first day back // korea

today was the day everyone switched to jaemin and donghyucks high school. felix and jeongin were staying at hyunjin and yejis while they trained rather than the trainee dorms.

at the moment. seungmin was standing infront of the mirror putting on his new schools uniform, and fixing it up to look presentable.

i would by day6 was playing quietly in the background while he got ready. unsure of what the new day will hold.

seungmin made his way downstairs and greeted his parents good morning before grabbing a banana and rushing out to hyunjins car, where felix, hyunjin, yeji and jeongin were all waiting for him.

the car ride was pretty quiet due to it being 6:30am. their school had told all the new students to be there an hour and 15 minutes early to get their schedules and tour around the school. with their classes starting at 8, they had 15 minutes to get to school.

hyunjin parked in the student parking lot and they spotted the rest of them waiting by the front gates.

"ready ?" donghyuck asked recieving tired nods from the rest. he chuckled and led them all to the front office, shocking the vice principal who had just arrived.

"my my, quite a lot of new students. i hope you all have a good time and welcome to our school" she greeted and they all bowed out of respect.

taking turns, they grabbed their schedules and compared them with each other.

"no way, all of us have bio and math together" ryujin chuckled softly.

"and then its split half and half for the other subjects. thank god" jisung sighed in relief, clinging onto ryujin for support.

"okay we'll show you guys around and where all the classes are" jaemin led them throughout the school telling them everything they need to know.

"that covers it, theres still 30 minutes before classes start so we should put all your stuff in your lockers and make our way to bio" another chorus of 'okays' and nods came from them as they dispersed to find their lockers.

hyunjin and seungmins were right beside each other and not too far down from felix and jisung.

a lot of whispers spread and girls were eyeing the four boys who were putting their bags away.

suddenly jaemin came running to them, making all the girls squeal slightly as he was quite the heartthrob at school.

"we gotta go it's on the opposite end of the building" the 5 of them sped walk and jaemin made them stand outside.

the bell rang and students started filling their classrooms and emptying the halls. soon enough the teacher peeked out to see the 8 new heads (they sent jeongin off already) and gestured for them to enter and introduce themselves.

when they stepped in everyones jaws dropped, eyeing every single one of them.

"introduce yourselves"

"hello, my name is hwang hyunjin please take care of me" the girls stared at him, lovestruck.

"hi, im hwang yeji his twin sister i hope we can get along" one of the boys infront of donghyuck whistled which earned him a slap at the back of the head.

"im shin ryujin" she yawned out still a little sleepy

"im han jisung i hope we have a good rest of the year" the 2 girls in the front row squealed about how cute he was.

"im huang renjun" he said not really caring at this point

"im lee felix" most of the girls jaws dropped at his voice and blushed

"and im kim seungmin, i hope we have a good year" he smiled and all the girls were chatting quietly and blushing about his looks.

"theres a lot of you but we have a good amount of empty seats so please sit wherever" yeji immediately went to donghyuck and sat down, jaemin waved for seungmin to sit with him which he gratefully accepted and the rest sat wherever  was open.

time skip to lunch cos im lazy oops

the 8 of them were sitting at donghyuck and jaemins usual table eating their lunches.

"hey wheres jeongin ?" jasmin asked looking for his girlfriends little brother.

"he's with somi, yedam and daehwi, i heard they clicked really fast" donghyuck responded calmly earning a nod as jaemin reached to text jieun about jeongins day.

"maybe i should text mina and ask how ava is" felix mumbled but yeji heard and sent him a glare.

"seungmin, mina told me to say she loves you. gross" felix cringed at being the messenger but missed when it was mina sending him the message that came from ava.

seungmin just chuckled and pulled out his phone sending her a quick "i love you too doofus" before putting his phone back in his pocket.

"so anyways-" he was cut off by a girl sitting down next to him.

"hey. seungmin right? im sihyeon, it's nice to meet you" she said extending a hand and getting a little too close to seungmin.

"oh uhm. hi ?" he shook her hand and tried to push her head off his shoulder.

"you new kids are pretty cute. you're invited to my party friday night. don't miss it" sihyeon stood up and winked at seungmin before walking back to the table of popular girls.

"what just happened ?" he questioned. jaemin and donghyuck just sighed.

"looks like you're her next target"

another filler chapter, and the next one will be too but from the others pov.

im also going by the school system where i am (sept-june) so if it's not with the australian system or korean and i can understand it better. sorry if it confuses you
