A 16 year old boy named Alex Arch was strucked by lightning in 2013 when he was seven, which he managed to survived from it. At 2022 he ran away from home for a unknown reason and went to Tokyo when it was in a immense rainy season. As Alex was trying to get by of earning money to take care of himself, while he was looking for jobs and managed to got one. There he met a girl named Hina.

The two of them would later gotten themselves into a fate that will take hold on both of them. What will happen to them, of their fates?
