I end up waking up about 2 am. I feel a strong hand on my and I almost freaked, but I remember the things that took place last night. That made me relax.. Wait.. 2 am? He needs to go.. he was suppose to be gone by 9.. but we got.. off track.

  I shake him to wake him up. His voice is so cute right now.. and his hair makes him look so adorable, "Yes Maxxi?" I smile, "You have to go.. or crash on the couch downstairs.. my dad won't mind that.." He shakes his head no and kisses my forehead. "I'll go, I'll see you in the morning baby." He slips his clothes back on and before he can grab his t-shirt, I grab it and slip it on. He smiles and shakes his head. "My silly girlfriend." He finally said it.. Imaginary fist pump!

  He bends down to kiss me and walks himself out.

  My alarm blares fiesta music at 6 am.. waking me up TGIF.

  I smell bacon and pancakes and eggs.. yum. I go to the restroom to wash my face and brush my teeth. I then run down the stairs and grab a plate to pile food onto. I give my dad a pat on the shoulder and sit down across from him at the table, "Buenos días padre." He smiles, "Good morning baby girl. How'd you sleep." Amazingly well  "I slept well.. you?" He stuffs bacon into his mouth simultaneously with me,  "Amazingly, knowing that my baby girl is safe up under my roof."

  My phone starting ringing when I was about to say something. I look at my phone to see who's calling. Madre.. why the hell is she calling me? "Hey dad?" "Yes Maxx?" I look down, thinking over what I'm about to say, "Can you get full custody of me?"

  He looks at me a little shocked, "Honey.. I don't want to do that to your mother.. and you'll regret it." He's probably right.. "You're right... I'm gonna go upstairs and put my clothes on, kay?" He shakes his head ok and smiles.

  I go upstairs and strip. I slip on my black leather leggings, white tank top, black lace ups, and a black army jacket. I put my hair up into a bun and have the sides hang down. I put on smokey eyes make up with cat wing eye liner. Last but not least I add the plum lip stick.

  I go downstairs and run into my dad at the edge of the steps "Wow, you look beautiful.. like your mom.. Before all hell broke lose.. um I was just coming to get you and tell you bye. After school I'll take you car shopping and we'll get In N Out burger for dinner, sounds good yeah?" I shake my head yes with a huge smile. He remembered my love for In N Out.. He bends down and kisses my forehead "Bye princess." "Bye dad." And there he goes, out the door.

  After he pulls off Daniel pulls up. He signals me to come on unless we're going to be late. I get in the car and immediately he kisses me. We break the kiss and rest our foreheads against each others' "Morning Baby girl.." I smile like a doofas, "Morning Danny.."

  He looks at the clock and pulls off, "I know how you don't like to be late Maxxi." When we get to the school,  We park by Frank and Alex. They both have huge smiles on their faces as we exit the car,  "Finally.. you two got together." I roll my eyes and laugh, "Hello Frank and Alex. I need to get to class see you guys." I walk off but Danny catches me by the wrist.

  He looks down shyly and rubs the nape of his neck, "Can I walk you?" I smile and shake my head yes, grabbing his hand and intertwining our fingers. We're waffling guys!!  He clears his throat and stuffs his other hand into his pocket "You look extremely beautiful Maxxi." I smile and kiss his cheek, "Thank you Danny."

  When we get to my class he pulls me in for a long embrace and whispers in my ear, "Let's flick the rest of the day." I laugh, "Danny.. just a couple hours and then boom.. The weekend starts." He chuckles and kisses me passionately,  letting me go, "I'll see you after this period is over, bye babe." I wave at him and walk into the class.

  Debra rolls her eyes at me "You're just another.." I cut her off, "Yeah, how about you just shut the hell up and sit down before round 2 starts." He eyes grew large and she sat down, She's so annoying. I sit down in my seat and start the countdown for school to end.

  When school was over I ran out of my class like I'm finishing a marathon. I go to my locker and someone sneaks up on me and tickles my waist. I look back and it's Frank and Alex. "Oh hey guys." They smile and wave at me. Someone knocks on the other side of my locker and I turn my head to look who it is, right when I turned my head someone captures my lips. Mmmm Daniel.

  We break the kiss, Frank and Alex grab my bad wrist and I bite my bottom lip in pain as they pull me back to them, "Stop making out with our sister, Daniel." He chuckles and grabs me by my waist, "Stop me." I laugh lightly at Daniel and push away from him, "You gotta get me home, car shopping.." He gives me an oh yeah look and we wave goodbye to Frank and Alex while walking away.

  When we get inside of his car, I lay my head on his shoulder. "Tired?" I shake my head yes, "Then sleep."  With that command, I dozed off. He shook my shoulder lightly and I opened my eyes, "We're here Maxxi, let's get out." I shake my head yes and I reach for my bag but he grabs it for me. I look at him, "Why?" He smirks, "I want to prove to you even more that I am a gentleman at heart.. and you're the only person that brings that out of me.."

  He lowers his head slightly embarrassed and I tilt it back up to kiss him, "Daniel,  you're so sweet baby. You don't have to be shy about it.." He smiles and kisses my forehead before he exits the car. I get out and follow behind him. I realize my dad's car isn't here, hard worker..

  "Is your dad not home yet?" As soon as he asked that I got a text, Padre

Daddy: I'm on my way.. I'll be home in 15 minuets.

  I show the text to Daniel and he does a head nod. As soon as I was about to put my phone away, I get a phone call.. Private.. I guess I'll answer it..

Me: Um.. Hello

Creeper that called me private: My baby.. I miss you

Me: Mom.. Why the hell did you call me private?

Mom: Because.. I knew you wouldn't answer.. anyways when are you going to visit me? You have to.. or I'll take you dad to court and get full custody..

  I look at Daniel and my face goes pale.. I forgot about that.. But I'll have a say in the custody right?  And she told me to leave yesterday.. she wasn't fighting then...and being in the house with a pimp isn't healthy..

  I sigh and rub my forehead while Daniel looks at me questioningly and worried.

Me: Fine.. I'll talk a date over with my dad..

Mom: Thought you would say that.. I want to know something before the end of the day. Goodbye Maxxine, baby.

  Chills run down my spine when said that,  and I quickly hang up on her. Crazy bitch.. I don't want her to take me from my dad.. I feel safe here.. And my dad loves me.. like he actually loves me.. Tears start to flood my eyes as I have these thoughts and I couldn't stop them from streaming, and I couldn't stop the sobbing.. I think I'm collapsing.. Before I could hit the ground, a strong arm sweeps me up and holds me.

  "What happened? Daniel what's wrong with Maxxine?" I guess my dad is home.  "I don't know.. she was speaking to Shana." I lift up my hand to show everyone I want to speak, "She said I need to visit her, or.. or she'll take you to court for full custody.. Daddy.. I don't want to see her

but I don't want to get taken away from you.. not again.."

  Daniel puts me down and I rush to my dad to hug him. He holds me and kisses my forehead, "Princess.. I won't let that happen. I promise.. If you really don't want to see her.. then it's settled." I look up at my dad, "You're gonna take her to court?" He shakes his head, "If I have to.. yes I will." I wipe my eyes and scratch my head, about to change the subject, "So how about we all go car shopping."

  My dad plasters this huge grin on his face, "About that.. I already picked you put one.. and its outside.." I ran outside before he can even finish his sentence. OH MY SPARTA.. its a black 2014 Corvette stingray.. Oh dear. This must've cost a fortune.. "Daddy this had to be a arm and a leg.." He cuts me off, "Sweetie.. it was nothing really.. it was the cheapest thing there honestly.." No the hell it wasn't..

  He tosses me the keys and I jump for joy. Daniel smiles and chuckles at me. I just roll my eyes at him, "Come on Danny.. lets test it out!" Daniel jumps into the passenger seat, and off we go.

  We drove in silence and my thoughts took over my soul. I don't want to lose my dad.. not again.. I just got him back.. So when this happens I usually drive to this secret place on the other side of Santa Monica beach. Daniel clears his throat, "Where are we going sweetheart?" I play with one of my strands of hair that's hanging while turning to the secret place, "My safe place."

  He nods yes as I park the car. We get out and he follows me to the rocks. We sit and gaze at the sky and Daniel runs his hands through his hair,  "I've never realized this

part of the beach. I've been here so many times.. but this part looks forgotten.. yet so beautiful."

  I swallow hard, "When my mom and dad separated.. she didn't care if I left..and since this part of the beach was in walking distance.. I came here a lot. My dad use to take me to the other side before they split. It made me feel closer to my dad. I needed to feel closer to him. This had became my place.. my only hope for sanity is held here.. Danny.. Don't let her take me from my dad.. or from you. Definitely not you." Danny takes hold of me and I sob into his chest, "Don't cry baby, When did a knight ever give up his princess?"

  I giggle at that and kiss his chest, just the feeling of his cotton shirt against my lips was sensual.  He lifts my chin and kisses me on the lips. I straddle his lap and moan into his mouth, " I have an idea Danny.." He lifts an eye brow and takes the words right out of my mouth, "Wanna christen this rock?" I shake my head yes, and then it began.

  On the way back to the house, my dad text me to tell me to bring back some food. So Danny and I swerve by In N Out and we go back to my place. When we open the door, we head to the kitchen to drop off the food. 

  Danny gets a phone call and answers while eating his burger, "Hello.. Yes I'm coming for dinner tonight. Whatever.. Just know I'll be there. Goodbye." I look at c him questioningly and point to the In N Out bag. He chuckles and kisses my forehead,  " I promised the folks I'll stop in for dinner. I'll be back before you fall asleep.. and If I don't, we'll just hang out all day tomorrow anyways."

  My eyes light up and he reads my mind and immediately shakes his head no, "No.. I don't want you to meet them.. ever.. they're embarrassing and annoying." I grab his keys and head to his car, "Meet you out there babe." I can hear him sigh and chuckle god his chuckle is so sexy.

  I got into the passenger seat and I texted my dad,

Me: Daddy, I'm going to meet Daniels' parents. Love you.

  Daniel gets into the car as soon as I'm done texting my dad. He slides on his black Ray-Ban wayfarers.. he looks sexy in sun glasses. He interrupts my trance, "You like 'em? I'll just have to get you some." I smile and touch his shoulder,  "No babe, they're way too expensive.." He cuts me off while pulling off, "Maxxi, I'll spend the world on you if I could.. a simple $200 will be the least I'll spend on you baby girl."

  I rolled my eyes and kissed his cheek. It only took us 5 minuets to get to his parents house. He sighs, "Daniel.. is it honestly that bad?" He takes off his shades to glare at me uhhhhh.. someone's mad now.. "Maxxine, yes.. its extremely bad. Now let's just get out and get this over with." I nod yes and get out of the car.

  He opens the door and yells, "Ma.. dad.. we're here!" We're? .. Did he tell them about me.. Imaginary fist pump! His mother rushes towards me and hugs me. Her boobs are suffocating me.. oh my. "Hello Maxxine, I've prepared a magnificent dinner since my baby boy decided to invite his beautiful girl friend."

  Uh.. "Hello Mrs. Vellent.. very nice to meet you.." She cuts me off, "Oh sweetie, just call me Daphane. Oh and this is my husband Dallas." She gestures to the tall man that looks exactly like Daniel I now know where he gets his looks from.. and his slightly creepiness from.. his dad is checking me out wayyy more than he should. He pulls me into a hug.. A tight hug,  "Hello Maxxine.." He pulls me away and looks me up and down even more, "And may I say you're a beautiful young lady."

  I push my hair behind me ear, "Thank you Mr. Vellent.." He taps my shoulder, " You can call me by my first name sweetie." I nod yes, " Um ok then, Dallas." Dannys' mom ushers me into the kitchen. There's a huge roast in the middle of the table with macaroni and a nice Cesar salad. Beautiful..

  I sit next to Daniel who seems to be irritated already. "Finally my Danny is serious about someone.." Daniel sighs, "Mom.. just don't." She pays him no attention, "Maxxine, this boy might of been a sex addict.. All he would do was have sex.. I'm so happy he suggested that he wanted his own place." Danny throws down his fork, "Um excuse me? I suggested. Why tell more lies mother? It's no need.. I already told her everything so just be truthful instead of the lying snob you are." I stuff my face with salad as the awkward aroma surrounds us. "Daniel, shut it now.. don't you ever speak to your mother like that!" His father shouts and of course Daniel shouts back, "Or what?! You'll make me move into a new home further away from your home?" I try to touch Daniels wrist but he flinches away from me, "Daniel stop it!" He glares at me, "Stop what Maxxine." I try to bite my tongue but it doesn't work out so well, "Stop acting like a fucking asshole, you blew the whole situation out of proportion. You never had to address your mother or father like that. Do you know how bad you just made them feel? Stop being an ass and forgive them!"

  He scoffs sarcastically and raises an eye brow, " You're lecturing me... on how I talk to my parents. Maxxine.. you talk to your mother the same way.. The person that has raised you for 16 damn years. I know, I know her parenting went down hill and you basically took care of yourself.. don't you think I did the same.. Literally. You at least had someone in your house to turn to.. Me, I had no one. So until my parents apologize.. I will not."

   "Don't compare your situation to mine.." Though it's so alike.. I just can't be wrong.. "Maxxine.. face it.. you're wrong. Stop being a fucking hypocrite.. and stop fucking lecturing me!" His mom interrupts, " Daniel you're language.. Maxxine I'm so sorry I ruined thus dinner.." Before I could reply Daniel speaks, "it wouldn't be the only thing you've ruined.. Anyways, Thanks mom for bringing the bitchyness out of Maxxine."

  I turn my head slowly to glare at him, "Excuse me asshole? Are you implying that

  I'm a bitch." He does that ' bad boy' smirk..  Oh no.. I thought this asshole was out of our lives for good, "Yes I am Maxxine.. what makes you different from every bitch I date.. you even gave it up before the 'official' ok." I feel the tears weld up in my eyes, "Um thank you Daphane and Dallas for having me over.. I think I'll see myself out.." With that I got up and Daniel grabbed my bad wrist,  "Fuck! Ow that hurts Danny.." He immediately let go remembering what's there.

  "Maxx wait.." I turn to Daniel and give him a sad smile, "Just don't.. I can't even deal with you.." I walk out of the door and walked home. I see that Daniels car is in the driveway,  what.. the..Sparta? I climb up the vineyard ladder to my room so my dad or asshole dick face ass dirty mother chucking boyfriend won't realize I'm home.

  I get out of my clothes I'm in and put on his big t-shirt I took from him the other night ago. Mmmm.. it smells good. I pull back my cover and get into bed. If Daniel is really sorry.. then he has A LOT of making up to do..

  I wake up around 4 am with the feeling someone is watching me. I turn to my left to see if someone is watching. Daniel.. He smiles gently and apologetic at me. "What are you doing here? I'm upset with you.. why the hell would you let that asshole side of you show again? I freaking know that you're not a asshole.. stop acting like one."

  He sighs and puts his face into his hands.

  He then looks up at me and yells, "I'm sorry Maxxine. I know I say dumb crap.. I just can't cope with knowing someone actually cares for me." I sigh and get up to walk towards him. I sit on his lap and he laces his arms around my waist, "Daniel.. believe it.. cause I'm not going anywhere. And hell.. if I have to beat the asshole out of you.. I will." I punch his shoulder playfully and yawn. He picks me up and places me in my bed.

  He slides in behind me and pulls me close. "Oh by the way, nice t-shirt.. it looks like my style." I laugh and start to doze off as he snuggles and kisses my head.

Okay so it took me forever to update.. sorry hahaha but I'm busy with ending my Sophomore year.. I promise I'll try to update faster but I have to put my homework first :D
