Author POV:

The atmosphere was tense. Blossom glared daggers at Brick's smug face. "May I have more lemonade please?" Brick asked, and held up his empty glass cup. "Of course." The Professor said, and served him more lemonade.

"Thank you sir." Brick said, his eyes still locked with Blossom's. Brick took a dramatic sip of the drink and then put the cup down.

"So, Elizabeth and I have amazing news." The Professor said, "And what is that amazing news father?" Blossom asks, giving him a tight smile.

Elizabeth reached her hands over the table to connect them with the Professor. The Professor smiled and spoke up again.

And what the Professor said next, got both redhead's yelling.

"We're going to live together as a family!"

"Woah, damn. I feel bad for you dude." Butch said. Brick walk down the halls with his two best friend's. "Yeah. Now he definitely has no chance on asking his crush out on a date." Boomer said, and let out a chuckle as well as Butch.

"Shut up guys. She's not my crush." Brick glared at both of them.

"Dude, you were all soft for her at the festival last year. You even volunteer to help her and would threaten all the guys who tried to flirt. Don't lie." Boomer said. Brick groan in annoyance. "Please don't remind me." Brick said.

"Let's talk about this later. We got to head to class or else Mr. Waltson will give us detention." Butch said, checking the time on his Rolex that he got from his rich family.

"Too bad Blossom isn't in there, Brick's mood would've -" Boomer shut his mouth once Brick turn to face Boomer with a glare. "What did you say shithead?"

"That's what I thought so." Brick gave a last glare at Boomer and continued walking down the halls.
