1 day after killing Bruce, Connie was sitting on Steven couch still thinking of what happen the other day.

Lapis and Peridot arrive through the Warp Pad, walked and sat next to Connie and Rose.

"We took care of Bruce parents they are still alive but are now living in different parts of the world so will never meet" Peridot said 

"Thanks" 

"You're ok?"

"Yeh just still getting use to my first kill and my chest really hurts from being shot again"    

"It's a good thing Rose gave you a bulletproof vest then" Lapis said

Just then a sound was heard from outside everyone knew what it was Steven returning. Connie then rush outside, Lapis, Peridot and Rose walked outside. 

Connie run to the beach where the small red spaceship was coming down it lands and out comes Steven, Greg, Garnet, Amethyst and Pearl. Steven looks and sees Connie standing in front of him Steven then gives her a huge hug.

"OW, OW, OW, OW, OW, OW" Steven then notices the cuts on her body 

"Oh my god what happen, are you ok, who did this to you"? 

"While you were away me Peridot, Lapis and Pumpkin were getting Donuts from The Big Donut when I was shot"

At that point everyone grasp, Steven was shocked 

"Connie was shot and I was not here"  Steven said in his mind

"Steven but it was ok because i'm here" she then put his hand on her heart he hears it beat.

"I then heard another gunshot go off but this time it was Peridot who took the hit right in the head she proofed it look like our life's were over when we were saved by a Girl who told Lapis to take me and Peridot back to your place, she arrived here 5 minutes later and got the bullet out of me and I found out that she is our daughter Steven".

"She is here?" 

"Yes she is" Connie then turns around sees Rose by the front of the house 

Everyone then goes up to Steven home where they sees Lapis, Peridot with her star and Rose 

Rose walks up to Steven

"Steven meet your daughter Rose, Rose meet your dad Steven"

Rose and Steven shook hands 

"Thanks for saving Connie"

'It's no problem and it was also my life on the line as well"

Just then Amethyst butted in "But what about the man who shot you"

"It fine I killed him"

Steven, Greg, Pearl, Amethyst and Garnet all looked at Connie trying to make sense of what just Connie just said.

"What do you mean you kill him Jam Bud" 

"Bruce Moss was a criminal from the future who worked in Drugs, Weapons and Child Trafficking  who wanted me dead because our daughter took down his business, I snap his neck if not then I would have to look behind me every day".

Steven then hugged Connie 

"Your going to be ok"?

"Yes I will"

8 Hours Later

Steven and Connie watched as Rose left to go back to her timeline then Steven walked outside and Connie followed him they watch the night sky and looked into each other then Connie put her lips onto Steven's a few seconds later they let go 

"I Love You Steven"

"I Love You Too Connie"
