'I think that the bouillon is ready,' I said to Tsunan.

As I switched off the gas stove, suddenly, I felt a small blow inside my belly, that made me squeak.

'What is it? Did you burn yourself?' asked Tsunan, looking at me worriedly.

'No,' I replied, holding my huge belly with both hands. 'I just received a kick in my belly.'

'Really?' he asked, holding his breath.

'Yes,' I told him, cheerily. 'Do you want to feel it?'

He nodded with clear enthusiasm.

Taking his hand, I placed it over my belly at the same area I had received the kick earlier.

A second or two later, I took another kick and this time, Tsunan felt it too with his hand.

He looked up at me, his expression a mixture of excitement and joy.

'Oh!' I gasped, as I received another kick, this time in a different area. 'Now, our daughter is putting it on too!'

Tsunan's eyes widened at me in surprise. 'You can recognize them?'

'Yes, of course.'

'You're truly amazing!' he complimented, and cupping my face with his hands, he pressed our lips together in a kiss.

When we broke away, we held each other's gaze, smiling happily.

'Look at them! If they're not adorable!' exclaimed Hatsu, who entered the kitchen, with Heihachi.

I averted my eyes, flushing bright red.

'There's no need for you to be so embarrassed!' the blond male told me, wounding his arm around my neck. 'Tsunan and you are husband and wife!'

'See whom we've met outside just a minute ago when we arrived!' Heihachi told me, thumbing behind himself.

Taking a look past the dark-haired male, my eyes landed onto Sōgon, who was standing in the living room.

'It's well today your baby shower, ne?' said the latter, and I gave him a large smile, nodding.

I was so pleased that he came.

'What are we eating for dinner?' asked Hatsu as he moved up to the stove and I replied, ecstatically, 'Tonight, it's Sukiyaki!'

'And we, we have brought lots of small cakes!' declared Master Kagami, who arrived at that moment, with Yama-san, Gakkuri, Natsuhiko and the members of the organization.

They were all carrying food stuffs and a gift box.

'And I, some good saké!' exclaimed Tsunan's grand-father, who arrived just behind them.

Ameonna and the Shimazaki siblings came just after him and the female spirit asked me, pleasantly, 'Where should we put the presents?'

'Don't forget me! I'm here too!' stated Kokkuri-san, the latter entering through the window of the kitchen.

I gazed at every one of them.

Okā-san! Otō-san! Subaru! Kirigaya! Tadashi! I'm happy! Please, watch over us!

A year after the event of the Demon Gate, Tsunan and I had gotten married.

Hatsu and Heihachi were also married now and have begun to undertake the procedures to adopt a child.

We weren't the only young married couples at the organization.

Ayame and Shuko were married too, just like Shirane and Cho, as well as, Shuda and Agasa.

A few weeks ago, Tsurayuki had finally found the courage to confess his feelings to Yanagi and they had announced their engagement.

Shizuka Noriasu had moved in Toda some two and a half years ago to live with Katsuya and she was now a Hattori. She was expecting Katsuya's baby.

Ameonna and Natsuhiko had moved in with Yosunori and his younger siblings sometimes ago, and the date of Ameonna and Yosunori's marriage was set for next month.

Gakkuri was in high school now and she was living a blissful life with Master Kagami and Yama-san.

Subaru was now resting besides our parents' graves.

Unfortunately, there was no way to save demons like Tadashi from the control of the Amatsu Mikaboshi. There was no way to prevent the story from repeating itself. The Kami were constantly on the watch. But if something were to happen, the future generation would take over and who knows, maybe one day, someone would find a way to save the future Tadashi.
