I rolled the duffel bag to the helpful lady who placed it on the military sized helicopter. She then proceeded to climb into the copilot seat of the air tank.

"I can't believe you're sending me home to do school with mom in New York. She's so helpless and crazy and I'll starve on my own."

"She's your mom, half of you, what you call her you are as well. At least half of it."

"Really mature dad. Am I still grounded if I die?"

"You're not going to die, I have four of my trusted and trained men with you." He gestured to the four armed and armored men climbing into the military helicopter. One turned and nodded his head at me with a smile. I never have seen any of these men before but if I were to choose one I thought would screw up or die first it would be smiley.

"Great. I feel safer already." I quickly hugged him and got in, taking an open middle seat.

When we took off, I pulled out my phone and put in my noise cancelling bluetooth earbuds. I played my playlist and let myself be devoured by my thoughts. We were high above the cloud line, which was unusual for the helicopter we had but it could do it. We had to put on air masks since there were no doors. We weren't going that fast but my hair was everywhere before I tied it back. I didn't notice when there was more noise than necessary a while into the flight. I was harshly nudged and turned to see what the heck was happening. The men were nervous about something. I got up and pulled out one of my earbuds. I stood up to formally ask what was happening.

Suddenly the chopper rocked to the side and had to find my balance against the man, who had stood up, next to me. I looked up to see it was the smiling man. Before I could jerk back away from him, the chopper was rammed from behind and he grabbed me!

We launched backwards out of the helicopter! Without parachutes. I couldn't find my breath to scream. I saw the helicopter go from spinning in circles to spiraling down to the ocean. Then I saw what hit us! A military grade chopper! It rammed our helicopter! I held onto the man and grinder my teeth. We flipped around and I heard another new sound. The sound of an aerodynamic plane, the usual kind that would fly at this height at wildly fast speeds. The loud air was piercing while the plane dove to us on the right side. Meanwhile I was panicking and struggling to breathe at this altitude! The plane got under us right when we entered a thick cloud. I slammed into the seat of the plane. Pain shot through me like fire. I gasped in a shaky breath and struggled to communicate my pain.

"Please put on an air mask and strap in, Miss Sudden." The dark glass cover quickly snapped into place over the plane. My head was already spinning from confusion and loss and lack of air. I fidgeted with the air mask. I sucked in and filled my lungs with much needed air. I struggled with a wide variation of straps and buckles in the harness.

I snapped the last buckle into place when, "Hold on, Mia!" The plane wing on the plane's right exploded in fire! I didn't see the military chopper transform into a similar plane, like the one I landed in. That new plane was shooting at us! Our plane jerked hard to the left, up and over the plane! I looked up and almost in slow motion saw the dark plane fly under us. We steadied and a coolant rushed over the wing to put out the fire. Our plane was now behind the dark ship.

"This could be violent," the bodyguard and pilot announced! The plane shot at the enemy airship! The plane immediately dove in flames!

"Did we get them?"

"Yes we did!" I couldn't help but holler in victory! "Now put this on, miss." A heavy snow jacket came down from behind me, since I faced the back of the plane, and into my lap.

"What do I need this for?"

"You're definitely gonna need it where we're going?" My heart didn't stop racing from what I just went through.

"What do you mean? Wait, how was the plane flying itself before we got inside? Where are we going- No actually where are you taking me?!"

"Slow down, that's a lot of questions to answer."

"Alright," I thought about which question was more important at the moment, "Where are you taking me?"

"Antarctica." I couldn't help my jaw dropping at the ridiculous answer.

"What!? Who are you! What's going on!?" I roughly tried to take off the harness which was pointless since I was still thousands of feet above the ground.

"Mia, everything will be explained when we land in Antarctica." I felt the plane fly faster as the air pressure in my ears got thinner and I was pressed more into the chair.

"Antarctica!?" I was in shock. This has to be wrong.

"No! You are going to tell me what's going on right now!" Then a sharp pointed part of the plane came off the side and pointed right at my neck! The bodyguard turned and gasped after I did, "Boomerang! That's not necessary!" The metal bent back into place against the side of the plane.

"I'm sorry, Cogsman," the radio said in a chipper young voice, "I shouldn't have let my temper get ahead of me like that." I was in disbelief again.

"Wait, is that the plane talking!? Boomerang, was it?" Cogsman sighed slightly irritated.

"Yes Miss Sudden, the plane is talking even though that was not a part of the plan!"

"Wait a minute," I gripped the edge of the chair to turn to face him, "Are we on a transformer?!" My eyes grew huge!

"Welcome to the Autobot gang!" Boomerang sounded gleeful from the radio.

I gasped again, "Did you hear my radio message? Is Optimus Prime recruiting me?" Cogsman sighed and I could almost hear a smile in his tone.

"Yes and yes. Now calm down and try to get some sleep. We have ten hours till we land." I bit the inside of my cheek in thought and crossed my arms.

I wanted to think of something else besides questions but I couldn't. Why hideout in Antarctica? Are they going to freeze me? What will my parents do? What's their plan? Most importantly I wanted to ask, which seemed more hypothetical, what am I getting myself into?
