Izumi lives in the poor quirkless village of Mustafu, Japan, where all of the quirkless stay so they can avoid evil government officials for some sort of experimentation. One day, her village is under attack by the same government that has been trying to catch her, as she unfourtantly watches and is forced to see her family die. When running away she stumbles upon an area that's off limits, as she enters it, the officials are then taken out by 3 people, as Izumi loses consciousness. When she wakes up, Izumi is greeted by...
