100 years ago; The great gentleman thief, Arsene Lupin, had a vast collection of treasures, the Lupin Collection, which were stolen long ago by anotherworldly crime organization known as the Ganglers.

A descendant of his with others band together to take back what was stolen. A squad of Interpol officers works together to protect the world.
