As the music soared, Giyuu found himself on stage with his co-singer Muichiro, but an uneasiness gnawed at him. Just before the concert had started, he had seen the video that had shaken his world. He tried to push the thoughts aside and focus on the performance, but the pain of betrayal lingered like a shadow.

"Giyuu-san you should go" Muichiro said
"But-" Giyuu hesitated as he was interrupted
"Don't worry I can handle it, only 20 minutes are left and you do not look great, just go" Muichiro smiled
"I am sorry..."

"Don't apologise, I am happy that you came" Muichiro smiled.

The concert lasted for two hours and forty minutes, but Giyuu couldn't wait any longer. With a heavy heart, he let Muichiro finish it, thanking their fans for their unwavering support.
"Thank you everyone, unfortunately I have go home...something happened"
The crowd was divided, with some offering their support to Giyuu, while others voiced their displeasure, their anger directed at Mitsuri.

After the show, Giyuu boarded his private jet, the deafening silence of the cabin only amplifying his turmoil. His mind was in chaos, torn between anger, confusion, and sadness. He replayed the video in his head, the image of Obanai and Mitsuri's kiss seared into his memory.

"Why?"

Once he reached home, he found Mitsuri sitting in the living room, her tear-streaked face a reflection of her guilt. The tension in the room was palpable.

Giyuu couldn't hold back his anger any longer. "How could you, Mitsuri? How could you betray us like that?" His voice was cold and accusing.

Mitsuri sobbed, her voice shaky. "Giyuu, I'm so sorry. I never meant for any of this to happen. It was a mistake, I swear. I was drunk and my mind wasn't in the right place!"

They argued back and forth, words exchanged in anger and pain. Mitsuri tried to explain that her feelings for Obanai were a burden she couldn't control, and it had been a moment of weakness. Giyuu struggled to understand, his heartache and disappointment clouding his judgment.

Mitsuri, her voice breaking, pleaded, "Giyuu, please, try to understand. I never wanted to hurt you. I love you, and this is tearing me apart too."

Giyuu's anger subsided, and he sighed, his voice heavy with sadness. "I don't know what to do, Mitsuri. I'm so hurt, and I need time to figure this out."

In a fit of frustration and anger, Giyuu stormed out of the house, needing some space to clear his head. He ended up at his favorite bar, nursing a drink in solitude.

"Sabito..."
"Are you at Murata's bar?" He asked through the line
"Yeah"
"Wait I am coming" he hung up as he entered the bar.

The dimly lit bar offered a refuge for Giyuu as he sat on a barstool, nursing his drink. His thoughts were a tangled mess, and the alcohol was a temporary escape from the pain that had consumed him.

Sabito, a loyal friend who had seen Giyuu through countless highs and lows, sat beside him. He watched as Giyuu's glass emptied and was quickly refilled by the bartender. "STOP REFILLING IT MURATA!!" Sabito yelled snatching his collar "HE IS FORCING ME!" he replied. Sabito threw him causing him to fall on his Butt.

"Giyuu, you need to slow down on the drinking," Sabito cautioned, his voice filled with concern.

Giyuu took another sip, his eyes distant. "I can't make sense of any of this, Sabito. I feel like my world is falling apart."

Sabito placed a firm hand on Giyuu's shoulder, trying to get his attention. "I understand you're hurting, but alcohol won't solve anything. We need to talk about this."

Giyuu continued to stare at his drink, his voice heavy with emotion. "I saw that video, Sabito. Mitsuri and Obanai...I can't get the image out of my head."

Sabito sighed, knowing that this conversation was long overdue. "Giyuu, you've been through so much in your life. You've faced demons, fought battles, and emerged as . You're stronger than you think."

Giyuu's shoulders slumped, and he looked up at his friend. "But this...this betrayal, it's too much. Wait how do you know about that?" He said "about?" Sabito replied "ABOUT THE PAST!" Giyuu slured "uh...remember when I magically went to an island with Makomo...as a date?" He explained "yeah?" Giyuu asked "well it was a bluff I met Oyakata-sama... and we had a good vacation" Giyuu punched Sabito in a reply "do you even know how much confused I was when I met him?" He said "relax Giyuu, we Will talk about that later" Sabito said wiping the blood dripping from his lips.

Sabito leaned in closer. "You need to remember that people are not defined by their past lives. The Mitsuri and Obanai of this life are different from the ones you knew before. They're dealing with their own feelings and struggles."

Giyuu clenched his fists, frustration evident in his voice. "I just can't understand how she could do this. She knows how I feel about her."

Sabito nodded. "I know, but sometimes emotions are beyond our control. Mitsuri may be going through something she can't fully explain."

Giyuu's grip on the glass tightened. "What do I do, Sabito? I'm so lost."

Sabito offered a reassuring smile. "You give yourself time to heal and think. Make decisions when you're in a clearer state of mind. You don't have to rush into anything."

Giyuu's tense posture relaxed slightly as he considered Sabito's words. "You're right. I should calm down and find my way through this mess."

The two friends continued their conversation, with Sabito providing guidance and support, reminding Giyuu that time and understanding could mend even the deepest wounds. As the night wore on, the alcohol's grip on Giyuu began to loosen, and he found solace in Sabito's presence and the wisdom he shared.

Sabito had to leave because of a flight he had to catch the next day. "Don't go anywhere, go straight home," he said to Giyuu before departing.

But did Giyuu listen to Sabito's advice? No.

Still inebriated, Giyuu made his way to an apartment complex he had visited once before. It belonged to Shinobu Kocho, another victim of heartbreak. The irony wasn't lost on him.

He made every effort to avoid the prying eyes of paparazzi as he reached Shinobu's residence. "Am I really meant for Shinobu?" Giyuu questioned himself. "Let's find out if it's true," he muttered, selecting the 50th floor on the elevator.

Though he didn't appear visibly intoxicated, the costly drinks he had consumed left no telltale scent. He gazed at her apartment number as he rang the bell.

(I find this shit funny👇)

*ding dong*

...

No response.

*ding dong*

...

Still, no answer.

*DINGGGGG DONGGGG* He impatiently held down the doorbell, and finally, the door swung open, revealing a startled Shinobu.

"What do you want?!" Shinobu exclaimed, unaware of the intruder's identity.

"You," Giyuu replied, pulling her close as he entered her apartment, pinning her against the wall.

"T-Tomioka-san?" Shinobu stuttered, her eyes wide with disbelief. "I must be a fool... I really am foolish," Giyuu confessed as a solitary tear escaped his eye. His vulnerability stirred Shinobu's emotions, and she too began to tear up.

"You don't deserve this," Giyuu whispered, tucking a strand of hair behind her ear, just like he used to when they were fighting demons for the good. "Neither do you," Shinobu said, her tears flowing freely. "I know... I know," Giyuu sighed, understanding the depth of their shared pain.

As they stood there, their lips hovered mere inches apart, the unspoken desires between them grew stronger.

"Kocho..." Giyuu whispered, his voice thick with emotion.
