A persons summary of a plan and can be significantly incongruent with the actual content of the plan watch out for deceptive presentations. Miss-branding may be deliberately undertaken if the presenter is more self or party-interested than customer focused.
Branding
A plan, product, or person can be branded. This controls others view of their status, "such as fitness for service" and therefore the way they are treated such as being accepted or not for employment.
Correct/accurate branding:
The customer benefits from correct/accurate branding because they are able to correctly evaluate and choose the best plan or partner available.
Brand Messages (BM) are not always in harmony with experienced reality
Branding messages regarding an objects trait can be:
Accurate and reflective of reality or
Inaccurate and unreflective of reality;
