I pull up into the parking lot and park my car. I sigh in relief to finally be here. I love it here. I can be myself without anyone noticing. When I'm here I feel like I have a super power.. The best one ever.. invisibility.

Study Hall..

  I go to the library instead of study hall. On my way to the library I'm reading this amazing book on Wattpad. I'm completely oblivious to my surroundings.. too oblivious.. so oblivious that I run into Frank, Alex, and Daniel.. The assholes of the school.

  "Shit. I'm so sorry, um I should've been watching where I was goi-" "Yeah you should've.. wait who are you.. Who is she?" Daniel says with a smirk and the whole group starts laughing. I try biting my tongue.. Literally. But it doesn't work out so well. "Oh I'm the girl that was lying when she said sorry to you.. ¡vete al carajo!" I try to walk off but he grabs the arm I cut this morning and I bite my lip from screaming in pain.

  "You'll be sorry for your disrespect sweetie, and I understood that.. since I'm white doesn't mean I don't understand Spanish.. I will NOT fuck off.." He pulls my planner out of my bag and looks at the name. ".. Maxxine.. Maxxine, Maxxine, Maxxine.. I like the 2 'xx's.. creative.. So I'll just call you Maxx.."

  I pull from his grip with my arm dripping blood which trailed to his hand a little. I wrap my arms around my waist to keep the blood from falling and I just stare at him while he stares at his hand. " Um.. Maxx, why is there blood on my hand?" "Don't call me Maxx, and just don't speak to me ever again." I run to my car hearing him chasing after me, screaming my name.. demanding me to come back. I jump in my car and pull off.

  As soon as I get home, I check and see if my mom is home. Of course not. I run up to my room, shut my door, and pull off my hoodie looking at my arm. I change the bandages and clean up the blood. I think back to the blood on Daniels' hand. Fuck. I need to ignore that kid.. he's bad news. I look at the clock to realize I just skipped school. Major Fuck. I never skip school. Oh well.. I'll call in sick and imitate my mom. I barely know the kid and I'm already making bad choices. I'll just ignore him for the rest of my life and things will go back to normal.. right?

  I call the school and they must be really stupid because they believed I was my mom. I go to the kitchen and eat a sandwich then go to my room and sleep. I need to sleep this day off.

  I wake up and check the clock..
9 pm
  I feel amazing and re-energized. I go to take a shower instead of a bath. After my shower I come back to my room and check my phone.. and some text messages.. from.. this weird number. What the hell. How the hell did someone get my number?

_ _ _- _ _ _- _ _ _ _: Hey Maxxine.. um don't be creeped out.. but I got your number and address from your planner. I'll be over within an hour to talk about what took place today. See ya. Oh by the way it's Daniel.

  I look at what time he sent the message.. its been a hour. What the hell? Fucking stalker. I hear the door bell ring and I throw on a pair of shorts and a shoulder cut t - shirt. I run down the stairs and open the door.

  Daniel pushed his way thru the door before I could even greet him. Rude. "Um.. so.. you have my number.. that's creepy." He grabs my phone from my back pocket and text someone off of his phone. My phone lights up. "Maxxine, It seems like you didn't find it weird when you saved my number.. you could've given me a cute nickname.. like Danny.. or Dan." He winks at me. "And Danny... what do you have me set as?" He shows me my contact in his iPhone 5 c and my name is under ' Maxx' with a couple of winky faces. Ew I hate the iPhone. Team Galaxy always and forever.

  He slips his phone back into his back pocket and tours around my house like it's ok. "So.. Daniel. Why do we need to talk? Can't we just forget it and I can go back to being the girl no one knew about?" he sighs and does this sexy, husky chuckle. "Maxx, just call me Dan or Danny. Daniel is way to formal for my soul. And since you're asking.. No, I will not leave you alone. Maxx why the hell is it that I've been going to school with you ever since kindergarten but I never knew you existed? In fact no one does.. But Debra Hills.. but that's because that bitch said she bullied you. That's not cool."

  How the hell does he know that? And why is he just now realizing that. He looks at me and smirks "Ok, yes, I went yearbook searching. I also figured out that you're the top student in our class.. and the smartest student in our whole High School."

  I'm still mesmerized by his smirk and my brain and tongue get the best of me "You do a lot of sexy things.. W-wait.. what the hell did I just say?" "That I do a lot of sexy things.." He looks my body up and down and stops on the arm he grabbed today. He tries to get a hold of it but I lightly pull away.. and then I feel that I can trust him and I rest my arm in his hand. He points at the bandage. "Maxxine, I really came to talk about this. Did I do this when I gripped tour arm?" He has concern and guilt in his eyes. I scratch my head and look down "Um.. n-no you didn't.."

  He looks at me in complete confusion "Then who did?" I bite my tongue so I won't say anything. He starts to slowly unwrap the bandage to see what hides beneath it. I look down and close my eyes. I can hear him swallow hard and his touch against the scars sting just a little bit.. but it felt.. comforting.

  "Maxx.. Did you do this?" I shyly shake my head yes and pull my arm away. I didn't put the bandage back on because I need to let it breath. I went to the kitchen to get us both some water. He comes up close behind me. I think I'm going into cardiac arrest being this danm close to him. Back up papi.  No! No Maxxine. Never call him papi.. ever again. Don't act like Shana.

  Though my tongue fails me again "Want some water,papi?" I turn to catch his reaction and I mirror his image.. wide eyes and a big open mouth. It soon replaced with a sexy smirk. "Sure, I would love some water.. Mami." Before he grabs his water he pulls out his phone and types something. He shows me what he did. It said Mami with a lot of winky faces.. is that.. is that my danm number. Oh my gosh no. He grabs my phone out of my back pocket and makes sure he grazes my ass as he's doing it. He made me put in my password and he grabbed my phone to changed his contact name to papi.

  I roll my eyes and shrug my shoulders. I hand him his water and we both chug our waters. He's constantly watching me and I'm trying to turn my head so I won't be watching him. When we're done we go and sit on the couch. I turn to him and sigh. "Please don't go telling everyone about my arm and what I did." I think something just softened in his eyes and his heart. He pulls me into a long embrace resting his head on top of mine. "I won't Maxx." I sigh in relief. "Thanks Danny." "You're welcome. Oh and this doesn't mean I'm going to leave you alone from now on. You're stuck with me sweetie." "Fuck. And don't call me sweetie.  There's nothing sweet about me."

  Daniel comes close to my face and caresses my side. My face probably is as red as a chili pepper "Maxxi, baby, I'll call you what I want to call you." He squeezes my butt and comes even closer to my lips and halts when we hear someone trying to open the door. He smirks and scoots over to the other side of the couch and grabs my hand. I try to pull away before my mom enters "Dude let go, I don't want my mom thinking that there's anything going one between us.." I finally pull away ".. not even friendship Dan." He smirks and mouths Whatever.. baby.

  I roll my eyes and get up and go to the door opening it for my mom because I'm annoyed due to her struggle of opening the door.

  My mom strolls in exactly like a hooker.. her mini skirt up to her thing line.. she left with fish nets on and now they're no where to be found.. her hair is sweated out and frizzy.. makeup smeared.. and her shirt is ripped and wrinkled. I shake my head and roll my eyes. "Move Maxxine!" As she pushes by she realizes a boy on her couch gawking at her. "Like what you see boy?" He smirks and says "Nah, MILFS aren't my thing." She rolls her eyes and walks to the kitchen. I stare at him.. Did he just call my mom a MILF? I tell him to come here and I pull him up to my room without my mom noticing.

   I shut the door and punch his arm. He shuts his eyes in pain. "Dude don't call my mom a MILF. She may do things like that but please just don't disrespect my mom. It makes me hurt when I do it. Honestly she's a good mom.. she's just been going through a lot  because of my dad."

  "Sorry Maxx. What did your dad do?" I roll my eyes and look at the clock.. 12 am.. "Don't act like you care.. You should go it's late." It's like he realized his 'bad boy' act faded away and he soon put the act on again. "It's the only way you'll give me what I want.." He winks and I look at him with disgust. He smirks and walks past me, sweeping his hand across the small of my back and pulling on my shorts. He comes close to my ear. "Do you see how I make all the hairs on your body stick up? You'll be begging one day." He kisses my ear down to the dip of my neck and shoulder and I try to bite my tongue to hide my moan away but it sneaks out anyway.

  My mom barged into my room and stares at me in complete shock. " Get off of my hija." get off of her daughter.. her daughter.. I think I smiled a little at that. He moves away and says sorry for our 'sexual' actions. But I don't think I'm sorry.. A part of my said Stop.. but a huge part of me said I want more..

  My mom lectures me about sex and I actually listen.. she.. she's caring.. when she leaves I check my phone.. One new message.

  I put my phone on the charger and turn my back to it so I won't be tempted to text back. I soon fall fast asleep. Sadly I say goodnight and goodbye to invisibility.
