I started considering the general life of a protagonist. If I am going to have to write a story at the end of this, I want it to feel genuine. I wanted to draw from my own daring adventures and experiences but the thing was, I didn't technically have any- Wait. That was it. That was exactly what I needed to understand. I needed to collect experiences. Things I haven't done, or should have done long ago. A pact to live out the life a main character would have. Minus the swoon-worthy romance, I'm guessing. And the background. But I've got the future and there are endless possibilities on what to do with that. I'm not sure what the specifics of these endeavors are going to be but all I know is that I've got the perfect way to end my junior year and score an A in Ms. Koshi's class. I smile to myself for a brief moment and set my pencil down. The protagonist is... This'll be fun to answer in a couple weeks. __________________ Lisa Reed is entering her junior year of high school and her isolated bubble is more comfortable than ever... Until her English teacher starts a new unit off with a semester long project about protagonists, main characters, heroes. She's not exactly excited as this story requires real-life inspiration and Lisa's life has never been very main character worthy. (Not bad but not exciting, ya know?) So, what does Lisa do? She makes a plan to experience new things, to have memories that are main-character worthy.
