~~~ (Y/N) POV ~~~

     I stumbled forward and tried to punch Pride when I felt a fist connect with my face, sending me flying backwards. I slowly got up. Pride and Greed ran at me, I closed my eye, and disappeared into my void. I sat and collected my thoughts. I don't have to deal with this. I can just leave.

Haunting Voice: "Oh please. If you leave, then you will never figure out how to handle me. Or how Wrath was able to appear here. That was quite interesting."

(y/n): "Shut up. Wait, what do you mean about Wrath being here?"

Haunting Voice: "Hmm, I didn't realize that you didn't notice. Well then, you really do need their help. Without them, I will be too strong for you to hold back."

     I took a deep breath and focused. My wounds started to disappear as I meditated in the darkness. What should I do? I don't want to reveal all my cards to them, and they already know a good amount about me because of that Envy. I guess I will just have to come up with new tricks while I am in mid battle. I lifted my head and stood up, appearing in the Arena again on the other side.

Greed: "Where did they go? Did they run away?"

Pride: "That ability of their's is very interesting, and I bet it can come in handy quite often. Though I doubt they would run, isn't that right?"

      Pride turned around to face me with a smile. I refused to partake in chit chat with them. I started running towards them. First I need to take out Greed, Pride may be stronger, but Greed is still a threat, and the longer I drag out this fight the worse it will get. So I also can't expend too much energy taking her out. I feinted an attack to Pride, my right hand reeled back to strike them, while I discretely got my left hand ready to make a sneaky attack. I felt my confidence and anger inside of me, and I embraced them, letting them grow stronger. After Pride had gotten ready to catch my hand, I made a sudden turn and punched Greed, some fire enhancing my strike. She was hit, though Pride had somehow been prepared for the trick and pushed my arm just enough so that most of my force didn't connect. I then felt Pride's fist connect with my face as I stumble back. Greed tripped me as I had stumbled back and made me fall. She charged me with a knife, and as it approached my face.......

     I stood in front of Pride feinting a strike with my right fist, my left arm ready to strike Greed. I almost frowned when I realized what happened. As I looked closer at this instance of the battle, I could see that Pride's arm wasn't tensed or braced at all, though that could change in a second. They had started to prepare for any real or feint attack, always double guarding.  I did my feint again, but as my fist went toward Greed for a 'real' attack, it wasn't charged or enhanced at all. I felt Pride push my arm, and I used that to spin a bit elbowing Pride in the face with my right arm. The stumbled as I was now able to perform a real attack on Greed, this punch was enhanced with flame. Greed fell backwards with a smoking face. Pride looked at me, with a smile on their face, but anger in their eyes.

Pride: "That is quite interesting. Feinting an attack, so that you can feint, and use my attack against me. I never took you for one who would prepare so much, or make such a complicated attack. It's almost like you had extra time during that moment to come up with your attack. And while I am one for preparing in battle, that was a little, too prepared."

     I ignored their words and I jumped forward toward them, they fully braced for a strike as I teleported to Greed and gave them another fist full of fire, their head hitting the concrete ground pretty hard. Knocking them out.

Pride: "You are really annoying you know that?"

     I got up a bit more relaxed now that I only had to focus on a single enemy. Pride saw this and got a little more upset.

Pride: "Just because my Ally is out doesn't mean you get to relax! You still have to go up against me! The strongest, the best!"

    I saw their eyes start to glow a pure purple color. Their muscles started to grow, and become more defined, they grew a pair of dark wings, similar to that of a bat, but much larger.

Sloth: "Pride! Stop it! You said we weren't supposed to do that during this!"

     I slightly turned to the seats above the Arena where Sloth was, but quickly turned back as Pride rushed at me. They were faster than before. I activated my black hole form and took a punch. I felt overcharged with power. I used this to step behind them, and I was still seeing them in slow motion, I started to throw a punch. My fist connected and I saw time start to flow normally. They were sent flying into the arena wall. I huffed as I breathed heavily, tired from expending all my energy in that one attack. I looked at the Arena walls and squinted as the sun started to rise. I smile before falling onto my back, having trouble staying awake. I made it.

          ~~~ Time Skip Pride POV ~~~

Wrath: "What the hell was that Pride! You said not to do that, to hold back for this! To treat it like a light spar, and you pull that shit!?"

     I sat on my throne with a frown. How strong are they? To take a hit while I was in that form? 

Sloth: "Pride! Are you even listening?! You can't just keep doing this!"

     I looked at Sloth, annoyed.

Pride: "And you are going to stop me?"

     Sloth scowled before storming off. Typical, too lazy to do anything. To come up with a retort, to finish an argument. Didn't even finish her fight. Wrath saw me like this, and knew it was going to be pointless to continue shouting, as I was not listening, still thinking about the finale of that fight. I had awoken earlier shortly after my defeat, seeing the smiling, unconscious newcomer.  I still can't believe that they were able to take us all out, and last until sunrise on their first day. I started to regret telling everyone to go easy on them. Though I didn't have time to revel in my regret for long, as Envy came bursting through the door. He huffed as he raised his head and spoke.

Envy: "They're gone!"

Pride: "What? Well, never mind that. We will be seeing them again. Hopefully they will get used to their role as Gluttony, if not then they are going to be having a lot of trouble, and we will be waiting for them when that happens."

Envy: "So I ran here for nothing?"

Pride: "Pretty much. I mean, we already knew that they could disappear at will."

     Envy scoffed as I started to plan.

          ~~~ (Y/N) POV ~~~

     I teleported to the temple. I saw Garnet, Amethyst and Steven in the living room, it seems as though Garnet was going to be a referee for a game of checkers between Steven and Amethyst. Steven looked up and smiled.

Steven: "(Y/N)! It feels like it's been a while. You doing okay?"

(y/n): "Yeah, I, well I came back to ask for something but first. I want to apologize Amethyst."

     Amethyst looked at me and smiled.

Amethyst: "Sorry? Oh please it was nothing. I am fine, see?"

     She gave a thumbs up with her right hand and revealed her gem more with her left hand.

(y/n): "I really am glad about that. And I have gotten a lot of information. First of all. I found out where the, um, sins? yeah the sins, I found out where they have set up base."

Garnet: "So you were in the lion's den, so to speak?"

     I nodded.

(y/n): "And they weren't too aggressive, because they are considering me a new Gluttony, also fun fact, Gluttony can in fact talk to me. In my head and in my void. And if I am not careful, he can and will take over, but right now he is under a very tough lock and key."

Amethyst: "So, you are part of a club of human gem immortals? Cool."

(y/n): "Though I did have to fight all of them. It was supposed to be one on ones, but they eventually did a two on one situation after the first two fights."

Steven: "Woah. That sounds pretty tough."

(y/n): "It was, I actually had a lot of trouble, especially when, surprise surprise, I got my own Wrath, apparently. I mean, my gem doesn't have any red now, but for a bit, I had somehow influenced myself with Wrath. So it seems, that now that I have one of the sins, I can kind of temporarily gain the others?"

Garnet: "(y/n). This is very important, do you think you have a handle on your emotional state, namely, your rage?"

(y/n): "I want to say yes. But I can't, during the fight, I got angry enough to just create a whole new sin in my gem for a bit, and go on a rampage. I don't have a handle on that, not at all. I mean Gluttony is easy because I don't need to eat, and I haven't eaten much for the past few years, but, the other's I wouldn't say I could resist easily."

     The room was silent for a bit.

Garnet: "....I know. I wanted to ask that, because I wanted to see if you would deny your flaws. Thank you for being honest, and just know that we are here for you. But you also need to know that you cannot afford to lose control around here. We can't handle you if you are like that. Under the influence of one sin, you turned on us, and we couldn't handle you."

    I looked down.

(y/n): "Thank you. I do have more information though, not to change the subject but...."

Garnet: "Go ahead."

(y/n): "Shortly, before all of this sin stuff, I forgot to tell you, but I have a new ability. My aura isn't just able to copy the forms of others, it has it's own form."

     I activated my black hole form for a moment. Letting the shadows flicker and dance along my skin like flames for a bit. No one seemed to say something for a moment.

Garnet: "What can you do with your aura?"

(y/n): "I can absorb energy from attacks. If I absorb too much energy then time will kind of slow down for a small moment. Though while in that form, any attack I do will cause me to use nearly all my energy, so it is kind of like a finishing move kind of thing. I have tried to hold back and keep my energy from bursting out, but I don't seem to be able to do that quite yet."

Steven: "You can slow down time? I can do that too! And, that is when I glow pink and surround myself with my aura."

(y/n): "Oh, so it is still another copy cat?"

Steven: "Well I don't think so. My aura was more solid, yours didn't behave like mine, though with the right condition it can do similar things, that doesn't mean it is still another copy cat. It is different in it's own way. I can't absorb energy and release it."

(y/n): "Oh. Wait something I forgot to say. When I was fighting Pride, at the end of the fight, something happened to them. They got angry, and their eyes started to glow Purple, and they kind of transformed. Their muscles grew, and they grew wings. It was like some weird transformation."

     Garnet nodded, Steven and Amethyst were in deep thought, probably trying to think of what that would look like, and Pearl, came out from her room.
