The Dark and The Light

This is how I feel sometimes. Honestly I realized the meaning of this poem long before I wrote it. Maybe you'll understand too. I hope you do.

There are a couple reasons I feel this way. One, I've always felt safer in the dark. Two, the antagonist is commonly shown through a dark figure. Why is that? Why is the Dark always used to represent evil? Anyway, hope you enjoy.
