But suddenly, she could feel her gaze burning into her skin."And this time, Hargun will lead it," She said cheerfully. Hargun mentally thanked Jordan and, all self-consciousness she would've felt if the teacher picked her to lead the cheer before vanished, leaving her with a sense of pride, and so, with warmth and meaning full in the words, Hargun said,"Vroom! Vroom! Go... Ice gems!" She said quietly, making sure not to be too loud since they were in the competion rink, and the words had never felt so true, everyone repeating her.This was her team.This was her life.She was Hargun Kaur, a beautiful Synchro Skater who would always remember her beautiful team.Léa, who was always smiling no matter what, Mélodie, Theo, Fiona, Rowan, Janet, Hailey and Isla who were just amazing teammates weather she was friends with them or not (Not friends with Fiona and Hailey). And of course her coach Jordan who could've thrown out of the team when she wasn't trying hard enough, wasn't getting the c-step and was being a scared baby. But Jordan didn't, because she believed that Hargun could improve, could do better and could be a true synchro skater. And Hargun did improve. Hargun proved her coach correct. And Hargun felt pride for herself. She would always owe her coach.They were the Ice gems, and they deserved to be champions in theirhearts.…
