Taylor's POV
"Promise me you won't tell Harry?" I begged my two friends as we sat in the back of the über that Harry was unknowingly paying for.

"He'll be so mad if he knew that you used his credit card for this uber", Selena giggled, her eyes crinkling up at the sides.

"He will find out though", Ed grinned and I pouted at him for spoiling the fun, "He finds out everything Tay". I grimaced knowing Ed did not just mean me using his money behind his back, he meant Liam. I knew Harry would be mad but Liam was still a good friend, I had made a mistake sleeping with him but I was in a bad place in my life then. I was unhappy and Harry and mines relationship was on the rocks.

"Ed I know but can we enjoy tonight. The only reason why we are seeing Liam is because he owns the bar which gives people who loves to sing a chance of a night in the spotlight", I recited dreamily, the exact words Ed had said to me to get me to come out with him and Selena.

"Are you nervous?" Selena asked me her head on my shoulder as she tried to take a cute selfie of us. My phone buzzed causing us to both jump and I nervously got my phone out of my clutch.

"That bastard", I muttered under my breath and Ed looked at Selena in alarm. "Wanna see?" I offered and showed them my phone.

Harry had sent a picture of Elena along with the following words, 'look at MY beautiful girl'. With the my in all caps and bold.

"He knows rightly that Liam will be here tonight. We should never had trusted Niall and his big mouth". I crossed my arms and glared out the window my good mood quickly evaporated knowing that Harry would jump to conclusions and think that I'm having an affair again.

"Well you should have just told him that Liam would be here tonight", Ed sighed and I glared at him.

"I know Ed but I was afraid he would not let me go out and I really need this. I need to let my hair down and have fun, like come on I can't wait to hear you sing. I'll explain all to Harry when I get home", I explained and lay my head on his shoulder.

"Fine", Ed agreed. "Let's enjoy tonight and have fun". Selena cheered happily beside him and the uber driver pulled up beside the bar. We all got out of the car and headed in. Liam met us by the entrance and hugged. It was now after six and Liam brought us into a room where people waited to be called up to sing.

"Just wait here, singing will begin around seven. Do you guys want a drink?" He asked and I nodded my head.

"A glass of white wine please", I said and he walked off when the other two declined a drink. "I'm just going to make a call". They smiled at me and I walked over to a quiet area and typed Harry's number into the keypad.

"Hello", his voice rang through the phone and I could hear Jason giggling in the background.

"Hey Harry", I smiled into the phone hoping he was okay with me.

"Oh it's you. Enjoying your evening?" He asked and I sighed through the phone.

"The only reason Liam is here is because he owns the bar", I said quickly and nervously.

"Awesome", Harry remarked and I groaned.

"I love you", I whispered down the line and I heard him sigh on the other end.

"I love you too", he whispered back after a moments hesitation before hanging up. I smiled in relief and put my phone back in my clutch before rejoining my friends.

"I'm so excited about tonight", Selena cheered happily and butterflies tumbled in my stomach.

"Oh god I'm so nervous", I sighed putting my hot head on the cold table.

"Well you are performing one of your own songs so I wouldn't blame you", Selena giggled poking me in the sides.

"So is Ed", I pointed out and Ed grimaced.

"I'm starting to think this was a bad idea", Ed joked pretending to heave.

"Shut up", I giggled and shoved him lightly. "You're not helping my nerves". We continued to banter back and forth until Liam came in with my glass of wine.

"Thank you", I smiled as I accepted the glass from him. "Also thanks for giving us this opportunity for tonight". He smiled at me before walking away.  

Seven o'clock was quick to come around and people began filing up on gage to sing their piece.

"Ed Sheeran everybody", Liam called out and Ed looked at me nervously before walking out on stage.

"What's he singing tonight?" Selena asked me and I shrugged.

"I'm not sure", I said and shushed her when he began to play her guitar.

"You look so wonderful in your dress I love your hair like that", he began and the bar was so silent I was certain you would hear a pin drop. Selena looked at me in excitement, he was doing amazing.

"I love your hair like that, the way it falls down the side of your neck down your shoulders and back", he continued and I literally felt goosebumps. I had never heard him sing this song, it was so amazing. The crowd was silent right through the whole song, swaying slightly to the side. I was star struck at how amazing and talented my best friend was. He sat down and I hugged him tight.

"Well done that was so amazing", I gushed and he chuckled.

"Next we have Taylor swift everybody", Liam introduced me and I wiped my sweaty palms of my skirt before walking out. I closed my eyes tight before introducing myself.

"Hello everybody, my names Taylor's and today I'm going to be performing a song that I wrote called 'Back to December", I said quietly my eyes on the floor.

"Speak up pretty girl", someone jeered from the background and I gritted my teeth. I lifted my head up and scanned the room. Ed had given me his guitar and I began to play the first cord.

"I'm so glad you made time to see me, how's life tell me how's your family. I haven't seen them in a while", I sang out my eyes on the crowd. They looked impressed as I began the song that I wrote in my bedroom. I finished the song and the crowd erupted in whistles and clapping. I bit my lip and thanked the crowd before rejoining my friends.

"Taylor", Ed squeezed me in for a hug. "That was amazing". I hugged Selena before sitting back down. It was nine o'clock now and I quickly checked my phone to see if there were any messages from Harry.

Just one that said that Abigail had gone for a sleepover at Niall house. "Abi is staying at your house", I informed Selena and she smiled.

"So are we staying out for a few more drinks or what?" Selena asked and I shook my head.

"I'm sorry but I need to get home, you guys stay and have fun", I ordered and they laughed at me.

"Well done Taylor and Ed that was amazing", Liam congratulated us causing me to jump because I hadn't even heard him enter the room.

"Thanks", we both mumbled.

"No really they want you back next week, so can I sign your names down?" He asked and I looked at Ed and shrugged my shoulders.

"Sure you might as well", Ed accepts his offer and I nodded in agreement. I had actually really enjoyed it, I have wanted to sing since I was little and that felt amazing. I hugged my friends before exiting the bar and getting an über home.

I hurried up the drive and rang the doorbell seeing as I forgot the keys.
