The eyes of Quntessa both cause different powers. One causes life, aging, and youth. The other, a mass evil that leaves the skin marked red. One was found by the TRF aka the Transformers Reaction Force(the eye of youth). The other, still lost in a sea of green in Scotland. Quntessa just needs one eye to find the other but without either, she can see but she's without her full power without both.
