The Time Police came. They could see Dipper crying and suffering with the others surrounding him to comfort him. The baby floated towards the mortals with his bottle filled with milk.

"Dipper Pines." his voice boomed around the forest area. The humans flinched at the deep and loud tone from the big baby, "Bill Cipher gave me something that I should give you now."

"W-What?" Dipper croaked silently in great bafflement but was still audible for the powerful being. For the first time, Time Baby cast a small smile, he held his hand out as blue flames appeared that soon fades and were replaced by a book. Dipper shakily went to grab it. The brunet looked closely and examined the book. The cover is red with a big golden triangle on the front with an eye and a bowtie, like Bill's demon form.

Dipper widened his eyes, remembering something Bill told him about it. He focused back on Time Baby when he heard him talking again.

"He gave me this, when you and Mabel Pines are out, and told me that he knew he would disappear some day. He and I knew that Lucifer will get his revenge. But from the crimes he caused from a long time, he may pay the price to Axolotl," he paused, before motioning to the book, "With this, you could get Cipher back again, but it'll be a long time, maybe a couple of years." Time Baby then nodded at Dipper, adding, "Good luck getting him back, Pines. If you need something, Stanford Pines can contact me." the big baby turned to Ford who nodded.

When Time Baby and his Time Police disappeared, the others gathered around Dipper. They started rambling about something, but Dipper is too focused on staring at the book, he opened it, muttering.

"I'm getting you back Bill, I promise."

"I know Pinetree. I'll be here, waiting."
