In the courtroom, the trial of Douma, with his defense led by Enmu, against the formidable Kanao was far from over. The stakes were high as Kanao, a famous lawyer due to her sister Shinobu's status as a renowned actress, had accused Douma of sexual assault, mental abuse, and a slew of other charges. Inosuke Hashibira, a director working under the famous singer Giyuu Tomioka, also accused Douma of mentally abusing his mother.
Shinobu sat on the bench, her gaze fixed on the courtroom's entrance, where the trial of Douma versus Kanao was about to unfold. Her support for Kanao was unwavering.
"All the best, Kanao. You can do it!" Shinobu offered an encouraging smile, her words filled with the confidence only a sister's love could provide. Kanao, resolute and poised, returned the smile, appreciating the support from her family.
As Shinobu looked to her side, she spotted Inosuke, Tanjiro, Zenitsu, Nezuko, and, to her surprise, Giyuu Tomioka. The presence of her colleagues and friends brought a sense of unity and solidarity to the courtroom.
Tanjiro, ever the optimist, cheered for Kanao, his voice echoing in the room. Meanwhile, Giyuu gave a brief glance to Shinobu, acknowledging her presence. The photographers, sensing the star-studded gathering, began clicking their cameras, capturing this memorable moment.
The trial was no ordinary one; it was a high-profile case that would be broadcast on television, a fact that added to the tension in the room. The eyes of the nation were on this courtroom, and the weight of justice loomed heavily.
Shinobu couldn't resist a playful poke to Giyuu's arm, breaking the ice between them. "Hello, Tomioka-san," she greeted him with a teasing smile, aware of his stoic demeanor.
Giyuu, somewhat taken aback by Shinobu's light-hearted approach, replied in an uninterested tone. "Hello." He shifted his attention back to his phone, seemingly engrossed in his own world.
Shinobu, undeterred by his indifference, continued to poke his arm, playfully pushing his boundaries. "Don't be so rude, Tomioka-san. After all, I am a lady."
Giyuu, unable to escape her playful antics, glanced at the arm she was poking. "Kocho, what are you doing?" he inquired, perplexed by her behavior.
"Oh, you don't know? This is how they bring people together!" Shinobu responded with a mischievous twinkle in her eye, leaving Giyuu in an uncomfortable state of bemusement.
'She hasn't changed at all,' Giyuu mused, his thoughts drifting back to their shared history as Hashiras. Her spirited and unconventional nature remained a constant.
"Kocho, how is your head?" Giyuu ventured, bringing up a topic that he had no right to be aware of. It was a subtle probe into her well-being, hinting at his concern for her.
"Well, better, but..." Shinobu began to reply before pausing in confusion. "Wait, how do you know about my headache?"
Giyuu stumbled over his words, attempting to provide a plausible explanation. "Uh, a guess?"
Shinobu, clearly unconvinced by his response, chose to let it slide for the moment, her curiosity simmering beneath the surface.
"Kocho, do you exp—"
"Yes, Tomioka-san, what were you asking?" Shinobu swiftly interrupted, sensing the abrupt change in Giyuu's tone.
Giyuu, reluctant to pursue the line of questioning further, demurred. "Nothing." He returned to scrolling through his mobile, his mind already preoccupied with another matter. 'I need to talk to Mitsuri first,' he silently resolved.
The arrival of the judge signaled the commencement of the trial. Everyone in the courtroom stood, their collective gaze fixed on the proceedings about to unfold, as the trial of Douma versus Kanao continued with an atmosphere of intrigue, secrets, and unresolved emotions.
"Your Honor, ladies and gentlemen of the jury, I want to make it clear that my client, Douma, vehemently denies these allegations. He is innocent of the charges brought against him." Enmu said.
Enmu was an experienced defense attorney, and he had a reputation for being a formidable legal mind. He knew that defending Douma in this high-profile case would be an uphill battle.
"Your Honor, the evidence we have presented clearly demonstrates the guilt of the defendant. The testimonies of the witnesses, the text messages, and the emails—all of it paints a grim picture." Kanao fired back
Kanao's reputation as a relentless advocate for justice had only grown during the course of the trial. Her poised and compelling presence in the courtroom captivated the jury and the audience.
The defense presented character witnesses, people who had known Douma for years and vouched for his integrity.
**Witness 1**: "I've known Douma for a long time, and he's always been a respectful and kind person. These allegations are shocking and out of character."
** Witness 2**: "I've worked closely with Douma on professional projects, and he has always been respectful and considerate. I've never seen any inappropriate behavior from him."
Douma gave a sly smile, of course these witnesses were paid a handsome amount of cash to seal their mouth. "This bitch" Shinobu said under her breath.
Enmu continued to cross-examine the prosecution's witnesses, trying to cast doubt on their credibility.
"Isn't it true that you had personal conflicts and grudges with my client, which might have motivated your accusations?" Enmu questioned.
The trial was a back-and-forth struggle, with Kanao tirelessly presenting her case, and Enmu doing his best to create doubt and raise questions about the credibility of the accusers.
Inosuke Hashibira, the director, took the stand again to defend his accusations against Douma.
"Your Honor, I have nothing to gain from this. I'm here because I couldn't stand by and watch my mother suffer. She was subjected to cruel mental abuse by the defendant. I was also being manipulated and this man has always tried to make me hate my own mother" Inosuke sighed
Inosuke's determination to seek justice for his mother was palpable, and it added emotional weight to the trial.
The trial continued to unfold, each day bringing new surprises, twists, and revelations. The media coverage remained intense, with every aspect of the case scrutinized by the public. As Douma fought for his innocence, and Kanao sought justice for the alleged victims, the courtroom drama intensified. The outcome remained uncertain, and the world watched as the trial of Douma vs. Kanao continued to captivate the public's attention.

A/N: I NEED YOU GUYS TO VOTE ON THIS:
SO I have planned two things:
i) Mitsuri and Obanai will kiss each other/ basically cheat and then all the drama basic shit and Shinobu and Giyuu will cheat on them too.
ii) Giyuu will call them together and tell them about this and none of them believe him but he keeps trying.
iii) none of the above you guys suggest me something
Actually I do not like this first option cause I just don't like the idea of cheating on the main characters.. cuz it will show their personality ಠﭛಠ
