Randhir was waiting while doctor was examining Sanyukta.

Tension,restless and worries were clearly seen on his face.

Doctor came back followed by Sanyukta.

Sanyukta settled down beside Randhir while doctor in front of them.

"Doctor what..what happened?" Randhir asked

"Congratulations Mr & Mrs Shekhawat..." "Sanyukta is 2 weeks pregnant" doctor broke the news

SanDhir looked at each other.

Their eyes sparkling with tears of happiness.

Randhir grabbed her hand and pressed it gently.

"Sanyukta..." Doctor said and they looked at doctor

"You need to take complete bedrest for first 3 months now" "No stress, no work" "Take care of your health...have proper food" doctor adviced

"Yes doctor" Sanyukta replied

"Mr Shekhawat take care of her" doctor said

"Yes doctor I will..." Randhir replied

Just then nurse called doctor for an emergency case.

Doctor left the cabin leaving SanDhir alone.

"Jaaan.." Randhir took her in hug

"Our baby..." Randhir whispered

Sanyukta didn't replied.

She was too numb to say anything at the moment.

She just want to stay like this in his arms.

Their happiness is beyond anything today.

Randhir could her tears on material of his shirt.

He stroke her hair gently

He could her slightly sobbing.

"Jaaan" He broke the hug and cupped her face.

She looked at him with teary eyes.

"Don't cry..." He wiped her tears

He kissed her forehead

"Thank You..." He said joining their foreheads.

She rested her soft palms on his strong shoulders.

"Randhir..." She mumbled.

"Hmmm..." He replied

"Our baby..."She said while Randhir detached their foreheads.

"Our love..." He slightly rubbed his nose with hers.

"Thank You so much Sanyukta" Randhir grabbed both of her hands and kissed her fingers.

"You have no idea how much happy I am today" "This is best best best thing...best assest of my life" "We will have our baby...our first baby..." He said

"Our cute little family..." She completed his words

"Right..." He replied as tears rolled down his cheeks.

"And you know Jaaan...everyone in the family will be so so happy hearing this news..." Randhir said

"I know...specially Dadasa..." Sanyukta said

"Yes...Dadasa's happiness...will be beyond limits" Randhir said

"And my happiness is indescribable, Randhir" She said

"Feeling of being mother soon" "Feeling of giving birth to our baby" "Feeling of a new life breathing in me..." "I just can't describe my feelings in words..." She said

"May be...I won't be able to understand that Jaaan but...I will be always there to protect you and our baby" He said

"I know that Randhir...you will always shield both of us" She said

He placed his palm on her belly.

"Baby..." He mumbled in utter cute voice ever

"Daddy here..." He said

"Can you hear me?" He said while she giggled

He looked at her.

"What?" He asked

"Randhir...baby is too small right now" She said

"You feel something..." He asked

"Not now Randhir...after 3 months" She said

"Our baby will be cute...just like you" he said

"I want baby to be like you" She said

"Like you Jaaan" He said

"Like that baby..." She pointed at the cute picture of baby hanging on wall

"More cuter than that..." he said

"Lets go now..." He said

"I want to share the news with everyone...just can't wait Randhir" She said

"Ofcourse Jaaan" He took her in side hug.

They came out of cabin and were heading towards their car.

They saw a pregnant lady lying on strecher and crying badly.

She had labour pains.

She was shouting and crying.

Her situation was worst.

Doctor took her to OT.

"Jaaan lets go" Randhir said

"Randhir did you watched that lady?" Sanyukta asked

"Hmmm...but she will be fine" Randhir said

"She was alone Randhir" "I wonder where is her husband" "How can he leave her alone at such a crucial point" Sanyukta said

"Jaaan..."

"No Randhir...lets wait for her" She said

"Sanyukta we don't know her" "What will we do?" He said

"Atleast we can give her moral support" "I don't understand...how can her husband leave her like that" "She giving birth to his child" She said

"Okay...we will wait but not more" Randhir agreed to her

Few hours rolled.

Doctor came out of the OT.

"How is she doctor?" Sanyukta asked

"She is fine...a gave birth to baby girl" Doctor said

"Can I see her?" Sanyukta said

"Ofcourse..." doctor allowed her to go inside while Randhir waited for her outside

Sanyukta came inside.

The lady was holding her baby girl in her arms.

She kissed her forehead.

"Hello" Sanyukta chirped

The lady smiled looking at her

"Thank you..." The lady replied

"Doctor told me you waited for me outside..." the lady said

"No thanks please...I saw your condition that time" "You were in so much pain" "I can feel you" "So I thought to support you" Sanyukta said

The lady smiled at Sanyukta's words.

"Thanks again...aap bhi pregnant hai kya?" the lady asked

"Hmmm..." Sanyukta nodded

"All the best..." The lady said

"Thanks..." Sanyukta smiled

"If you don't mind can I ask you something?" Sanyukta said

"About my husband...." The lady replied

"Umm...Yeah...I think...he should be here with you at this point of time" Sanyukta said

"He will not be here..." The lady replied and smiled

"Why?" Sanyukta asked

"He is on duty" The lady replied looking at her baby

"He is soldier" "He is on border protecting lives of million of people" The lady said proudly

Sanyukta was speechless.

"He will come soon to see us" The lady added

"Hats off to you" "You are very strong" Sanyukta said

"I am wife of a soldier" The lady said proudly

"Aapko akele darr nahi laga?" Sanyukta asked

The lady nodded in NO.

"You are indeed a fighter...and so as your daughter" "I just cannot imagine myself in your place" "I am not as strong as you" Sanyukta said

"Even I am not...but at that moment when you are giving birth to your child god gives you strength making you more strong and powerful" "You will experience it soon..." The lady said

"Yeah..." Sanyukta said caress her belly

"How many months?" The lady asked

"2 weeks..." Sanyukta stated happily

"All the best...take care of yourself" "And thanks for the concern" The lady said

"Thanks...you too take care" Sanyukta chirped looking at the cute baby girl

"If you don't mind can I take her..." Sanyukta asked hesitatedly

"Sure..." The lady said and handled her baby to Sanyukta.

"Hold it from here" The lady guided Sanyukta properly asking her to hold the baby properly from nape

"She is so cute..." Sanyukta said looking at the baby girl

"She looks like her Dad" The lady said

"Is It?" "Thats so sweet" Sanyukta chirped

There was Randhir standing outside looking at Sanyukta holding a baby in her hands through window.

He smiled brightly looking at her happy face.

"Can you please place her in the cradle?" The lady asked Sanyukta

"Sure..."

Sanyukta placed baby in her cradle and cover her with a soft blanket.

"I should leave now...my husband must be waiting for me" Sanyukta said

"Sure..." Lady replied

Sanyukta came out where Randhir was waiting for her

"Lets go..." Sanyukta chirped happily

"Come..." He hold her hand and they head towards their car.
