'm fine. I'm pretty sure that they are going to release me in a few days, if not tomorrow." She smiles, "hopefully you get to come home as soon as possible." She looks at me, "Yeah" I smile.

We talked for a few more hours, then she had to leave because Adym needed help with something at the house.

Cole came into the room and talked to me, he made me feel a lot better.

* 2 weeks later *

Ariana and Tom came back, Cole decided to not go back to the US because of the problem I had. He's taken me out on a date everyday since I got out of the hospital, the doctor still checks up on me every once in awhile.

Every thing has been back to normal, Caroline finally got completely moved into the apartment too. And Ariana has a guy best friend, he's really sweet and he's from the U.S I'm pretty sure somewhere in Texas. Honestly he's kind of cute, brown hair, light brown eyes, skinny kind of round nose, darkish skin tone like Ariana Grande "dark", he has a sharp jaw line, and nice cheekbones, honestly he kind of has a Nick Robinson facial structure.

Me and Caroline have gotten really close ever since Ariana left.

Cole has to leave for season two of Riverdale next week, Tom has to leave for some avengers movie in a few days, then Adym is leaving for some music thing. So it's going to be just us girls for the next few months, so hopefully we can all catch up.

Sorry for the such short chapter, I kind of forced this. I have had my mind on one thing lately and it's kind of hard to stop thinking about it. So the next few chapters are probably not going to be that good but I promise I will try to make them good! Thank you for reading this, I hope you enjoyed. Love you all 💕
