Loid Forger, anonymously known as Twilight, qas given an important mission. For completing this mission he needs to aquire a child, but end up adopting two. Unknown to him one of tge children is an esper, while the other is tge strongest minus to ever be. It's questionable how much of his sanity will remain by the end of it.
