wooyoung had no idea how he was going to get out of this one. there was so much wrong with this situation — san showing up to his house, the way he was holding him, the look on his face, the fact that wooyoung liked the feeling of san's hands on him — and wooyoung was speechless.

"why the fuck did you block me?" san's tone was tinged with frustration and a hint of something else, possibly anger..? his slanted eyes boring into wooyoung's and and as much as wooyoung admired san, all he wanted to do at this moment was disappear.

wooyoung gulped and looked away from san's intense gaze. not wanting his neighbors to witness this scene, he managed to wriggle out of san's grip and grabbed san's arm to pull him inside.

san plopped on the couch, his arms crossed, and continued to stare at wooyoung. wooyoung took a deep breath and sat across from him. san coming here was something that really shocked wooyoung since it was the last thing he expected. he knew that he couldn't go to the restaurant because he wouldn't be able to contain himself in his office if san was there. that's why he decided to stay home. he didn't think san would care, much less come to him.

"how did you know where i was?" wooyoung asked nervously, still taken aback from the way san walked up to him. "i didn't" san responded, "you weren't at the restaurant so i guessed". san's eyes knitted together and he sat up, "you didn't answer me. why did you block me?". wooyoung looked down, trying to think of a lie but nothing came to mind. he couldn't conjure up a story that would make sense.

"i put yeosang in charge so i didn't find a need in still having your number" wooyoung finally said while internally cringing. it sounded stupid to him but it was all he could say without exposing himself.

"did i make you that uncomfortable?" san said, sounding hurt. wooyoung looked up at him confused. did san know? but how? san sighed at wooyoung's silence. "i didn't mean to hug you. it's just...i saw someone i was avoiding so i wanted to hide. i shouldn't have done that, i'm sorry" he said while scratching the back of his neck. oh. he was talking about last night. wooyoung closed his eyes in relief.

"no, it's not that" wooyoung said, waving his hand, "i'm not feeling well so i can't be in charge right now". san frowned, "you're sick?" he looked at wooyoung concerned. now wooyoung was confused, what did it matter to san? his eyes widened as san leaned closer and placed the back of his hand of wooyoung's forehead. "you don't have a fever" he mumbled to himself.

"i'm not actually sick. i'm just...tired" wooyoung said and leaned back into his couch so a distance was created again. if only the couch would swallow him whole. he might actually become sick from how flustered san was making him.

san squinted at wooyoung, "you blocked me because you're tired?". wooyoung silently groaned, "no. i blocked you because yeosang is in charge so you should talk to him, not me".

"i don't want to talk to him, i want to talk to you" wooyoung felt his heart skip a beat. this was not supposed to happen. "why?" he asked. he wished he didn't ask, he wasn't prepared at all for san's answer.

"because i like you". wooyoung stared at san in shock. there was no way san liked him, they barely knew each other. without knowing, he felt a smile creep up on his face. why did san saying that make him feel so happy?

"don't you think we could be good friends?". instantly, the smile wiped off wooyoung's face and he felt his heart plummet. of course san didn't mean it in that way. why would he?

"i didn't help you to be your friend" wooyoung flatly said. "well technically you're not helping me anymore" san retorted, "since yeosang's in charge now" he gave wooyoung a goofy grin. he was enjoying this.

"it's my restaurant" wooyoung whined, crossing his arms. "really?" san wiggled his eyebrows at wooyoung, "it seems more like yeosang's restuarant if you ask me". wooyoung clicked his tongue in annoyance.

"and you're telling me you came all the way to my house to find out why i blocked you?" wooyoung asked and san squirmed a bit in his seat. now san was the uncomfortable one. "of course not" he said while scratching the back of his neck. "then what do you want?" wooyoung crossed his arms and he couldn't contain the teasing smile on his face. "i came for" san's eyes darted around the room, "my blazer" he said pointing to the blazer that wooyoung folded on the chair. wooyoung eyed san as he padded across the room to get his blazer.

"that's the only one you have?" wooyoung questioned, biting his lip to suppress a laugh at the sight of san. "no, but this is my lucky one" he said while holding it under his arm, "i'm gonna wear it tomorrow".

"give me your phone" wooyoung looked at san confused, "why?". san sighed and rolled his eyes, "just give it". he placed his palm out and wooyoung reluctantly handed san his phone.

wooyoung reached his neck out to see san go into the contacts app and re-add his number. "here" he said, smiling proudly as he gave wooyoung his phone back. wooyoung looked at san dumbfounded. what exactly was the point of that if wooyoung was going to block his number again tomorrow?

"i'll get going. i'll see you tomorrow, right?" san asked while heading to the door. wooyoung hesitated. this is exactly something that would tick yeosang off since he told wooyoung to stay out of san's sight. how was he going to explain this to him?

"i don't know" wooyoung said truthfully. he shouldn't go if he wanted to forget san and his strange feelings for him, but a part of him wanted to stay around san.

"come on, please?" san pouted, "just one more night, right? then i'll be out your hair". wooyoung bit his lip and pondered for a minute. it was just one more night after all. after tomorrow, san would just be a distant memory, fading into the background, and wooyoung could go back to his normal life before san came along.

"okay, fine" he finally said, "i'll see you tomorrow". san gave wooyoiung his signature dimple smile, pulling the strings of wooyoung's heart, before heading out.

wooyoung slumped in his seat, feeling conflicted as ever. it was just one more night but wooyoung was dreading it for all the wrong reasons.
