(this is set before the movie around the time pearl,Greg, and Steven went to empire city)

A long time ago there was a Great War, it was the greatest war in the universe, it was supposed to be the war for peace but only led to unending chaos, now this war is forgotten with no remains left except one. This remaining artifact from the wars will change the universe forever in a way no-one ever could have imagined.

It's the time for a new age- a new era. But the old will always be right behind lurking in the shadows waiting for the perfect chance.

(Present day)

Steven has just gotten back from empire city with pearl and his dad.

pearl: why did we even go we could've just done that here

Greg: yeah I didn't need to spend all that money just to make up with eachother- he says laughing while rubbing his neck

Pearl: I supposed you're right

Greg: well I better get back to the car wash, it ain't gonna run itself.

Greg leaves leaving Steven and pearl

Steven: don't you feel better now pearl

pearl: I guess I do, thank you Steven

Pearl then walks of into her room

Garnet and amethyst walk in the house

amethyst: you guys are back. What was it like what did they have there did you bring me anything!- she said very fast

Steven- no, I'm sorry but we got caught up on something else

Amethyst: what?

Steven: my dad and pearl finally made up together

Garnet: I only knew it was a matter of time- she says while fixing her visor

Steven: thanks for your idea of having her go with us

( I don't remember this episode so I might get everything sort of wrong)

Garnet: your welcome

Steven: I guess I have to go now I have to meet up with Connie to read some new books with her!- he runs off to find her

Amethyst and garnet: goodbye Steven

Steven rides out of town on lion and they warp away but lion doesn't go to his desired destination.

they end up in a dark gloomy field

He looks around and sees a strange ship

Steven: what is this place lion

Lion seems to be confused as well and seems to be weary of the area

Steven: you don't know either huh- he says with a nervous voice

He walks a few feet and steps on something

He finds this object in the floor, he picks it up.

Steven feels it, it feels like smooth glass but is as strong as gem

Steven- is this a gem

Steven hears a deep scratchy voice behind him

???: no, it is your death

Steven tried to turn around to see that he was shot through the gem shattering it...

He wakes up in the sand

Steven: Ahhh. Oh thank the starts it was just a dream.

Steven looks at his hand to see he's holding the glass object

Steven screams in fear and throws it

Steven: I have to tell the gems about this
