Telly and sapnap had spend a week, calling every day. To foolish it had became ridiculous, how much they have talked to eachother. He knew that there was something going but he wanted for them to tell him temselves. However, the week after that sapnap had a very busy week so they only kept in touch through texts.

The two were on facetime, as soon as they both had the time, when nicks phone started ringing. It was an alarm. »meds time« he stopped the alarm and smiled at the camera. »are you serious?« she smiled. He had never checked in like that before. »yeah actually, you're 10 minutes late so get your ass up and go swallow those goffy ass meds« he chuckled. »yeah, yeah okay« she got up and walked to the kitchen. She poured herself a glass of water and took her meds out of the kitchen cabinet. She put her phone on the counter »i need to see you do it or you didn't do it« she scoffed and leaned her phone on the microwave so she was in the frame. She took her meds and drank the rest of the water. »good job« he smiled and layed down on his bed. It was a little after 6pm to alyssa decited to make dinner.

Sapnap helped her choose a meal for her dinner and than he watched her for half an hour while she prepared it. they talked about meeting up soon, before september for sure. She than sat down at the dinning table and ate the food while she listned to sapnap ramble about his day and how him and dream got into a fight about something stupid.

»how are you doing though?« he asked when he finished talking about his day. »im okay« she couldn't force a smile on her face. »bellie...« he sat up and looked at her with a worrying face. »well i've been feeling kind of low. Like lower than usual.« sapnap only nodded. »i haven't had the energy to get out of bed. Noah had to actualy pick me up and carry me to the bathroom two days ago. The medications for deprerssion that the doctor gave me don't work that well with these new ones but when i called her she said that she could prescribe me any other ones. Also like this whole new daily schedule is alot and im still not used to it.«

»wait you need to exercise regulary tho, no?« alyssa nodded and looked down. »i was in a hospital over night because of it«

»alyssa...« his worry was now over his head. There was also saddness. He was hurt that was going through that. »im okay, nick really.« she looked back up, still picking her nails under the table. »you're not though« there was silence »i wish i could hug you« he than added. »me too« she wiped a tear that fell down her cheek.

The next morning noah was again trying to get alyssa out of bed. »you have to take your meds. You have to go out« he sat down on her bed and helped her sit up. It was 9am, time for her to eat and take medications. Alyssa's phone started ringing. It was nick. »no, don't pick up« alyssa looked at noah, who took the phone in his hands. He picked up. It was only an audio call.

»morning bellie« he tried to put on a happy voice. Him and foolish had called last night and her brother told him what has been happening with his sister. »morning« she muttered.

»Im gonna have to ask you to work with noah on this, okay? He's gonna put me on a facetime, alright?« »fine« she didn't mind fixing up her hair, her energy was too low. Noah did as his friend explained and helped his sister slowly stand up. The two walked to the kitchen where noah prepared her meds and a glass of water. He leaned the phone on the microwave and let alyssa take her meds while he started making her breakfast. He cooked a lot more this week than he did in the last month.

For a good minute alyssa only looked at the meds. »you got this bellie. Im here« nick spoke over the phone. »but you're not really« »i know...« they looked at eachother for a second and than alyssa looked back at the meds, taking them and drinking the rest of the water afterwards. »im proud of you« he whispered. She put on a smile and noah brought her breakfast. Sapnap forced her to stay on the call. he wanted to make sure she's doing everything as she should.

»after you eat you take a shower and get dressed, alright? We're going on a walk« noah brought her a cup of tea. She couldn't drink that much coffee anymore. »what why? I don't want to« alyssa protested. »please« nick spoke up. This would have been more than she did in the last three days. So she tried. She tried for her, for her brother and for him.

So she put her empty dishes in the sink and walked to her room. She picked out fresh clothes and picked up her hairbrush. When she got to the bathroom she detangled her hair and than hopped in the shower. When she was in fresh clothes she blow dryed her hair. She didn't have the energy for styling it or putting on makeup.

Noah and alyssa were walking by the forest when they saw a gorgeous feild, full of sunflowers. Alyssa asked her brother to take a picture of her so she can update everyone on her current state.

Noah promised alyssa that after her walk they could just chill for the rest of the day. He kept his promise. When the two got home she went straight to the couch and noah started preparing lunch. Alyssa put on the show they watched with karl and covered her legs with a blanket.

Not even a minute after 2pm alyssa's phone rang. It was a facetime from nick. She smiled and picked it up. »it's lunchtimeee« he sang on the other side of the line. Alyssa chuckled. »also you need to take your meds like a minute ago«

»he's right. Here« her brother brought her a small tray with a plate of food and a glass of water on it. she sat up and put the tray on her lap. Noah brought here her medications and she propped her phone on a pillow infront of her.

She took her meds and put the cup of water down. »wooo« nick clapped in florida. Alyssa smiled. She was happy to have him in her life. She than put the water on the coffee table and picked up a fork. »uuu what are you having?« he put the phone closer to his face. »grilled chicken, white rice and some veggetables.« noah appeared behind alyssa with the same plate of food. He sat next to her and started eating with her. »wait im gonna get something to eat aswell« nick ran to his kitchen with a phone in his hands. »clayy!! Did you eat my mcdonalds?!« he yelled and there were footsteps heard. »no it's literly on the counter« his roommate laughed. »hi telly, hi foolish« »how...« »you're always on the call with her at that time« sapnap only rolled his eyes and took the bag of food upstairs. The three ate together even though they were miles apart from eachother.

Alyssa and nick stayed on the phone until her dinner time and did the same than.

»hey, im not gonna be able to call tomorrow. I will get karl to call you though« he acted serious. She only shook her head and smiled »you don't need to do that nick.« »yeah but i want to.« he smiled back at her.

»thank you« »for what? I would call you even-«
