Chapter 37: The Echo of Judgment
Outer Space – The Celestial Tribunal
The Phalanx was gone. Earth had survived. But as the dust settled, new threats loomed beyond the stars.
A massive cosmic council had convened in a celestial realm outside time—beings of unimaginable power debating Earth's fate.
Seated at the tribunal:
• The Celestial Arishem the Judge, the final arbiter of a planet's worthiness.
• The Living Tribunal, ever watching, ever impartial.
• Eternity, the very embodiment of the universe itself.
• The One Above All, silent but present.
• And a shadowy figure in the void... watching.
"The Phalanx's incursion was but a test," Arishem decreed. "Earth has defied Skynet, Ultron, and now the Phalanx. But with each victory, it grows more unstable."
Eternity's voice echoed through the stars.
"This world is a paradox. It births both saviors and destroyers. It is both a cradle and a tomb."
The Living Tribunal's three faces turned toward Earth.
"Judgment must be passed. Will Earth be given the right to continue... or be reset?"
A pause. Then, a voice from the darkness.
"Let them prove themselves."
A figure stepped into the light—The Beyonder.
"If Earth's fate is in question," he mused, "then let them fight for it."
And so, a new trial was set.
The Celestial Judgment would come.
And Earth's heroes would have to defend their very right to exist.

Chapter 38: New York Rebuilds – And A War Begins
New York City – Avengers Tower War Room
Weeks had passed since the Phalanx war. Cities still smoldered, governments were fractured, and entire nations had fallen.
Sam Wilson—Captain America—stood overlooking the skyline. Rebuilding had begun, but the scars of war ran deep.
Seated at the war table:
• Shuri, coordinating Wakandan relief efforts.
• Nick Fury, gathering intelligence on global unrest.
• Bucky Barnes, leading ground security.
• Magneto, standing in silent defiance, knowing mutantkind would have to fight for its place.
• Doctor Strange, troubled by whispers of Celestial interference.
• Reed Richards, warning of cosmic consequences.
And then there was President Thaddeus Ross.
The newly elected leader of the United States had arrived with a grim proposition.
"The world is weak," Ross said, folding his hands. "Our enemies are regrouping. And I will not let this planet fall to the next invader."
His plan? A global superhuman military force.
A new Thunderbolts Initiative.
"Individuals like yourself, Captain Wilson," Ross said, "have proven themselves. But we need more. A world army of enhanced operatives. Because the next war isn't coming—it's already here."
Sam's jaw tightened. "You're talking about weaponizing people. Drafting those who might not want to fight."
Ross gave a dry smile.
"I'm talking about survival."
And then, an explosion rocked the tower.

Chapter 39: The Leader's Gambit
United Nations Headquarters – Geneva
Across the world, Samuel Sterns—The Leader—was making his move.
With Skynet and the Phalanx gone, a power vacuum had emerged. And Sterns, with his enhanced gamma intellect, intended to fill it.
Infiltrating global systems, his forces hacked into power grids, military bases, and nuclear defense networks.
Standing before a private war council of rogue nations, Sterns spoke calmly:
"The world sees me as a villain. A monster."
He smiled.
"But I am merely the next step."
Behind him, a row of newly enhanced soldiers stepped forward— Hulks. Gamma-infused warriors built from stolen Super Soldier and Hulk DNA.
Sterns opened his arms.
"Earth has suffered because it is weak. But under my guidance, we will evolve. And the strongest will inherit the future."
And in the shadows, other players moved.
The world was far from saved.
It was on the brink of another war.

3. Shuri – The tech mastermind.
4. Wolverine (Logan) – The unstoppable brawler.
5. Ghost Rider (Robbie Reyes) – The supernatural wildcard.

As the alarms blared, Sam tightened his grip on his shield.
This wasn't just a battle.
This was Earth's final stand.
Against Sterns. Against Ross. Against Celestial Judgment.
And in the shadows, a mysterious voice whispered from the Multiverse:
"They are not alone."
A portal ripped open—and from its depths stepped another Captain America.
But it wasn't Steve Rogers.
It was someone... else.
And they had come with a warning.
"The war is bigger than you think."
