Ruby took out her scroll and texted Weiss. Let's not ask why she decided to only inform Weiss when she had to inform the whole team to get back.

"Well then, let's get back."

"Yup."

Chapter 9

Blakes and Yangs met each other on the way back to the room.

"Oh kitties? Did you not go through the window this time?"

Yang asked as she teased. I mean, they did go out through the window. So it was only fair to assume that they'd come back in from where they've left.

"No. There were people with open windows and everything this time. We couldn't go that way."

"Oof."

The four walked in silence for a while until they were sure that no one was nearby.

"Well, thank god no one's really out in the halls."

"Yea but strange. Where are all the students?"

Older Blake asked.

"It's the weekend. Either all outside of school or at the library studying. Or in the combat area for training."

"I see."

Younger Yang explained and the four started to chit-chat about whatever came up to their mind. It was mostly about their teammates though, since the older Blake and Yang didn't have much they could talk about.

"And so..."

Younger Yang started with a smirk, giving others some chills.

"Any plans for kids? Ey?"

"Ugh, Yang. No."

Older Blake groaned as she facepalmed. She looked at younger Yang, then older Yang, and sighed.

"You haven't changed much."

"Ah come on. What's the harm kitty?"

Older Yang laughed as if she liked where this was heading.

"Oh, I've just noticed. Is that a pet name?"

Younger Yang asked. She sure did get off of topic real quick.

"Yup. It's kind of like how Ruby calls Weiss 'Princess'."

"Ah. Cringe."

"Tell me about it. Ruby only called her a princess in a sarcastic way at first. But guess what? Turns out that Ice Queen liked being called a Princess."

Two Yangs laughed and joked around as they made fun of... Well... Mostly Weiss.

"I'm telling this to Weiss."

Older Blake said and younger Blake nodded as if she'd do so as well.

"Oh wait kitty. Aw, come on. Don't do that. You don't want your wife to be frozen up, do ya?"

"Sometimes I do. Especially that mouth of yours."

"I know you like the kisses from this mouth though."

Older Yang finger-gunned at her partner and winked. Did that make Blake blush? No. It made her groan and Blake reconsider her life choices.

"Are you sure you don't want to remake any choices?"

"I don't know at this point."

"Aw come on. Don't be so cruel."

Older Yang giggled as she put her arm around her partner's waist. Blake rolled her eyes but smiled a little as she knew that she couldn't hate Yang for real anyways.

"You're being like Ice Queen."

Younger Yang said.

"Oh no. Trust me. Weiss is... Eh... Well, cringy when she's alone with Ruby."

"Huh is she?"

"Yea. They're cute. But sometimes it's just... Too much, ya know? Oh right, by the way, make sure Ice Queen doesn't get Ruby so easily."

Older Yang winked and younger Yang scratched the side of her head in confusion.

"Yang was being picky on Weiss for a while after she figured that those two were dating."

Older Blake explained.

"But it's my baby sister! Of course, I gotta be picky on Weiss! I still don't think she's good enough for Rubes though!"

"... And this is how she's been for the past ten years."

Blake rolled her eyes but Yang only huffed.

"Hah, alright. No worries. I'll be cruel on her."

"Oh, for the sake of Remnant..."

"Oh right, was Ruby ever picky on Blake?"

Younger Yang asked randomly out of curiosity.

"Ruby? Nah. She was picky to me, saying that I should be nice to her and not annoy her."

"Which Yang did not bother listening to, in that matter."

"Hey, I do annoy you but at least I'm nice."

"You only kept one out of two promises you made."

"Promises are made to be broken."

"Then what's the point of promising anything? They're made to be kept."

"So I kept one of them!"

"Oh my gosh, the conversation is in a loop."

Older Blake facepalmed in annoyance. Younger Blake only wondered how she was supposed to be handling Yang as her wife in the future.

"Well too bad. It was your choice to date and marry me. Pickers don't get to complain."

"Oof, I want to know who confessed first. Was it me? Was it Blake?"

Younger Yang's eyes sparkled as she demanded an answer, but younger Blake pulled on her clothes to stop her.

"Yang, please."

"Ah Blake, but don't you want to know as well?"

"Well... Yes. But they won't tell us anyway."

"Tch. Boring."

"... I'm getting headaches from being with two Yangs."

Older Blake sighed and the younger one sighed with the older one.

"Ooh. Right."

Yang suddenly clenched her fist and smiled as if she suddenly got a brilliant idea.

"If I want to know who confessed first but if they won't tell me..."

"Huh?"

The four suddenly stopped in the hallway and all three stared at Yang.

"I just need to confess to Blake right now and I'll know!"

"... Excuse me?"

Younger Blake blushed a little but at the same time, she groaned. Just what is this girl talking about? The older Blake and Yang exchanged a nervous look.

"That... Would change our future..."

Older Yang said.

"Yes, Yang. It's not a good idea."

"Hmph. Fine. Then how about a kiss?"

"... No."

Younger Blake started to walk away and Yang yelled "Wait!!" as she ran after her partner. Yang put her arm around her partner's waist and they talked as they walked. Yang soon shrugged and only smiled as she watched their younger selves from behind.

"Well, that was something."

Blake smiled as well and they started to follow along with their younger selves.

"Kitty, kiss?"

Older Yang whispered and leaned in towards Blake, but Blake only pushed her away slightly.

"Maybe when we get back. Not here."

"Alright alright. As you wish kitty."

The four came back to the room only to find that both Rubys were already in the room as well.

"You guys are slow."

"Ah shut up."

A/N. And that's it for the bumblebee chapter! If you were expecting something for cringy and everything, I'm sorry. But this is just how I like my bumblebee xD Yang annoying Blake and Blake rolling her eyes but not hating it. So it was a bit more comic than lovey-dovey and everything, but once again, this is just the way I ship them :)
