Then he struck first.

The blow sent Ross flying through three skyscrapers. He crashed into the ruins of Times Square, asphalt melting beneath his body as his nuclear-level heat boiled the air around him.

Ross wiped the blood from his mouth. "Cute."

Then he launched back at Omega, fists raised.

When they collided, the shockwave shattered every remaining window in Manhattan.

He raised his hand—glowing with radiation-infused AI tendrils.

Sam barely rolled away in time as the ground exploded in a burst of gamma energy.

But Ross... wasn't sinking.

He was boiling the water around him.

His entire body was overloading.

His cells were past their limits.

And for the first time... Red Hulk changed.
