Apparently, Sophy was a type of bride that involves her friends with anything she did. She arranged a two weeks home Spa for not just herself, the four of them included.
The five of them have been getting a Spa for five days as of that time.
It was another day at Sophy's crib to get a spa. They were all in bath robes as they get attended to by assigned persons, each of them gets a person who helps with the scrubbing and stuffs.
"It is actually hard to believe Sophy is getting married. As in ba, she was the only one among us except Tauhida who had tendencies of getting married late because of how she doesn't talk to guys at all not knowing that you are an expert at doing that" Xeexee said through their conversation.
It was true that Sophy was never the one to talk to boys, not even to their classmates when they were in primary school.
"And why was Tauhida excluded if I may ask?" Tauhida asked Xeexee wondering but Humaira replied instead.
"Obviously because you are so indecisive and choosy. There was no way you could get married before us with those nonsense thoughts of yours. Like, what the hell is prince charming dan Allah" That answer made Tauhida to pout and glare at Humaira, she so much hated it when they talk bad about her thoughts.
"Let's not start with it Humaira and whatever you say won't change anything, just so you know" She shrugged. "Okay, but just to remind you, this is not Disney world" Humaira said which made Tauhida to pout again but decided to ignore her.
"Pouting causes wrinkles even at young ages like yours" Tauhida's attendant of the spa crew commented on her face expression which made everyone laugh. "I can't even imagine how ugly I would be with wrinkles" Tauhida said looking at herself through the mirror before sighing.
"I even have to wait for my prince charming before I have wrinkles" She added before laying back and just then, her phone started to ring. She picked the call without checking the caller ID to know who it was.
"Why may I ask, are you not at home?" Imran's voice came through the phone, there was no way she could make a mistake in recognising his voice.
"Ya ilahi, ya Imraaaannnn!!" Tauhida shouted through the phone. "Are you seriously back for your vacation already? I thought you said ending February" She added. "I wanted to surprise my sisters again but one of them is unfortunately not home when I got there" Imran explained.
"I'm at Sophy's crib. You know, about weddings and stuffs" She also explained to him. "Okay I get it, but will you be back early?" Imran asked. "What's the matter? L" Tauhida asked back, more like replied with a question.
"I am taking you two for ice-cream by 2:00pm, do you think you can make it by then?" Imran asked again. "Of course, I will be back by then" Tauhida replied. "Okay, don't be late" Imran said in warning tone "sure thing, see ya" She assured before disconnecting the call.
"I think I will have to cancel today's spa, I need to get home, ya Imran is back from camp" Tauhida said immediately after the call got disconnected.
"I see you don't prioritise anything over your brother" Husnerh said. "And the reason remains unknown because he clearly said you could wait until after zuhr" Xeexee added.
"You are all saying this because you haven't met my brother, he is not possibly a person you can ignore because of the joy he brings to everyone he loves and there is no way I will sit here when I have a chance to converse with him, something I have not done for a while now" Tauhida explained getting on her feet to go get a bath.
"It still surprises me though, how you all except Humaira have never met him even once when you all have been to my house times without number, at least ten times each year" She added wondering while they all shrugged. It was really a miracle how that is possible because for the while they have known Tauhida, they knew she was very close to her brother.
"Just go bath and stop wondering about things you won't be able to figure out anytime soon" Humaira said making Tauhida to glare at her for the hundredth time that day before entering the bathroom.
It took her some minutes before she completed her bath, she came out of the bathroom in a fresh bath robe and oiled her skin while she chirped once a while into their conversation.
She got dressed In a simple navy blue gown she brought with her and rolled its veil around her head. Without any makeup, she picked her car key and bag before heading home. Not before she gave the girls a proper farewell because she was also missing spa session the next day, Humaira included as the two had lectures.
Sophy could jump classes all she wanted because she was leaving the school anyways. She would be taken to Gombe state after her matrimony to live there so she had to transfer.
Tauhida reached home in the fewest minutes but unfortunately for her, Imran was already asleep. She caused herself double the loss, no spa, no long interesting brother-sister conversation. She could just stay in her room and be bored like all times typing away on her phone.

Wuse 2, Abuja.
1:47 pm
"Yalla, kuzo mutafi (come let's get going)" Imran shouted to the hearing of the two and just then, Tauhida came down the stairs while Rumaisa took few minutes before she joined them in the car.
"I thought you said you will take us for ice-cream, what are we doing here?" Tauhida asked when they stopped by the gate to a house.
"I will just pass a message and come out, bilhaq you lack patience Tauhida" Imran said as he stepped out of the car, he went inside the house and came out in few minutes before they left to do actually what they wanted doing.
They had ice-cream till they were satisfied before going to the mall to shop. It was actually true that Imran was rich that particular day because he declared that he will pay for anything they take. Tauhida already decided to make his bank account shout before they leave so she made sure she lost them before starting her own part of the shopping.
She picked things she knew were too much for her but then refused to reduce their number.
"Tauhida" She heard her name being called while she was shopping, she knew that she didn't recognise the voice but turned to the direction of the voice anyways. It was the guy at the dinner event she went the other time.
"Shafiq" Tauhida whispered to only her hearing and smiled at him while he walked closer to where she stood.
"We parted to meet again someday" Shafiq said "I guess the day is today" he added while she nodded. "Ina wuni" Tauhida greeted him because she realised he was a bit older than her, probably around his early thirties.
"Lafiya, how have you been?" He asked back. "Very much okay" Tauhida replied.
"I see you like shopping, it's not all the time you get to see a man in the mall" Tauhida added making him to chuckle. "You could say I am unique, one in a million" Shafiq said while Tauhida laughed. "I already want to believe that" She said in between laughter.
"You have to believe it, are you here alone?" Shafiq asked. "No, I came here with my siblings, my brother is another shopping nerd just like you" Tauhida replied.
"You are misunderstanding men, they actually like shopping, it's just that they tend to get busy that they won't get time to go shop for a while" Shafiq explained. Just then, Rumaisa showed up out of nowhere.
"Oh Adda Ruma, this is Shafiq, he's a.......... Umm" She hesitated because it was then she realised she didn't have anything to call their relationship with, were they even friends? She wondered before adding "friend, he's a friend and Shafiq this is my elder sister, Rumaisa" She completed. "Oh nice to meet you" Rumaisa said. "Same thing here" Shafiq replied.
"Great, but we need to go. Ya Imran is already pricing his stuffs, we shouldn't keep him waiting" Rumaisa said to Tauhida.
"Okay, Shafiq I have to get going" Tauhida said. "I hope I will meet with you again?" Shafiq asked in form of a statement. "We are parting to meet again someday" Tauhida said while she chuckled, he smiled at her and they said their final farewell before they parted ways.
"That was a first, I thought I was dreaming, were you actually talking to a guy?" Rumaisa asked because she remembered her sister being the one who always chased guys away but that day was different, she was actually talking to one, not only talking but smiling and laughing with one.
"Wasn't it obvious?" Tauhida said rolling her eyes. She knew her sister would overreact over it.
"So, is he the prince charming you have been waiting for?" Rumaisa asked. "Now you're exaggerating things, does he look like one?" Tauhida asked back. "He looks fine to me" Rumaisa shrugged. "Well he is not. Like I said, he is just a friend that I met with just twice. I met him at Jamila's wedding last month then coincidentally here again but I do like his way of things" Tauhida explained while Rumaisa smiled, the evil one.
"That is more than enough" was the last thing Rumaisa said to her. She didn't understand what she meant by the sentence until when she started narrating everything to Imran, including things she didn't tell her and together, they kept on teasing her till they were home.
She had no way to stop them because they were two against only her, she just gave up at last and ignored them.
